Abstract

Abstract

The objectives of this research are : 1 ) to learn about the effect of Environment and Diciplin and Motivation to Performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Lumajang ; 2 ) to learn about the effect of Environment and Diciplin and Motivation partially to Performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Lumajang ; 3 ) to learn about the effect of Environment and Diciplin and Motivation that has dominant effect to Performance at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Lumajang. Where numbers of employee wich become the population are 60 persons respondent by spesialis. Data collection is by giving questionnaire toward respondents, interview upon organization member, and also viewing the document needed. The data collected is supported by assumption and reliability testing. The analysis model is supported by classic assumption testing ; multicolobierity test auto correlation test. To find out the accuracy of the model is by viewing determination coefficient, simultaneous hypothesis testing is taken by F test and partial hypothesis is taken by t test. From the double regression data analysis gained similarity regression line : Y = -1.435 + 0.330 X1 + 0.609 X2 + 0.156 X3 + e and founded that Hypothesis test result 1 : Fcount is 143.958 with probability 0,000 and Ftabel ( = 0,05; df 1=3; df2 = 60) is 2.769, it mean that Environment (X1) and Diciplin (X2) and Motivation ( X3) variables is simultan having effect to performance (Y), then the first hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis 2 : Found that the value of tcount X1 is 3.059 and the value of ttabel is 2.003 and than tcount bigger the value ttabel 2.003, the second hypothesis is which stated about Environment (X1) and Diciplin (X2) and Motivation ( X3) variable is partially effect the performance (Y) is accepted. Diciplin (X2) is the dominantly variable wich giving effect toword performance with Standardized Coefficien Beta for variabel X2 is 0.425, it mean that performance (Y) can be exlaned by the variable of Diciplin (X2) there’s 42,5 percent. By that, the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research looking associative relationships that are causal or research that is asking a relationship between two or more variables and is causal. The research aims to obtain evidence of the effect of stress and fatigue on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono in Lumajang either partially or simultaneously. This study tested the hypothesis that there is a significant effect of stress on teacher performance, there is a significant effect of fatigue on teacher performance, and there is stress and fatigue pengarus significant work simultaneously on teacher performance SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono in Lumajang. The study of 30 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis is that there is a significant effect of work stress on employee performance, there is a significant effect of fatigue on employee performance, and there is stress and fatigue pengarus significant work simultaneously on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 2 Sukodono Lumajang. Simple linear regression function generated is Y = 47.395 to 2.183 X1 - X2 2.525. The coefficient of determination shows that 17% of employee performance can be explained by the variable stress and work fatigue, while the remaining 83% of teacher performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Limitations of this study were only examined work stress and fatigue as a factor affecting the performance of the teacher, while the other variables that can affect a teacher's performance is expected to be further investigated by researchers indifferent periods and places.

