Abstract

This article discusses about the Islamic Educational Values that can be enjoyed through the lyrics of Nasyid. The Islamic educational value here is meant as a set of belief which is accepted for its truthfulness and is aimed at developing Muslim characters physically and spiritually. Nasyid is a kind of Islamic music that can be utilized as a media to deliver Islamic teaching values through its lyrics. It can be understood because human likes art especially music. The values that can be aroused from the Islamic lyrics cover many things such as the value of faith, the value of worship to Allah and the value of moral which all derives from Al-Qur’an and Sunnah

Abstract

Makalah ini mengkaji tentang perkembangan hukum Islam dan latarbelakang lahirnya illat. Dari hasil kajian yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa; pertama, dilihat dari segi eksistesinya, ‘Illat memegang peranan penting dalam rangka pengembangan hukum Islam dan atas dasar ini maka para Ulama telah merumuskan satu kaidah yang menyebutkan, “Hukum akan selalu terkait dengan ‘illatnya, ada illat ada hukum dan bila ‘illat tidak ada maka hukum menjadi tiada”. Kedua, bahwa  ‘illat menjadi sarana penting yang tidak terpisahkan dalam penetapan hukum, baik yang terkait dengan perubahan hukum maupun pengembangan hukum itu sendiri.  Ketiga, bahwa dalam kaitannya dengan pengembangan hukum kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menentukan apa yang menjadi dasar dari suatu ketentuan hukum, kemudian memperluas penerapan/pemberlakuannya kepada persoalan-persoalan yang tercakup di dalamnya. This paper examined the development of Islamic law and the birth illat background. From the results of the study conducted, so it could be concluded that; The first, it could be seen from side of its existence, 'illat held an important role in the development of Islamic law and on this basis then the muftis had formulated a rule that said, "The law will always be related with 'illat, there is illat no law and when 'illat is nothing then the law becomes nothing ". Second, that 'illat became an important tool that could be separated in decree of the law, both related to changes in the law and the development of the law itself. Third, that in relation to the law development that the activities would be done was to determine what the basis of law certainty, then expand the implementation / enforcement to issues covered in it.

Abstract

Changes in the curriculum of al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan 1 course at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang became a challenge for lecturers in preparing semester learning plans and implementation of learning to adjust to the National Standards of Higher Education, because in addition to being a national compulsory subject known as Islamic Religious Education with the number 2 credits are also compulsory courses at the University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study uses the Countenance evaluation model popularized by Stake, namely two main matrices in the description of descriptions and judgments As for the results of this research found, the documents contained in the al-Islam semester learning plan Kemuhammadiyahan 1 (Islamic Religious Education) have met the criteria of the National Standards of Higher Education but in the learning methods section and assessment indicators do not meet the criteria of the National Standards of Higher Education. While the learning process of the al-Islam Muhammadiyah Center 1 Faculty of Economics and Business shows a discrepancy with the semester learning plan of the Kemuhammadiyahan al-Islamic course due to ineffective use of time in the learning process. And students can understand and try to practice well the basics of the Islamic religion.

Abstract

This thesis discusses "planting philanthropic values ​​through infaq and alms activities at SMP Negeri 4 Lais". The background in this research is the lack of understanding in instilling philanthropic values ​​in students so the process of implementing Infak and Alms is still not running effectively. The purpose of this research is to find out the inculcation of philanthropic values ​​through infaq and alms activities and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the activities carried out by students carrying out infaq and alms. This study uses qualitative methods using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the researcher will use data analysis techniques, namely the process of creating, searching, and finding data which is then arranged regularly on the data that has been obtained both from observations, interviews, and documentation. Then the researcher will choose what data is important and studied. Then the last researcher will make research conclusions that are useful so that they are easily understood by researchers and others. The research results obtained are: First, the process of instilling philanthropic values ​​through infaq and alms activities at SMP Negeri 4 Lais has been instilled by the principal and teachers to students. However, the family and community environment also affects infaq and alms. Second, supporting factors in providing philanthropic values ​​to students are not only carried out by school principals, educators, and students but are carried out by students' guardians so that philanthropic values ​​can be embedded from an early age. Third, the obstacles that exist in the process of instilling philanthropic values ​​through infaq and alms activities, due to a lack of awareness about religion and understanding of philanthropy, a lack of sense of responsibility for students and economic conditions, and awareness of guardians of students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and preferences of the Malay community towards Islamic banking and examine the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banking in maintaining its credibility. This research method is carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach through a survey of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling through the distribution of google forms. The study results indicate that the development of the number of customers of Islamic banks has indeed increased. However, compared to conventional banks, it still dominates the number of customers who save in conventional banks even though the Malay community, which is predominantly Muslim, should be the dominant interest in Islamic banks. There are various perceptions of the Malay community towards Islamic banking. Some Malay people think that Islamic banks are stated in a profit-sharing manner the same as conventional banks, with the term interest only differing in mentioning term. Due to the lack of promotion, many Malay people still use conventional banks for economic transactions. Human resources management influences the perception of the Malay community towards Islamic banking.

