Abstract

ABSTRAKLazismu Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sinjai merupakan salah satu lembaga yang bergerak dibidang pengumpulan dan penyaluran zakat, infak dan sadaqah. Sumber zakat, infak dan sadaqah dari para muzakki masih didominasi oleh pengurus persyarikatan. Setiap dana yang terkumpul dicatat kemudian disalurkan ke mustahiq yang lebih membutuhkan. Masalah yang dihadapi Pengurus Lazismu Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sinjai dalam usaha meningkatkan manajemen pengelolaan zakat, infak dan sadaqah yaitu memerlukan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis online yaitu sebuah aplikasi atau sistem informasi manajemen yang dapat membantu untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan pendataan muzakki serta mustahik, sebuah media website yang dapat digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait berita atau program-program yang ditawarkan, aplikasi keuangan yang dapat membantu dalam pencatatan kas. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi atau sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan sadaqah yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Begitupula para pengurus telah mahir membuat artikel dan dapat mengoperasikan dengan baik aplikasi ini, olehnya itu melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan sadaqah di Lazismu Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sinjai yang lebih cepat, mudah serta terbentuknya database daftar muzakki dan mustahik. Kata kunci: aplikasi; manajemen zakat; lazismu; zakat. ABSTRACTLazismu Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah Sinjai is one of the institutions engaged in the collection and distribution of zakat, infaq and sadaqah. The sources of zakat, infaq and sadaqah from the muzakki are still dominated by the organization's administrators. Each collected fund is recorded and then distributed to mustahiq who need it more. The problem faced by the Lazismu Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah Sinjai in an effort to improve the management of zakat, infaq and sadaqah management is that it requires the use of online-based information and communication technology, namely an application or management information system that can help to register and collect data on muzakki and mustahik, a media website which can be used to disseminate information related to news or programs offered, financial applications that can assist in recording cash. This service results in an application or management information system for the management of zakat, infaq and sadaqah that can be accessed by all levels of society. Likewise, the administrators have been proficient in writing articles and can operate this application well, therefore, through this activity, it is expected to improve the quality of management of zakat, infaq and sadaqah management at the Lazismu Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah Sinjai which is faster, easier and the formation of a database of muzakki and mustahik lists. Keywords: application; management; lazismu; zakat.

Abstract

Dissemination is a group of people or individuals who can obtain information through an activity, thus causing awareness and acceptance so that the information can be utilized. This study aims to determine the dissemination program implemented by the Department of Information Communication and Encryption in improving information services to the community in Bone Regency, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The research data was obtained by using interview, observation and documentation studies. Furthermore, data analysis techniques, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, face to face contact, carry out socialization; by telephone, carrying out the “Hallo Bone” program; by Post, publish brochures and pamphlets as a medium for disseminating information; by Display, placing banners and billboards in certain places within the Bone Regency area; Selective dissemination of information, releasing android-based information service applications; publication publishes an information bulletin; media that is carried out using newspapers/newspapers, website www.bone.go.i, local Radio Suara Bone Adat, Matajang Local Television, and Facebook and Instagram Social Media.
