Abstract

Assessment on information technology governance is a process to search for evidence of the basis of reliable, consistent and repeatable in the area of governance and management of information technology. It aims to determine the suitability of the use of technology with the business objectives of the organization. Objective is to implemtated assessment of information technology governance process by adding an element of security. The study was conducted at educational institutions using qualitative methods and frameworks COBIT 5. Domain studied were (Delivery, Support, and Service) DSS 01, DSS 02, DSS 03, DSS04, and DSS 06 by adding a subdomain DSS 05 as an element of security required. The results of the average value of domain capability by 58.61% ie largely Achieved scala rate, as for almost the entire subdomain is at level 1 and level 0 for DSS04. Keywords: assessment, IT governance, COBIT 5, security, DSS.

Abstract

Penilaian Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi adalah mengukur kondisi nyata penatakelolaan teknologi informasi pada sebuah organisasi. Pengukuran ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan dalam melakukan perbaikan kondisi tata kelola TI sehingga investasi TI yang dikeluarkan selaras dengan manfaat yang diperoleh dalam pemenuhan tujuan organisasi. Pada Penelitian ini organisasi yang dimaksud adalah perangkat daerah pemerintah kota. Pemerintah Kota memiliki kompleksitas masalah dalam mencapai tujuannya, sehingga target penilaian di breakdown kepada perangkat daerah selaku tombak operasional Kota. Penilaian Tata kelola TI ini menggunakan COBIT 5 yaitu PAM dengan prioritas proses yang terpilih adalah berkenaan dengan pengelolaan anggaran, sumber daya manusia, pendefinisian kebutuhan, aset, operasi, dan evaluasi. Rata-rata hasil penilaian berada pada level 1.

Abstract

Information technology governance self–assessment application aims to align the evaluation process that requires a large enough resource both in human resources, cost, and time. By knowing the portrait of information technology governance conditions, a City can control the information technology investment that has been issued so that it is in line with the goals of the City and supports the implementation of a Smart City. The research method used is a qualitative method with COBIT 5 as the Information Technology Governance Evaluation framework. Meanwhile, the software development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model. The result obtained is a ranking of the maturity level of information technology governance with application media as a means of collecting assessment data so that it can help improve the efficiency of the implementation of Information Technology Governance Evaluation in Cities.

Abstract

In the process of employee recruitment, generally begins with the application process in order to get applicant information so that the company can select employee candidates according to the needs of the company. This process has a long flow and involves prospective employees or applicants, the HRD (Human Resources Department) and the division of each part to carry out the process of information exchange or often called a PIC (Person in Charge). Some of the obstacles that are often experienced are applicant files that are often swapped, lost or scattered, providing timetable information and the results of test evaluations to expensive and uncertain applicants and coordination with slow parts of PIC makes it difficult for companies to get the best candidates and lose the opportunity to save money. Online employee admission applications are offered by researchers as a solution to solve the problem. Functionally the application created can store data and applicant files in the form of softcopy, provide notifications via e-mail, save test results, provide facilities for coordinating schedules and results of PIC evaluations and schedule response facilities. The non-functional system is able to maintain file security, has a graphical interface and is responsive and error handling. In this study used the development of a prototyping system while the Software development used was the Unified process, while the implementation device used the CodeIgniter framework, the programming language PHP and MySQL as the DBMS.

Abstract

Penandatanganan dokumen proposal dan surat merupakan suatu hal yang sering digunakan di Universitas Langlangbuana khususnya di Lembaga Keluarga Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik. Namun pada penggunaannya banyak dokumen yang disahkan menggunakan tanda tangan manual hasil scan dan mudah untuk dicopy paste, sehingga sering dipertanyakan keabsahannya. Masalah lain yaitu jika pihak yang harus melakukan pengesahan tidak berada bersamaan di kampus, sehingga permohonan tanda tangan ini dapat menghabiskan waktu yang lama. Dengan perkembangan sistem kriptografi terdapat fasilitas tanda tangan digital yang dapat memberikan layanan keamanan sehingga tidak akan terjadi pemalsuan tanda tangan. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka dibuatlah aplikasi untuk tanda tangan digital yang dibangun dengan menerapkan fungsi hashing yaitu Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA)-256 dan algoritma asimetris yaitu Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA), serta penggunaan Quick Response Code (QR-Code) sebagai penentuan keabsahannya. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode rekayasa forward engineering dan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu model waterfall.

Abstract

Based on UU No. 9 of 1995, Small Enterprises are small-scale people's economic activities and meet the criteria of net worth of at most two hundred million rupiahs or have annual sales of at most one billion rupiahs and own ownership in the form of individual businesses. The government seeks to empower the business world to improve the growth of the business climate, fostering and developing so that small businesses are able to grow and strengthen themselves into strong and independent businesses. The issue that is developing at this time is not optimal data collection of people who have small businesses from the informal business sector due to the form of their business which is individual and not incorporated so that the lack of Regional Original Income can be obtained by the country. Many small businesses take place outside the formal sector from economic transactions formed by the country, but have the potential to increase business service fees. The informal sector refers to small businesses that are managed by individuals or families but are not equipped with adequate business licensing, red zone violations, reluctance in reporting tax obligations, non-compliance with labor regulations that regulate work contract issues, and have no legal guarantees in dealing with suppliers / customer. This research was compiled to create an information system capable of increasing the sources of Regional Original Income, especially those originating from regional retribution in accordance with UU No. 28 of 2009, namely business service fees which are regional levies as payment for special business services provided and / or provided by regional government for the benefit of individuals or legal entity. The using of the Location Based Service method on the software that is built will be able to handle and coordinate information on small businesses in each region so that it can help local governments to manage Regional Original Income specifically Business Services Retribution optimally.