Abstract

These community service activities were held on March 14-31, 2021, which were attended by 20 participants who joined the tahfidz program under the auspices of Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, dan Bahasa Arab (ISMUBA) and several students of Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang High School. This training is carried out based on the needs of partners related to the evaluation of the implementation of the tahfidz program, namely the lack of attention of students to the quality Quran readings in memorized letters. To get maximum results, this training is done by participatory methods with service learning models. This training activity runs well and smoothly by the stages arranged in the schedule of implementation of activities. This is evident from the achievement of the training objectives and the enthusiasm and activeness of participants in training activities. The results achieved through this training are very significant towards increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in reading the Quran by tajwid rules, as well as increased motivation in memorizing the Quran by paying attention to the quality of Quran readings. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14-31 Maret 2021, yang diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang tergabung dalam program tahfidz di bawah naungan Bidang Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, dan Bahasa Arab (ISMUBA) dan beberapa siswa Pengurus Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. Pelatihan ini dilakasanakan atas dasar kebutuhan mitra terkait dengan evaluasi pelaksanaan program tahfidz, yaitu kurangnya perhatian siswa terhadap kualitas bacaan Al-Quran pada surat-surat yang telah dihafal. Untuk menadapatkan hasil yang maksimal, pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan metode partisipatoris dengan model service learning. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang disusun dalam jadwal pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hal ini terlihat dari ketercapaian terhadap tujuan pelatihan dan antusiasme serta keaktifan peserta dalam kegiatan pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai melalui pelatihan ini sangat signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam membaca Al-Quran sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah tajwid, serta peningkatan motivasi dalam menghafal Al-Quran dengan memperhatikan kualitas bacaan Al-Quran.

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai model pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui pelatihan Baitul Arqam. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pelatihan Baitul Arqam untuk dijadikan model pembinaan kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang. Dalam melakukan evaluasi pelatihan Baitul Arqam digunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick dengan istilah for levels evaluation model yaitu level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, level 3 behavior dan leval 4 result. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti menggunakan level 4 result (Hasil), karena peneliti akan menganalisis sejauh mana evalusi tahap dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru di SMA Muhammadiyah di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluasi Metode penelitian menggunakan metode mixed methods yaitu metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner interview dan observasi. Data diambil dari 2 SMA Muhammadiyah yaitu SMA Muhammadiyah 1 dan SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, evaluasi dampak pelatihan Baitul Arqam terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang menunjukkan hasil yang baik sekali dengan nilai rata-rata 4,54. Artinya pelatihan memberikan dampak positif kepada peserta diklat dalam peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru SMA Muhammadiyah di kota Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the construction of Islamic education thought in Jalaluddin's perspective and the relevance of Jalaluddin's educational thought in the constellation of modern or global education. This type of research is library research. The approach used is descriptive analytical. The primary sources used are books and information in the field related to Jalaluddin's Islamic education thought. While secondary sources are reports, books, notes that are closely related to the problem under study. Data collection methods through documentation. The data analysis technique uses document analysis method or content analysis. This study found that the thought of Islamic education in Jalaluddin's perspective includes 1) the new direction of Islamic education, education should be directed to form humans into insan kamil; 2) Islamic education thinking, one of which is the democratization of Islamic education with the ultimate goal of forming a democratic, clean, moral and moral Indonesian society and adhering to the value of civilization, 3) renewal of Islamic education, in Islamic education it is necessary to develop a dual approach strategy with the aim of combining short-term situational approaches with long-term conceptual approaches; and 4) character education, four joints of good character based on the characters of patience, self-respect, courage, and justice.
