Abstract

Designing information system for collecting data at PT. Serdang Hulu is done to help simplify data collection and recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at the company. PT. Serdang Hulu which is a subsidiary of PT. Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti or what is often referred to as Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti Group (SSSS Group) is a company that distributes palm oil. In carrying out their daily activities, data on goods that come in and out at PT. Serdang Hulu is still manually recorded in the book listing incoming and outgoing goods. Recording of incoming and outgoing goods that are carried out manually results in the work of collecting data taking a long time so that it is not efficient in presenting the report and is not effective at work. With the design of the Data Entry and Exit Data Collection System, recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at PT. Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at the company PT. Terus Mega Tara authorized agent of AIWA electronic products. To improve service to customers and establish relationships with customers which have been done manually, it is necessary to build a web-based CRM media that can make it easier for customers to obtain the information services needed without the need to spend a lot of time and money visiting the company concerned This web-based CRM system can increase customer loyalty, provide customer satisfaction and increase the company's business opportunities in facing increasingly advanced business competition. With the existence of a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at PT. Terus Mega Tara enables companies to improve services to their customers.

Abstract

The development of cloud computing technology that is mushrooming in the world, as well as in Indonesia, is one of the causes of revolutionary changes in trends that have made many industries / organizations / agencies / institutions / companies adopt and implement them. To face the challenges of these technological developments, the Indonesian Business Polytechnic Murni Sadar Campus Pematangsiantar City is one of the private universities engaged in the world of education ready to face these changing trends to take part in educating the nation's children. The challenge of the development of cloud computing technology is to design a system with openstack as the software platform for the cloud, the ubuntu server as the operating system uses virtualization with virtualbox in order to obtain a capable system before being implemented to a physical server in the laboratory room in order to increase the efficiency of lectures. aimed at meeting the needs for practicum activities for students at the PBI campus so that they can taste and explore cloud computing technology so that they have additional knowledge to face the revolution of industrial 5.0.
