Abstract

This research is to describe the implementation aspects of the promotional mix done by STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung. Promotional mixes analyzed include advertesing, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. A method of analysis using descriptive analysis to obtain an overview of the promotional mix is done. Respondents in this study were students D3 STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung. Abstract

This research aims to design customer relationship management information systems that facilitate work to manage service data, complaints, and payments.Customer relationship management support a company to provide customer service in real time by establishing valuable relationships with each customer through the use of information about customers.System analysis uses object-oriented methods with based OOSE (Object Oriented Software Engineeringi).System design using web programming language with framework codeigniter uses MySQL database and web view on android studio.Implementation and testing system is the application system that will be applied and then will be tested using blackbox method.Based on research conclusions about customer relationship management information systems, the admin can already see the latest data consumers make service to the system easily, consumers can already file complaints on the system, consumers can upload proof of payment on the system, consumers can see the service schedule, the owner has can see data service and admin and consumers can communicate with each other using messages in the system. Abstract

Services closely related to the quality of the services provided to customers, as well as with the quality of service received by customers in obtaining the services provided by the college. This study was conducted to investigate the implementation of marketing services performed by using descriptive analysis of the sample of students who meet the established criteria. The results showed that the implementation of the mix of services performed is sufficient that responsiveness aspect is an element of service with the highest scores  and tangible aspects are elements of service with the lowest score.Keywords: marketing services; descriptive analysis; college

Abstract

The purpose of this study to create an application-based motor vehicle tax calculation web online. Currently the data processing is still done manually which caused some problems and require a long time to make the payment by the taxpayer, so it needs to be made an application that can handle these problems. To achieve these objectives need to be done in the following steps of conducting systems analysis, design and implement applications tally of motor vehicle tax. Abstract

This research aims to design a system thati in order to make a calculation of salaries and VAT application on 3rd party. Currently the data processing is still done manually which caused some problems as well as constraints such as lack of proper calculation that takes a long time in the process poses, so it needs to be made an application that can handle these problems. To achieve these objectives need to be done in the following steps of conducting systems analysis, design and implement the payroll calculation application and Vat on 3rd party services using Microsoft Visual Sttudio 2005 (VB.Net) as media processing. Abstract

To strengthen the government's program in the form of 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment) in controlling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, required an integrated screening test web-based information system (software) for patients, referrals, laboratories designed to follow the needs and flows in the field to issue test results quickly and accurately. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive, with a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This software is designed using the Laravel Framework 8.0 and using MySQL database for data storage, also using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as a tool for system design. System testing techniques using the black box method. The problems of speed of time, automation, and data accuracy that arise in the health facility referral will be resolved by providing a fast, accurate and integrated solution for test results.
