Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the effect of perception about products quality, price, trust and electronic word of mouth to consumer buying interest in oneshop bandar lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method by approaching ex post facto and survey. Population in research is a whole consumers oneshop bandar lampung and sample 92 respondents determined by technique purposive sampling .The data collection was done using a questionnaire .data were collected through questionnaires processed with SPSS .The results of the analysis data shows that there are the influence of consumer perceptions about the quality of products, the price, trust and electronic word of mouth affect significant impact on interest in buying types of buyers in Oneshop Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi tentang kualitas produk, harga, kepercayaan, dan electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli konsumen di Oneshop Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan konsumen Oneshop Bandar Lampung dan sampel 92 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh persepsi konsumen tentang kualitas produk, harga, kepercayaan dan electronic word of mouth mempengaruhi signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Oneshop Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci: produk, harga, kepercayaan, ewom, minat beli.
