Abstract

This research aimed to determine the correlation between career perceptions, discipline, work motivation of social science and citizenship teachers towards teachers performance. The method used in this research was analytical quantitative with correlation associative. The result of this research stated that: (1) there is a significant correlation between career perception towards teachers performance with partial correlation coefficient of 0.282%; (2) there is a significant correlation between work discipline towards teachers performance with partial correlation coefficient of 0.381%; (3) there is a significant correlation between work motivation towards teachers performance with partial correlation coefficient of 0.538%; (4) there is a significant correlation between perceptions of career, work discipline, and work motivation towards teachers performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.545% with a positive correlation. Thus, the better the perception of careers, work discipline, and work motivation towards teachers performance, then the better it will be.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi karir terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru IPS dan PKn. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif menggunakan cara analitik, yaitu dengan assosiatif korelasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan persepsi karir terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,282 %; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,381 %; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,538 %; (4) ada hubungan yang signifikan persepsi karir, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,545 % pada pengaruhpositif. Dengan demikian semakin baik persepsi karir, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja guru.Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, kinerja guru, motivasi kerja, persepsi karir

Abstract

Tanaman sirih hijau (Piper betle L.) merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan yang banyak dimanfaatkan untuk pengobatan. Tanaman sirih merupakan tanaman yang tumbuh subur di sepanjang Asia tropis hingga Afrika Timur dan menyebar hampir di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Daun sirih hijau mengandung minyak atsiri yang komponen penyusunnya merupakan senyawa fenol yang mampu menjadi senyawa anti bakterisidal, fungisidal, maupun germisidal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri daun sirih hijau terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli. Pembuatan ekstrak daun sirih hijau dilakukan menggunakan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol dan n-heksan. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 konsentrasi yaitu 20%, 30%, dan 35%, serta kontrol positif (Chloramphenicol) dan kontrol negatif (DMSO). Hasil menunjukkan ekstrak etanol daun sirih hijau konsentrasi 35% dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dengan daya hambat 19,65 ± 7,97 mm, sedangkan ekstrak n-heksan daun sirih hijau konsentrasi 35% dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dengan daya hambat 10,17 ± 4,25 mm. Hal ini menunjukkan daun sirih hijau memiliki kemampuan sebagai antibakteri.

Abstract

Cabbage is a type of vegetable that contains various vitamins such as vitamins A, C, and K. One of the chemical components found in cabbage is nitrite (NO₂). Nitrite is a nutrient formed naturally with concentrations depending on species variation, season, light, and fertilizer use. This study aims to determine the nitrite levels in boiled purple and white cabbage with varying boiling times using the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. Additionally, this research evaluates whether the nitrite content in the boiled cabbage remains within the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI). The extraction was carried out using distilled water with boiling time variations of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes. Nitrite levels were determined using the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. The nitrite content found in white cabbage for boiling durations of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes were 1.672 ppm, 0.986 ppm, 1.037 ppm, 0.951 ppm, and 0.999 ppm, respectively. For purple cabbage, the levels were 1.627 ppm, <0.5 ppm, 0.624 ppm, 0.775 ppm, and <0.5 ppm, respectively. The nitrite contents in both white and purple cabbage were found to be safe according to the ADI value of 4.2 mg/kg for a person weighing 60 kg.
