Abstract

Digital advertising is increasingly embedded within contemporary human–computer interaction (HCI) environments, where advertisements function not only as persuasive messages but also as structural elements of digital interfaces. Despite the rapid growth of online advertising, research examining how interface design influences advertising effectiveness remains fragmented across HCI, communication science, and marketing. This study synthesizes interdisciplinary research on how HCI-related interface variables affect visual advertising attention, avoidance, and persuasion outcomes. A systematic literature review following the PRISMA 2020 framework was conducted using four major databases: Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, and the ACM Digital Library. The review covers peer-reviewed studies published between 2000 and 2025 that combine HCI methodologies—such as eye-tracking, usability evaluation, interaction logging, and user experience measurement—with advertising outcomes including attention, recall, persuasion, and avoidance. A total of 118 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using narrative synthesis. The findings indicate that advertising effectiveness is strongly shaped by interface-level variables including visual complexity, animation, interactivity, aesthetic congruence, and user task context. Visual attention operates through a dual-pathway mechanism in which bottom-up visual salience interacts with top-down goal-directed browsing behavior, explaining phenomena such as banner blindness. The review highlights the need for stronger theoretical integration between HCI and communication-based persuasion frameworks.

Abstract

Raskin is a conditional food aid program organized by the Government of Indonesia in selling rice at below market prices to specific recipients. In an effort to help the poor people which reached 28.07 million / soul. Since January 2003 the government issued RASKIN program. Village of Lesane has implemented RASKIN government program for poor families that began in 2003, but still found obstacles in the implementation of which is still using the conventional system. The method used for sorting is Weighted Product is part of the concept of Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) where necessary normalization calculation. The concept of development of this system to apply the cycle System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results obtained by the accuracy rate of 100%

Abstract

Matahari Department Store (MDS) is one of the leading retail company in Indonesia that provide equipment clothing, accessories, beauty products and home appliances at affordable prices. PT. MDS outlets spread over 131 stores located in 62 cities, supported by a team of 50,000 people and more than 1,200 local suppliers as well as more than 90% of purchase directly from sources in Indonesia. The number of employees led to the Human Resource Department (HRD) often have difficulty in selecting candidates for Sales Promotion Girl (SPG). Rekruetment policy employees are still influenced by the subjectivity of the decision makers. Subjectivity decision caused SPG received less qualified. SPG mistake in choosing a very big impact on the company because it affects the company's profitability and performance of services. The purpose of this research is the establishment of Decision Support System for the selection of candidates SPG using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) on PT.Matahari Department Store Pasar Besar of Malang. The results showed that the candidate selection decision support system SPG using SAW method can help the HRD in the process of selecting candidates for SPG, so the power SPG received in accordance with the criteria of the company.

Abstract

Graha Mesin Globlindo Malang has been assessing employee performance conventional and is a direction that tends to subjectively, the assessment manager to an employee who becomes the object of assessment. From this, it needs a system that aims to help the management of CV. Graha Mesin Globlindo Malang to assess the employee's performance for the next decision could be made in accordance with the standard of the work, the target or targets that have been determined in advance and agreed upon. Methods of decision support used in this study is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method that is based on the sum of the value of the matrix normalized (R) with a value weighted on the assessment criteria achievement of the work, sanctions, years of delay time off work, absenteeism working with preferesi value to then be obtained ranking is based on the value of preferences (Vi). The result showed that with the establishment of a decision support system can evaluate the employee's performance appraisal employee performance in the marketing division and information technology (IT) objectively and do not require a longer time than the previous method of evaluation.

Abstract

Medical record systems in RSIA Puri Bunda Malang currently using decentralized storage systems, namely the separation between file inpatients and outpatients. Medical record system that exists today is assisted by using Microsoft Excel so that between outpatient and inpatient care can not process data simultaneously and allows the numbering doubles as the number owned by two different owners or the owners have two different numbers, in addition to the patients who come often forgot to take control of the patient's card or cards reason lost control patients. This leads to medical records clerk overwhelmed. The establishment of medical record information system on RSIA Puri Bunda Malang to help the performance of web-based medical record officers in improving patient care. System development method applied in this research is the development of the system (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle waterfall model. Research Medical Record Information System In RSIA Puri Bunda Malang-based WEB is to reduce the double numbering error is equipped with a report that can be used as a reference for decision making or policy for the hospital.
