Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 since April 2020 has had a high number of cases and / or number of deaths and this can spread to various regions and countries. So that the Indonesian government issued a large-scale social restriction regulation. This will have an impact on sectoral aspects in Indonesia. Therefore this study was made with the aim of knowing the effect of Covid-19 on the sectoral stock index trend and how it affects them. The data used are monthly data on sectoral stock index prices (11 sectors) from January 2010 to March 2020 (before covid-19) and April to October 2020 (ongoing covid-19). Based on a comparison between the regression coefficients before and the onset of Covid-19, it can be seen that the sectors not affected by Covid-19 are basic industry, consumer industry, development, finance, manufacturing, other industries, property and trade. The absence of covid-19 influence on the sector is evidenced by the existence of a slice between the regression coefficients between before and during covid-19. The agriculture, infrastructure and mining sectors were affected by Covid-19. The infrastructure sector has experienced a trend change from rising to being stagnant. Meanwhile, the agricultural and mining sectors experienced a trend change from down to up.

Abstract

Abstrak: Malang Regency is an area that has a lot of natural resource potential, especially in the field of fisheries, both capture fisheries, and aquaculture. One of the aquaculture activities carried out by the community in Malang Regency, especially in Bantur Village is catfish aquaculture. This aquaculture activity is experiencing obstacles, namely the large proportion of operational costs for feed (> 60%) and the incompatibility of semi-intensive aquaculture practices that are applied, in which the absence of water quality monitoring has an impact on fish growth is not optimal. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to catfish cultivators in Bantur Village about semi-intensive aquaculture systems and the manufacture of fish feed independently through training on pellet making machine technology applications. The socialization and training activities carried out have proven to be able to increase the knowledge of cultivators so that they can become their provisions to improve the quality and quantity of aquaculture products. Keywords: catfish; self-feed production; semi-intensive aquaculture; water quality;Abstract: Kabupaten Malang merupakan wilayah yang memiliki banyak potensi sumberdaya alam terutama dalam bidang perikanan baik perikanan tangkap maupun perikanan budidaya.

Abstract

The Mina Makmur Jaya Floating Net Cage (KJA) Group in Gampingan is a community group engaged in the breeding of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) using the puddle system method, located in Gampingan Village, Pagak District, Malang Regency. The main problem faced in this business is the slow growth of fish fry, which results in suboptimal seed production. This condition is caused by several factors: water quality that is highly dependent on weather conditions, inappropriate breeding techniques, and inadequate nutrition or feed. The proposed solutions include conducting socialization activities and preparing a water quality management module based on Adaptive Water Management, providing water quality measuring instruments, organizing training and SOP development for seed breeding and packaging techniques, and conducting socialization on feed management for tilapia hatchery. The results of these activities showed an increase in partners’ technical skills, business management efficiency, and seed quality. In addition, outputs were produced in the form of SOPs, training modules, activity documentation, and new skills that help improve tilapia fry productivity, reduce operational costs, and expand distribution reach. Thus, this program contributes to strengthening food security, increasing economic value, and ensuring the sustainability of tilapia breeding enterprises at the local level.
