Abstract

Kata kunci: Terapi Oksigen, Non-Rebreathing Mask, Tekanan Parsial CO2 DarahAbstractThe partial pressure of CO2 is very influential on cerebral blood flow (CBF) and intra kanial pressure. The background of this research is that the pressure of the gas mixture in the theory of John Dalton stated that if one of the gas pressure in the gas mixture increases, the partial pressure of other gases will decline. This study aimed to determine whether the increase in oxygen concentration in the non-rebreathing mask (NRM) will decrease the partial pressure of CO2, so that it can be used to decrease PaCO2 while PaO2 still higher to protect brain from higher of ICT (intra-cranial pressure) state in patients with head injuries. Method: This research is a Clinical Trial with one shoot pretest and posttest design in patients with moderate head injury with GCS 9-13 conducted conservative treatment at the hospital Dr. M. Djamil Padang. In patients assessed blood CO2 partial pressure before and after 6 hours of oxygen therapy using the NRM. Total sample of 16 patients who met the incluton criteria. Result: The result showed significant differences in blood CO2 partial pressure before and after oxygen therapy using the NRM (P <0.05). There was a decrease of bloodCO2partial pressureafter oxygen therapy using NRM from 32.06 ± 6.35 to 39.00 ± 3.74. Discussion: Oxygen therapy using NRM can decrease blood CO2 partial pressure that can be used to reduce the intra-cranial pressure in patients with moderate head injury. Keywords: Oxygen Therapy, Non-Rebreathing Mask, Blood CO2 Partial Pressure

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of observations that researchers do in the semester of January-August 2017/2016, researchers found the phenomenon that the level of discipline of teachers in collecting learning tools is still low. This is evident from the time the researcher asked the teacher to collect learning tools there are still many teachers who did not collect the requested learning device. There are also teachers who rush to prepare learning tools when the principal or supervisor will supervise the class. Of the six class teachers, if averaged, then only 60%, teachers who complement the learning tools both in the form of syllabus, SK / KD, RPP, prota promes and teaching materials. Meanwhile, 40% of teachers did not collect. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers of INS Kayu Tanam high school class who were research class teachers. Research data was collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the application of reward and punishment system can improve teacher discipline in collecting learning device. This is evidenced from before applied rewards and punishment, the percentage of teachers who collect learning tools only 66.67% with the collect on time only amounted to 22.81%. After applied reward and punishment system, then in cycle I, teacher collecting learning device become 79,65% with percentage which collect on time is 35,79%. After cycle II, the percentage of teachers who collected learning tools became 97.54% with the percentage of teachers who collected on time was 81.05%. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing an Infocus projector in thematic learning to enhance the academic performance of third-grade students in an elementary school. The research was conducted at State Elementary School 01 2x11 in Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman Regency. The Infocus projector served as a supplementary tool to facilitate a more interactive visualization of the instructional material. A quantitative method with quasi-experimental approach was employed, comparing control group pre-test post-test results within the same classroom. The study's participants comprised 18 third-grade students who had previously undergone traditional instruction without the use of the Infocus projector, and later experienced lessons with the technology. Data regarding students' academic performance were collected through pre- and post-treatment assessments, with statistical tests being employed for data analysis. The inferential analysis revealed a significant difference, with a calculated t-value of 4.58, surpassing the critical t-table value of 1.73. This outcome demonstrated the effectiveness of the Infocus projector in improving student learning outcomes. Notable improvements in student performance were evident when comparing pre-test and post-test results. The descriptive analysis indicated a pre-test score of 41.11 and a post-test score of 77.5. In conclusion, the incorporation of the Infocus projector in thematic instruction had a substantial positive impact on student academic achievement. The findings underscored the educational potential of such technology, emphasizing its importance in creating more engaging and effective learning experiences for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) at SD IT Adzkia 3 Padang. The research is motivated by differences in teachers' perceptions of P5 and the fact that P5 is a new initiative in Indonesia's educational curriculum, designed to integrate the values of Pancasila into students' character through a project-based approach. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research involves data collection, reduction, display, and verification. The research subjects consist of teachers directly involved in the implementation of P5 at the school. The results of the study indicate that most teachers have a good understanding of the goals and importance of P5 in shaping students' character in line with Pancasila values. However, some teachers have yet to fully comprehend P5, with several issues identified, such as inconsistencies in the implementation of P5 in classrooms, excessive administrative burdens, and a lack of information regarding P5. The study concludes that teachers need to improve their time management and learning to address these challenges. Additionally, stronger support from the school and government.
