Abstract

This reseach was aimed at describing the learning process of poetry creative writing of seven grade student at SMP N 19 Bandarlampung in the year of 2012/2013. The method was used qualitative descriptive. Data collecting technique used observation, interview, and documentation study. The result of the reseach showed that the lesson plan by the teacher was formal lesson plan that consists of pre-activity, while activity, and post activity. Teaching-learning process of poetry creative writing in form of teachers activity and students activity in the class. In teaching-learning process, the teacher used explanatory method, task giving method, and recitation. Learning evaluation used by the teacher were process evaluation and task giving evaluation in from of project.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran menulis kreatif puisi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 19 Bandarlampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa RPP yang dibuatguru merupakan RPP formal yang terdiri atas kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis kreatif puisi berupa aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa di dalam kelas. Pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru mengunakan metode ceramah, metode pemberian tugas, dan resitasi. Penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah menggunakan penilaian proses dan penilaian penugasan dalam bentuk projek.Kata kunci: menulis kreatif, proses pembelajaran, puisi.

Abstract

The aims of this research to determine the effect of Think Talk Write (TTW) and Think Pair Share (TPS) model with Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach viewed from mathematical-logical intelligence. This research employed the quasi experimental research. The population of research was all students of the eight graders of junior high school in Karangamyar Regency in academic year 2016/2017. The result of this research shows that (1) TTW with RME approach gave better mathematics achievement than TPS with RME approach, (2) Students with high mathematical-logical intelligence can reach a better mathematics achievement than those with average and low, whereas students with average mathematical-logical intelligence can reach a better achievement than those with low one, (3) In TTW model with RME approach, students with high mathematical-logical intelligence can reach a better mathematics achievement than those with average and low, whereas students with average and low mathematical-logical intelligence gave same mathematics achievement, and  in TPS model with RME approach students with high mathematical-logical intelligence can reach a better mathematics achievement than those with average and low, whereas students with average mathematical-logical intelligence can reach a better achievement than those with low one (4) In each category of  mathematical-logical intelligence, TTW with RME approach and TPS with RME approach gave same mathematics achievement.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru Matematika SMP di Kota Surakarta dalam melaksanakan assessment for learning (AfL) dan assessment as learning (AaL), pelatihan implementasi AfL dan AaL bagi guru-guru Matematika di Surakarta telah dilaksanakan.  Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara baik pada kurun waktu 21 Agustus 2019 sampai dengan 18 September 2019 secara in-on-in. Kepada para peserta pelatihan diundang untuk memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai AfL dan AaL di Aula SMP Negeri 26 Surakarta. Setelah itu kepada para peserta dimohon untuk dapat mengimplementasikan AfL dan Aal di kelasnya masing-masing, kemudian menuliskan dan mengirimkan laporannya kepada tim instruktur paling lambat 11 September 2019. Kemudian, para peserta pelatihan diundang kembali di Aula SMP Negeri 26 Surakarta untuk mendiskusikan pelaksanaan AfL dan AaL yang telah dilakukannya. Dengan mendengkarkan laporan yang disampaikan dan diskusi di antara peserta, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para peserta pelatihan memperoleh pengetahuan yang baik mengenai AfL dan AaL dan telah dapat mengimplementasikannya di kelas dengan baik.Almqvist, C. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 396 karyawan BPR Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitan yang bersifat penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
