Abstract

School is a place for learning and the educational process should be held election of new students. In the new admissions process will emerge a lot of obstacles in the selection of applicants and entering data into the database. Many schools use manual skills in how to store data. For schools that already have computer equipment still using Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Access as the application of new admissions. Submission of information on the number of applicants and selection results are very important and should be accurate. Many new programs are created for new admissions application still stands alone, for it is the author trying to create a program that uses php application which is a programming language based on client and server using a web-service facilities. With the development of systems using the waterfall method, the analysis with data-oriented, its design illustrated in the diagrams DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and implementation using PHP programming language and MySQL database.  Keywords:  systems; filtering; waterfall

Abstract

STMIK Mardira Indonesia is one of the private universities in the city of Bandung. As an educational institution, STMIK Mardira Indonesia has a lot of important data, such as alumni data, student data, lecturer data, and other important data stored in filing cabinets. With the rapid development of information technology and continues to evolve until now. This can be proven by the many innovations and inventions that are simple to very complex. Such as Digital Archives or commonly referred to as E-Archives. Therefore, the design of the E-Archive system is very important because it can be seen from various aspects that can save important data or files.E-Archive System Design Using the Subject Filing System Method at STMIK Mardira Indonesia is a descriptive analysis method while the system development method uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. The software used in making the E-Archive System Design Using the Subject Filing System Method at STMIK Mardira Indonesia is using the CodeIgniter Framework as a programming language and using MySQL as a database.As is E-Archive System Design Using Subject Filing System Method at STMIK Mardira IndonesiaThis can simplify the management of archiving alumni data, and computerized diploma data. Abstract

Observation of SIMAK that in the process of operating the system is still experiencing obstacles such as data leakage which results in impaired agency performance, insufficient security and control to anticipate forms of fraud and illegal actions that result in large losses for information owners and uncontrolled access rights, so that a system the information used must have a guaranteed level of information security, including database security, hardware, software and human resources.Based on observations in SIMAK, the authors conclude to audit SIMAK so that they are documented and obtain audit evidence and evaluate it objectively. From the results of comparisons with other methods, the authors chose the ISO 27001: 2013 SNI standard as a standard for auditing the security of an information system and used as a reference to produce documents (findings and recommendations) which are the results of the SIMAK information system security audit at STMIK Mardira Indonesia.From the results of the study it was identified that the clause used was, Clause 5: Security Policy, the current SIMAK security policy is still not appropriate, Clause 7: Asset Management is still not appropriate to achieve and maintain appropriate protection of organizational assets due to the absence of a policy letter regarding asset management, Clause 9: Access Control so that there is no misuse of access rights and there are procedures for controlling access rights, Clause 15: Compliance has not been adjusted to the applicable academic regulations, and the time has been scheduled on the educational calendar is also the legal aspect of the software used. Keyword : IT services, SNI ISO/IEC 27001: 2013, SIMAK, Audit, Information securityDOI : http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3929072

Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ini membahas mengenai proses monitoring tanaman strawberry diimplementasikan pada kebun strawberry yang nantinya akan menjadi acuan untuk dapat merancang sebuah alat proses monitoring tanaman strawberry melalui teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Ada beberapa tools yang digunakan salah satunya Arduino IDE sebagai software pemrograman untuk mengkoneksikan Node MCU Esp 8266, Sensor DHT 22, Sensor Soilmoisture, dan komponen elektronik lainnya. Beberapa tools tersebut diprogram menggunakan Software Eagle sebagai pencetakan papan perangkat keras untuk membentuk sebuah PCB (Printed Circuit Board) atau Papan Rangkaian yang tercetak dan menjadi sebuah perangkat keras yang saling terhubung. Penggunaan Aplikasi Bylink sebagai pengendalian dan monitoring-nya. Secara empiris dan pengakuan beberapa petani di Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung, strawberry adalah tanaman yang rentan terhadap perubahan suhu dan iklim. Dengan adanya alat ini harapannya dapat mempermudah petani mengetahui kelembaban tanah, mengetahui tanaman yang belum tersiram dan belum diberi anti hama atau vitamin, dan secara penggunannya dapat meluas baik dalam skala kecil di perkebunan hingga skala besar yang mampu dimanfaatkan di beberapa industri pertanian. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat menjadi teknologi pertanian digital modern yang mampu mengurangi persentase kegagalan hasil panen yang dikarenakan tanaman kurang kandungan air atau terkena hama dan perubahan suhu ekstrim sehingga menanam strawberry terasa lebih mudah dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Aduino IDE, Eagle Software, Bylink App, Internet of Things

Abstract

The writing of this paper discusses the process of monitoring strawberry plants implemented in strawberry gardens which will later become a reference to be able to design a tool for monitoring strawberry plants through Internet of Things (IoT) technology. There are several tools used, one of which is Arduino IDE as programming software to connect the Esp 8266 MCU Node, DHT 22 Sensor. Soil moisture Sensor, and other electronic components. Some of these tools are programmed using Eagle Software as a hardware board printing to form a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or printed circuit board and become an interconnected hardware device. The use of the Bylink Application as its control and monitoring. Empirically and according to several farmers in Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, strawberry is a plant that is susceptible to changes in temperature and climate. With this tool, it is hoped that it will make it easier for farmers to determine soil moisture, identify plants that have not been watered and have not been given anti-pests or vitamins, and that their use can be extended both on a small scale in plantations to large scale that is able to take advantage of several agricultural industries. In addition, this system can be a modern digital technology that is able to reduce the percentage of crop failure due to lack of air or exposure to pests and temperature changes so that growing strawberries is easier and more efficient.
