Abstract

Mahasiswa merupakan agen of change sebagai pembawa perubahan bagi suatu negeri. Mahasiswa memiliki fungsi dan peran sebagai Iron Stock dalam estafet perubahan suatu bangsa. Organisasi sangat penting bagi kalangan mahasiswa dewasa ini. Terlebih, Organisasi mahasiswa ekstra kampus memiliki empat gerakan yang dijadikan sebagai landasan geraknya yaitu: Gerakan politik (berafiliasi dengan golongan-golongan), Gerakan sosial (menjadi motor penggerak terhadap ketimpangan- ketimpangan sosial), Mencetak intelektual (mengadakan seminar-seminar dan kajian ilmiah), Menjaga ideologi masing-masing organisasi. Tulisan dalam paper ini mencoba untuk menawarkan Model Pengembangan Komunitas Cangkir Kamisan Sebagai Wadah Harmoni Intelektual Kolektif. Peran Komunitas Cangkir Kamisan dalam membangun intelektual kolektif di organisasi ekstra kampus IAIN Metro adalah dengan cara berdiskusi untuk hal-hal yang positif untuk kegiatan sosial dengan prinsip social interprenuership. Dengan adanya perbedaan dapat menjadi sebuah kesatuan komunitas yang sangat kokoh dan kuat. Selanjutnya kontribusi Komunitas Cangkir Kamisan mampu menyelesaikan konflik organisasi mahasiswa ekstra kampus IAIN Metro dengan memupuk rasa paersaudaraan dan kekeluargaan.

Abstract

In social life, Muslims often encounter forms muamalah. One of the forms muamalah is buying and selling. Sale and purchase allowed by Islam is the buying and selling that does not contain elements of usury, maysir, and gharar. Each transaction is considered valid if it meets the requirements and get along well defined purchase and in accordance to Islamic law. Credit according to Islamic terms is the right to receive payment or obligation to make payment at the time requested, or in the future, because the delivery of the goods now. While the credit sharia financing is known for providing money or bills based on agreements between the company and other parties, which require the other party to restore the funding after a certain period of time in exchange for results.This paper describes about definition, functions, objectives, elements and other types of credit, determine mortgage interest and the goodness and badness of credit, credit in Islamic economic perspective. Islam regards the practice of buying and selling as a legitimate practice and have a great maqasid for sustaining human life, maintain the property, life, lineage, intellect and serenity spiritual and physical. There are also practices in the name of selling but the fact is forbidden usury. The development of the understanding of this practice is consuming a variety of studies, so there is that to allow and forbid. Nothing justifies and forbid the sale and purchase with accounts payable, which is currently known by the term credit.

Abstract

This paper attempts to offer reform ideas Jasser Auda thought related reforms theoretical understanding of maqᾱṣid sharia. The systems approach is done by Auda critize the theory of classical maqᾱṣid more likely to hierarchical and narrow mindset. The classical maqᾱṣid pressure a point more on protection and preservation. Whereas the new maqᾱṣid theory emphasizes development (construction, development) and rights (rights). Thus, Auda developed the concept of human development as the main target of maslahah (public interest). Auda offers the systems approach, namely: cognitive nature; interrelated; wholeness; openness; multi dimentionality and purposefulness. At the end of the discussion in this paper, the authors develop the idea of Jasser Auda by offering Sharia Maqᾱṣid concept in the context of Islamic Economics

Abstract

Insurance is still debated between scholars when viewed in the light of Islamic law. Contemporary Muslim jurists are fully aware that the legal status of Insurance not been determined by Islamic law thinkers in advance (jurists). The application of Takāful today is the result of a struggle between the understanding of Islami law with the reality of what happened. Thus, the problem needs to be reviewed in the light of Islamic law in depth. Abstract

Humans are social beings, that means beings who can not live without the help of others. Man as a creature of God, nothing is perfect and could not match his creator. No one man can live alone without the help of others, as rich as any property held. Based on this background, the researchers will present the concept definition ta’āwun? How ta’āwun concepts (cooperatif learning) in the Qur’an? Ta’āwun concept (cooperative learning) in the Koran that the researchers found were in al-Mā`idah verse 2, al-Naḥl verse 125, al-Anfāl verse 73, Al-‘Aṣr verses 1-3, and al-Taubah paragraph 71 which in these verses explain the urgency cooperate in goodness, in this case trying to connect with Islamic education. Ta’āwun (cooperative learning) when applied in the classroom will have some benefits, which can make students to be independent, creative, honing his abilities, cultivate social aspects, which in this case there are three aspects of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

Abstrak Sukuk is one of the most innovative products in the development of contemporary Islamic financial system. Sukuk growth of 84% per year when analyzed in the 2001 until 2007. Discussion of sukuk increasingly attracted the attention of academics and professional practitioners. Thus, the discussion paper will discuss in more depth theoretically about sukuk and implementation. The discussion on the definition of sukuk in etymology and terminology, history of the development of sukuk, Islamic legal basis of the sukuk, sukuk investment types, the development potential of sukuk in Indonesia, mechanism of profit sharing investment securities, as well as the difference between Sukuk and Bonds. Keywords: Investments, sukuk, bonds, and Islamic finance.

Islamic banks will always be dealing with different types of risk with diverse complexity and inherent in its business activities. Abstract

Islamic banking has a huge role in accelerating the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Entrerprises(MSME)s in Indonesia. The largest Muslim population in Indonesia is one factor for the developmentof MSMEs. This paper explains how the Problems and Challenges of MSMEs in Indonesia;Development of MSMEs in Indonesia; Relationship Between Islamic Bank and MSMEs in Indonesia;The Role of Islamic Bank for Development MSMEs; and The Challanges of Islamic Bank forAccelerating the Growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. The end of this paper, the authors offer solutions toIslamic banking challenges in accelerating the growth of MSMEs such as: First, to improvemudhorobah and musyarakah financing schemes to accelerate and develop MSMEs in Indonesia;Secondly, to reduce the dependence on the use of Murabahah contract products that are consumptiveand targeted middle and upper only, Third, improve the financing scheme Qordhul Hasan contract bycooperating against Islamic social institutions, such as BAZNAS, BAZDA, LAZ, BWI, and Mosque,etc by maximizing the utilization of zakat funds, infaq, alms, waqf which has been only consumptive.Fourth, the cooperation of linkage program to BPRS and BMT so that the funds channeled can bedirected to remote areas and on target. Fifth, coaching, mentoring, and mentoring to BPRS, BMT,MSMEs business practitioners, and Islamic social institutions in order to develop funds that are storedproductively. Sixth, allocate Hajj and umroh investment funds to MSMEs business practitioners.
