<![CDATA[The purpose of research was expected to provide the opportunity to all of the children (including children with special needs) to get a good quality of education which is appropriate to their needs. The methodology used in this research was descriptive method with the quantitative approach. The subjects in research were teachers who teach in inclusion class, in collecting the data in this research was using questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. The research results showed that teachers professional factors was enough professional. The factor of a contact with the students with special needs experience showed enough experience. The factors of the students condition showed that they have sufficient understanding of the condition of the students. The factor of facilities showed that the facilities are complete. The factors of inclusion education training showed that the training has never been hosted.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada semua anak (termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus) untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang layak sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang mengajar dikelas inklusi. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor profesionalisme guru cukup profesional. Faktor pengalaman kontak dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus menunjukkan cukup memiliki pengalaman. Faktor kondisi siswa menunjukkan bahwa cukup memiliki pemahaman tentang kondisi siswa. Faktor fasilitas menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas lengkap. Faktor pelatihan pendidikan inklusi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tidak pernah di selenggarakan.Kata kunci : anak berkebutuhan khusus, guru, pendidikan inklusi]]>