Abstract

Kegiatan perbankan bertujuan untuk meraih laba yang optimal, salah satunya melalui pendapatan operasional. Setiap tahun perbankan diwajibkan untuk menyusun rencana anggaran, oleh karena itu bank perlu mengetahui prediksi pendapatan operaisonal yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil analisis prediksi pendapatan operasional menggunakan metode product moment, least square dan semi average, serta menentukan metode yang memiliki ketepatan prediksi pendapatan operasional yang akurat pada kelompok kegiatan usaha BPR di Jawa Timur. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 4 (empat) BPR kategori kegiatan usaha 1 dan 4 (empat) BPR kategori kegiatan usaha 2. Perhitungan dilakukan pada masing-masing BPR dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) metode prediksi memberikan hasil yang berbeda. Metode prediksi yang akurat digunakan memprediksi pendapatan operasional BPR kategori kegiatan usaha 1 adalah metode least square, sedangkan pada BPR kategori kegiatan usaha 2 maka metode prediksi yang akurat untuk memprediksi pendapatan operasional adalah metode product moment. Secara keseluruhan metode least square dan metode product moment merupakan metode yang akurat memprediksi pendapatan operasional pada BPR. Metode prediksi pendapatan operasional pada setiap BPR akan berbeda karena itu tergantung pada karakter dan kegiatan bank bersangkutan. Oleh karena itu bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan obyek penelitian yang lebih luas.Kata kunci : Pendapatan Operasional, Least Square, Product Moment, Semi Avarage.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lumajang yang subur membuat budidaya jamur tiram marak berkembang di wilayah ini. Beberapa industri rumah tangga pengolah jamur tiram bermunculan, diantaranya “Dedy Jamur” dan “Hanik” menghadapi permasalahan lemahnya pengelolaan manajemen, terbatasnya kemampuan sumberdaya manusia, produk kurang berkualitas dan tidak inovatif, kesulitan mengakses permodalan. Dalam kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat, mitra dikembangkan dalam aspek produksi unt uk meningkatkan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam menghasilkan produk berkualitas dan aspek manajemen meningkatkan skill bidang pengelolaan usaha, manajemen produksi, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan sederhana dan permodalannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat mencapai target yaitu mitra (1) mampu berinovasi dan berkembang, (2) peningkatan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam mengolah produk menjadi lebih inovatif, (3) mampu merencanakan produksi dengan matang, (4) mampu mengelola administrasi, (5) mempunyai strategi pemasaran yang kuat, (6) mampu mengakses permodalan, (7) pengadaan peralatan modern. Luaran dihasilkan adalah (1) produk berbahan baku jamur tiram inovatif dan berkualitas, (2) peralatan produksi modern, (3) sumberdaya manusia trampil, (4) pengelolaan manajemen usaha dan administrasi keuangan, (5) kemampuan mengakses modal. Pendampingan dan pengawasan yang intensif kepada mitra program dilakukan periodik dan tidak berhenti sampai selesainya program, oleh karena itu keaktifan tim melakukan pembinaan pada industri rumah tangga perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development, benefits, and implications of coworking spaces (CWS) as a flexible and collaborative modern work solution, as well as the factors influencing their success in various countries. Changes in the global economic system, driven by advancements in information and communication technology, have transformed work methods and increased the number of self-employed and freelancers. In response to this need, CWS have emerged as a solution providing flexibility, collaboration, and productivity support. CWS offer shared work environments for various professionals, including creative economy players, SMEs, freelancers, employees, executives, and students. This research employs qualitative and quantitative methods through a literature review involving sources from different countries. The growth of CWS in various cities worldwide brings legal implications requiring special regulations due to their distinct characteristics and usage purposes compared to traditional offices. Additionally, perspectives from human resource management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and legislation provide various recommendations for the future development of CWS, encompassing community, motivation, and collaboration. Overall, coworking spaces offer an innovative solution for modern work needs, support the development of the creative economy, and require specific attention in regulation and management to ensure their sustainability and growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of organisational commitment as the dependent variable of Lumajang District Government contract personnel after the Minister of PAN and RB Letter Number: B/185/M.SM.02.03/2022 concerning Personnel Status in the Agency Environment, Central and Regional Government. While the independent variables are organisational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfaction. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. The data used is primary data with a population of contract employees. The dependent variable in this study is organisational commitment with indicators. The independent variables in this study are the marketing mix consisting of organisational culture, and job satisfaction with each measuring instrument indicator and transformational leadership variables with measuring instrument indicators. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially organisational culture, transformational leadership, and job satisfaction had no effect on organisational commitment, and the results of testing all variables stated that organisational culture, transformational leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously had no effect on organisational commitment in contract employees within the Lumajang District Government

Abstract

Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this study attempts to investigate how Learning Agility might enhance both individual and organisational performance.. Learning Agility is defined as the ability to learn from experience and apply that learning to new situations. This research reviews related literature from various sources to identify the main dimensions of Learning Agility and its relationship with performance improvement, both at the individual and organizational levels. The results show that Learning Agility contributes significantly to performance improvement. The findings also underline the importance of developing Learning Agility with various programs within the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of human resource management in improving work-life balance. In this study, the researcher uses a literature analysis method to gain insights into the research topic being studied. The role of human resources is to increase the contribution of human resources (employees) in the organization. To achieve this goal, human resources must be evaluated comprehensively and corrective actions must be taken whenever there are unsatisfactory results or significant changes in the growth of an institution. Human resource management plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals. Human resource management is essential for the success of an organization. Human Resource Management also manages conflicts, improves internal communication, and creates an inclusive and performance-oriented work culture, and acts as a catalyst in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, human resource management plays a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of an organization by helping to manage human resources effectively, thereby creating a productive, innovative, and sustainable work environment. The results of this study show that Human Resource Management can play a crucial role in improving work-life balance in organizations by developing flexible work policies, managing workload, developing wellness programs, facilitating effective communication, and developing organizational culture.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective human resource (HR) development strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the Sih Sasomo Art Studio in the creative industry. Focusing on HR needs, the study designs training programs in karawitan and puppetry, along with sustainability strategies to support local creative industry growth. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and internal document analysis. The data analysis process involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.The findings highlight three HR development priorities: strengthening skills in karawitan and puppetry, improving creative project management, and enhancing digital literacy. Community involvement in training activities significantly supports HR engagement and the sustainability of the studio. Theoretically, the research contributes to HR development literature in the creative sector by emphasizing the value of a community-based approach. Its originality lies in combining traditional arts with modern digital strategies. Practically, this study offers a strategic HR framework applicable to other art studios and similar organizations. However, the study is limited to the Sih Sasomo Art Studio context, and broader testing is needed to generalize the findings across different organizational settings.
