Abstract

The focus of the problems raised in this study is  Effectiveness of linguistic environment on learning Arabic, This research uses descriptive qualitative through communicative approach method, from the two boarding schools the researcher finds that differences: 1). Boarding Schools Baitul Arqam Jember and al-Kautsar Sidoarjo using  artificial language environments., 2). The influence of the language environment on the ability of students to speak Arabic has a very big impact when viewed from before and after using the language environment, including: before using the language environment, students in the two Islamic boarding schools do not know the daily greeting words and unable to speak Arabic, but after they use the language environment they  can to speak using Arabic., 3). Weaknesses of language environment in Baitul Arqam Jember  are the lack of student awareness in the application of language environment, while the advantages of language environment in this boarding schools that is the existence of language environment around the residence of students., while the shortcomings of language environment in the boarding al-Kautsar  Sidoarjo, namely The lack of justification of sentences, The advantage of language environment al-Kautsar Sidoarjo is the teachers  employees give examples of speaking Arabic in front of students.

Abstract

Pernikahan merupakan cara halal dalam menyalurkan hasrat biologis dan pelestarian keturunan. Pernikahan memiliki rukun dan syarat sehingga berakibat akan sahnya pernikahan tersebut. Adanya cacat dalam rukun dan syarat menjadikan pernikahan itu bermasalah. Bermasalah dalam pernikahan tersebut dan akibat hukum yang timbul darinya. Diantara pernikahan yang bermasalah adalah nikah syiga>r . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguak implikasi nikah syiga>r  terhadap hubungan waris mewarisi melalui pendekatan mura’a>t al-khila>f . Penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif guna menyingkap keabsahan nikah syiga>r  dan implikasinya dalam hubungan kewarisan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa;1)Nikah syiga>r adalah pernikahan terlarang sesuai hadits Nabi ﷺ . Para ulama sepakat akan keharaman pernikahan tersebut namun berbeda pendapat mengenai keabsahannya. 2)Nikah syiga>r  mengharuskan perpisahan antara kedua pasangan suami istri. 3)Mura’at al-khilaf  merupakan salah satu poros berdalil dalam mazhab maliki yang menguatkan konsekuensi hukum dari pendapat kubu yang kontra. 4)Nikah syiga>r memiliki implikasi terhadap hubungan waris mewarisi lewat mura’a>t al-khilaf .Kata Kunci: nikah syigar, implikasi waris, mura’at al-khilaf

Abstract

The Kufa School significantly contributes to establishing and developing Arabic grammar. The discussions they presented attracted the attention of Ibn Taymiyyah, so their books became a primary source for him to support his opinion in the Islamic sciences. Descriptive statistical analysis was used in this research. This methodology includes collecting opinions on Kufi grammar and its special terms, and the primary source of this information is Ibn Taymiyyah’s writings on them. In support of this, his comments on these opinions and terms will also be mentioned, along with a comparison with the statements of grammarians about them. This helps in learning and teaching traditional grammar, as students can study the doctrines and compare them, which are extracted from one of the imams of scholars in the field of religious sciences. From his results, he concluded from Ibn Taymiyyah’s writings four Kufi terms in grammar and sixteen of their opinions.

Abstract

Financial readiness before marriage is a crucial aspect that is often overlooked by prospective couples, particularly among university students. Many assume that economic issues can be resolved after marriage, whereas financial problems are in fact one of the main triggers of conflict in household life. A lack of preparedness in dealing with household financial needs can lead to stress, arguments, and even divorce. Therefore, understanding and preparing financially before marriage is essential to building a stable and harmonious family. This study aims to examine the financial readiness of students at STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember in facing marriage through a case study approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study show that: (1) there are two levels of financial readiness before marriage, namely: (a) Ready-for-marriage level, which includes three contributing factors, and (b) Not-yet-ready-for-marriage level, which also includes three contributing factors; (2) there are seven strategies applied by STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember students to prepare for financial aspects prior to marriage.
