Abstract

Penentuan Calon Suami terbaik merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kriteria-kriteria apa yang diperlukan dalam penentuan calon suami terbaik dalam pernikahan. Seorang calon suami harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria tertentu untuk dapat dinyatakan layak. Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan dan memprediksi layak dan tidak layak calon suami untuk dinyatakan menjadi calon suami terbaik dalam pernikahan dengan menggunakan Metode C4.5. Algoritma C4.5 merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk membentuk pohon keputusan. Pohon keputusan merupakan metode klasifikasi dan prediksi yang sangat kuat dan terkenal.

Abstract

Kepuasan Pelanggan dalam penjualan air minum isi ulang merupakan hal penting. Mengingat penjulan air minum isi ulang yang semakin meningkat pada tiap daerah. Pada zaman sekarang, masyarakat lebih memilih konsumsi air minum isi ulang dikarenakan lebih hemat waktu dan biaya. Meningkatnya penjualan air minum isi ulang juga merupakan akibat dari susahnya mendapatkan air bersih untuk konsumsi. Penjualan air minum yang baik juga berdasarkan pada tingkat kebersihan air, mutu pelayanan, harga, serta waktu pengisian air tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis melakukan analisis pada Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Rihata Water di Jl. Nirwana Huta VII, Desa Purbasari, Kec. Tapian Dolok, Kab. Simalungun. Analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode Rough Set. Metode ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap penjualan air minum isi ulang. Analisis ini diharapkan dapat membantu menemukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap penjualan air minum isi ulang. Dan dari hasilnya, analisis ini dapat menunjukkan pemberian hadiah terhadap pelanggan sesuai dengan kriteria tingkat kepuasannya.

Abstract

Tax is a source of funds for the state to overcome various problems such as social problems, improving welfare, prosperity of its people. In the Batubara district itself, the number of receipts of Motor Vehicle Taxes and the development of the number of motorized vehicles have increased but not offset by awareness of taxpayers, this is reflected in the amount of arrears and considerable fines at the Coal Samsat Office. Looking at these problems, a method that is effective in estimating the number of vehicles paying taxes in the Batubara district is needed. The data used is data from the Regency Statistics Agency. Coal through the website www.batubarakab.bps.go.id. The data is the number of motorized vehicles that pay taxes in the Coal district in the period of 2012 to 2017. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation method. Input variables used are 2012 data (X1), 2013 data (X2), 2014 data (X3), 2015 data (X4), 2016 data (X5) and 2017 data as targets with models training and testing architecture of 4 architectures namely 4-4-1, 4-8-1, 4-16-1, 4-32-1. The resulting output is the best pattern of ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 4-8-1 with epoch 3681, MSE 0.009744 and 100% accuracy. So that the prediction of the number of motorized vehicles that pay taxes is obtained in Batubara district.

Abstract

Food is a major human need that must be completed at any time. This right is one of human rights, stated in article 27 of the 1945 Constitution and in the Rome Declaration (1996). These considerations underlie the issuance of Law No. 7/1996 concerning Food. With these considerations, the Government always considers increasing food security related to increasing domestic production. This research is expected to contribute to the government in order to predict the contribution of rice by province in Indonesia. The data used is data from the National Statistics Agency through the website www.bps.go.id. The data is data on rice / rice production based on provinces in Indonesia in the period of 2010 to 2015. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation method. The input (input) variables used are data for 2010 (X1), data for 2011 (X2), data for 2012 (X3), data for 2013 (X4), data for 2014 (X5) and data for 2015 as targets with models training and testing architecture of 4 architectures namely 4-4-1, 4-8-1, 4-16-1, 4-32-1. The resulting output is the best pattern of ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 4-4-1 with 218 days, MSE 0.012728078 and an accuracy rate of 97%. From this model obtained from estimates obtained from provinces in Indonesia.

Abstract

To find out the level of success in web-based or online implementation and have to do an evaluation. Evaluation is in the form of a reference or benchmark used in relation to the audit of the information system analysis method itself, by looking at the performance of a system quantitatively and qualitatively. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of success, efficiency, effectiveness, and company profits in implementing an online-based exam system conducted at the AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar campus. In providing analysis or evaluation of a system, it can be done with several analytical models. In this study, a model analysis framework will be used, namely by using the Pieces Framework method.

Abstract

Data mining is the process of mining data from big data to get important information. The data mining process requires the use of artificial intelligence technology. The production of goat meat is very much needed in the fulfillment of protein ingredients for the people of Indonesia. It is necessary to make a grouping of goat meat production to see the condition of the map of the strength of meat production in Indonesia, so that the government can take appropriate steps to develop goat meat production in Indonesia. This study uses data mining techniques using the k-means clustering method to classify goat meat production in Indonesia. The results of this study are data on mutton product clustering, namely 2 nodes in the high group, the low group having 22 nodes, and the medium group having 10 nodes.

Abstract

Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to purchase the product and repay it within the specified time period.  UU No.10 of 1998 states that credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equalized, based on the agreement or lending and borrowing agreements between banks with other parties that require the borrower to repay his debt after a certain period of time with the giving of interest. Currently, credit facilities become the main source of consumer financing in buying goods. In addition there are also consumers who are classified as having enough income to purchase in cash, but choose on credit because there are other needs that must be met. Associated with the cost of most consumers make purchases on credit are consumers who are classified as having middle class income. The process of giving credit to consumers is not easy, because it must consider various factors. The purpose of this research is to make decision support system in determining consumer factor in doing credit goods. Case study conducted by researchers is PT. ADIRA Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk pematangsiantar branch. The method used in this research is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method that can give the best ranking order. So as to produce criteria with the highest weights that can be used as consideration for decision makers to be used in decision making. It is expected that this research can contribute to the company in assessing the biggest factor of consumers in choosing goods credits.

Abstract

Quantum perceptron adalah merupakan metode jaringan saraf tiruan yang memadukan antara algoritma perceptron dengan komputasi quantum. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis quantum perceptron untuk memprediksi jumlah pengunjung pada ucok kopi Pematangsiantar pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam memprediksi jumlah pengunjung pada Ucok Kopi Pematangsiantar, peneliti menggunakan data pengunjung sebelumnya pada masa panedmi Covid-19. Variabel yang digunakan adalah 10 varibel dimulai dari x1 sampai dengan x10. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis quantum perceptron untuk memprediksi jumlah pengunjung ucok kopi Pematangsiantar.
