Abstract

This research purpose is to know the magnitude of driving and not driving influence toward the VO2Max. This research uses ex post facto approach with quantitative descriptive method. The sample consists of  30 students who drive and 30 students who do not. The VO2Max data were collected through MFT while to find out who drive and who do not is by using questionnaire. The data analysis uses t-test. Based on the analysis result, it shows that there is a larger effect of the students who do not drive (pedestrians) toward the VO2Max ability on male students, with t-count 4.549 and t-table of significance α = 0.05 that is 1.721 so that t-count 4.549 1.721. While the larger effect for the female students who do not drive (pedestrians) toward the VO2Max ability with t-count 2.626 and t-table of significance α = 0.05 that is 2.015 so that t-count 2.626 2.015.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh berkendaraan dan tidak terhadap kemampuan VO2Max. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 30 siswa berkendara dan 30 siswa yang tidak. Data VO2Max melalui MFT sedangkan untuk mengetahui yang berkendaraan dan tidak melalui angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang lebih besar tidak berkendara (jalan kaki) terhadap kemampuan VO2Max pada siswa putra, dengan t hitung yaitu 4.549 dan t tabel signifikan α = 0.05 yaitu 1.721 maka t hitung  4.549 1.721. Sedangkan pengaruh yang lebih besar untuk kelompok putri yang tidak berkendara (jalan kaki) terhadap kemampuan VO2Max, dengan t hitung yaitu 2.626 dan t tabel signifikan α = 0.05 yaitu 2.015 maka t hitung 2.626 2.015.Kata Kunci: Berkendara, Tidak Berkendara, VO2Max

Abstract

Based on observations so far, physical education and sports teachers in Lampung in the implementation of their learning have not been effective(Hermawan, 2020), is no exception, of course, in Pesawaran Regency. This study aims to obtain a general description of the competence of physical education and sports teachers in Pesawaran Regency, including pedagogic, professional, personality, and social competencies.Method research used is survey method with qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research isall PJOK teachers (SD, SMP and SMA/SMK) in Pesawaran Regency, as many as 136 people. Data collection techniques using instrumentsobservations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis usingqualitative descriptive analysis approach through triangulation, and the results of the study can be concluded namely (1) The profile of PJOK teachers in Pesawaran is generally still relatively productive, which is in the range of 31-35 years, namely 37 people (27.21%) and in the age range 41-45 years, namely 36 people (26.47%)especially for elementary school teachers, (2) the pedagogical competence of teachers is in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, namely being able to (a) understand students, (b) make learning designs, (c) carry out conducive learning, and (d) design and carry out evaluations of learning outcomes on an ongoing basis, (3) In terms of personality competencies, teachers have behaviors that can be imitated by students, (4). In terms of social competence, the teachers are able to communicate and interact effectively with various parties, and (5) In terms of professional competition, most of the teachers have obtained certification, namely 94 people (65.12%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kompetisi guru SD, SMP, SMA/SMK se-Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Tentang kompetisi Pedagogik, Keperibadian, Sosial, dan Profesional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan memalui wawancara, pengamatan, dokumentasi, dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa (1) Profil guru penjas bertugas di Kabupaten Lampung Barat dari faktor usia relatif tua, masa tugas cukup lama, (2) Aspek Kompetisi pedagogik guru penjas sudah menjalankan dengan sesuai karena sebagian besar sudah mendapatkan PNS dan berstatus sertifikasi,  (3) Aspek Kompetisi Kepribadian memiliki prilaku yang dapat di teladani dan dicontoh, (4) secara kompetisi sosial guru penjas mampu berkomunikasi dengan efektif ke beberapa pihak baik di sekolah ataupun pada lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal, (5) secara kompetisi profesional guru penjas mampu meningkatkan kemampuan individu dengan mengikuti PLPG dan PPG serrta penataran yang dilaksanakan di provinsi maupun nasional.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Teachers should be accustomed to conducting action research. In fact, BK teachers have not been able to design and carry out research in accordance with the rules and principles of an action research. This training aims to improve the ability of BK teachers to design action research in the field of guidance and counseling. The training was carried out in Tanggamus District using a work-assignment learning method in the form of a workshop and was attended by 40 high school guidance and counseling teachers. The activity begins with briefing and continues with the practice of preparing research proposals in a guided manner. Evaluation of the achievement of activities is carried out to check the level of teacher skills in preparing action research designs correctly using the Action Research Design Quality Assessment Form. The results of the activity showed that in general the skills of the participants had improved. They have been able to formulate the title, problem, objective, and research methodology correctly. Participants categorized as "Highly Skilled" = 15%, "Skilled" = 35%, and "Sufficiently Skilled" = 27.50%, "Less Skilled" = 17.50%, the rest, around 5% are still in the category " Very Unskilled.” Based on the results of the evaluation of activities, it is recommended that this kind of training be followed up by increasing the intensity of the debriefing and expanding the target audience.
