Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses how accounts receivable (qardh) are in Islamic law. This research is a type of library research that focuses on qualitative data management with data analysis methods using the description-analysis method. The results of this study are that qardh (accounts receivable) is an act or activity that has the purpose of helping others who are in need of material assistance, and is highly recommended because it provides wisdom and benefits for the lender and the recipient of the debt. Qardh is permissible as long as there are no elements which are detrimental to either party. While the law exceeds the payment of as much debt, if the excess is indeed the will of the debtor and not the previous agreement, then the excess may be for those who repay it, and be good for those who pay the debt. As for the additions that are desired by those who are in debt or have become agreements during the contract, this must not be prohibited in Islam. Keywords: Qardh, Islamic Law.

Abstract

AbstractIslam has warned its people not to be unemployed so that it slips into poverty because it is feared that with poverty someone will do anything, including harming others to meet their needs. There is a hadith which says "Poverty will bring closer to disbelief." The fact shows that the unemployment rate in a country with a majority Muslim population is relatively high. Increasing people's understanding of unemployment as a bad thing, both for individuals, society and the state will increase motivation to work more seriously. Even though God promises to bear our sustenance, it does not mean without any conditions that need to be fulfilled. The most important requirement is to try to find the promised sustenance because Almighty God has created a "system" that is whoever works will get sustenance and whoever sits will lose a fortune. That is, there is a process that must be passed to get sustenance.

Abstract

In facing various problems during the online learning process, individuals need to have self-regulated learning to be able to undergo online lectures optimally and effectively. Hence, student’s knowledge increases, and learning objectives are achieved. This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between perception feedback on self-regulated learning in undergraduate students. Whether the mediation had varying effects on different age levels and sex differences was also examined. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with 410 students. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. In this study, researchers used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using Lisrel 8.8 to test the instrument's construct validity. The results showed a direct effect from the independent variables, namely self-efficacy, family support, and an indirect effect through mediator variables, namely self-efficacy, family support, friend support, and gender. The effect of self-efficacy and family support is partial mediation on self-regulated learning. In contrast, peer support and gender demographic variables have a perfect mediating effect on self-regulated learning with perception feedback as a mediator.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the extent to which farmers in Tebedak Village pay agricultural zakat. The method used in this writing is field research, employing a qualitative approach. The study involved 10 farmers as respondents from Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Direct observation was conducted to observe problems and phenomena within the community, particularly among farmers in Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir District. The study revealed that the majority of farmers in Tebedak Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, had a limited understanding of agricultural zakat due to insufficient knowledge and a lack of socialization from institutions, the government, and village officials regarding various types of zakat maal. Farmers often mistake zakat for infaq and alms, and consider zakat maal as a voluntary act that may or may not be paid. Furthermore, the level of compliance among farmers in paying zakat is not fully satisfactory, as revealed through interviews with the respondents. This can be attributed to their ignorance and lack of awareness about the obligation to pay agricultural zakat.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a set of principles and values that aim to optimize the value of a company or organization by ensuring that decision-making and operational processes are carried out in a transparent, accountable, fair, responsible and sustainable manner. The implementation of GCG in waqf bodies is very important to ensure that waqf management is carried out effectively and efficiently so that it can provide maximum benefits for people in need. Following are some of the mechanisms for implementing GCG in waqf bodies: 1) Formation of GCG Committees Waqf bodies can establish a GCG Committee whose job is to develop GCG policies and procedures in accordance with GCG principles. 2) Transparency and Accountability The waqf agency must ensure that all activities and operations carried out are open and transparent, so as to minimize the risk of conflict of interest and corruption. 3) Formation of a Code of Ethics The waqf agency must have a Code of Ethics that regulates the behavior of all parties involved in waqf activities. 4) Training and Education Waqf bodies must provide training and education to all employees, management, and parties related to waqf activities to increase understanding and awareness of GCG principles and how to implement them within the organization. 5) Internal Evaluation and Audit Waqf bodies must conduct regular evaluations and internal audits to ensure that the implementation of GCG in waqf bodies is running well. By applying GCG principles consistently and effectively, waqf bodies can improve their performance and credibility, so that they can gain the trust of the public and provide maximum benefits for people in need.
