<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of workshop to increase the knowledge of physiology science at teacher of SMP junior high school in West Lampung regency. The research method used is Pre-Experimental Design with The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. In this research, the average value of pre test is 53,5 which is categorized quite good, while the average value of post test is 76,4 which is categorized very good. The result of data analysis shows that there is an increase of cognitive ability of teacher penjasorkes about sports physiology after attending workshop of sports science. The conclusion of this research is the influence of physiology workshop on the improvement of cognitive ability about sports physiology at the junior high school teacher in West Lampung district, which is indicated by the increase of the average score before and after the workshop.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh workshop terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ilmu faal olahraga pada guru penjasorkes SMP di Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode Peneltian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan tipe The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh data nilai rata-rata pre test adalah 53,5 yang dikategorikan cukup baik, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test adalah 76,4 yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan kognitif guru penjasorkes tentang ilmu faal olahraga setelah mengikuti workshop ilmu keolahragaan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh workshop ilmu faal olahraga terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kognitif tentang ilmu faal olahraga pada guru penjasorkes SMP se-kabupaten Lampung Barat, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti workshop.Kata kunci : ilmu faal olahraga, kemampuan kognitif, workshop.]]>
