Abstract

The Mesofauna’s soil is a soil fauna which has a body size of 100 µm-< 2 mm its population has been rare because of applying an intensive agriculture system, which is based on the chemical equipment, such as chemical synthetic of fertilizer and synthetic insecticide. Other problem is less information about the diversity of soil mesofauna, especially in the agriculture apples at Tulungrejo, Bumiaji, Batu. The aim of this research is to determine of the species of soil mesofauna, ecology parameter, index of diversity, evenness index and soil fertility in the research area. The research used descriptive quantitative research. Descriptive research aims to describe an event and the events that occurred, quantitative research aims to explain numbers of data analysis using statistical. The research carried in the morning with the plot method (squares). Data were collected by direct observation of the population investigated. The results showed that soil mesofauna were found to consist of a kind Ascocyrtus sp, Homidia cingula, Isotomurus palustris, Pseudacorutes javanicus, Pseudisotoma sensibilis, Sphyroteca dawydoffi, and Macrocheles robustulus. Soil mesofauna of ecology parameters are: (1) density ranged from 0,592 ind/m2–131,556 ind/m2, relative density between of 0,002–0,484. The highest density species Homidia cingula and the lowest is Isotomurus palustris (2) frequency ranged between 0,037–0,926 the relative frequency ranged from 0,012–0,344 with the highest frequency value species Pseudisotoma and the lowest is Isotomurus palustris (3) the highest importance index value species Homidia cingula 0,756, and lowest is Isotomurus palustris 0,013. The index of diversity value Shannon wiener (H’) 1,368 or categories is low diversity values, so the soil fertility degree in the area of the research is low. Evenness value (E) is 0,85, means the population prone to average (E approaching 1). Keywords: Diversity ,Soil mesofauna, Bioindicator, Agriculture of apple

Abstract

Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that does not only focus on religious education, but also provides general education that can support community needs in facing challenges in social life in the future. it is evident from several findings in the field that there are inconsistencies in the application of logo identity in several media and also the minimal level of legibility in small media, because the identity of the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is a representation of the values shared by the people within the Institution and also a differentiator. If an educational institution does not apply its identity consistently, it will be difficult to demonstrate its existence. Therefore the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School needs a new identity in the form of a logo that can provide consistency for the media used and can also represent the values shared by all human beings with the aim that the Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School can be more consistent in applying identity to the media and other than The new logo will also give a fresh and more contemporary impression in line with current developments.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the implementation of E-Government in public services at Oluhuta Village, with a focus on two main topics: the Context of E-Government in Village Governance and the Context of Challenges and Opportunities in E-Government. The activity involved village officials and the community in presentation sessions and in-depth discussions about the benefits, challenges, and opportunities that can be gained through the implementation of E-Government. The method used in this service is a participatory approach, with direct delivery of materials through presentations and interactive discussions. The results of this service show that village officials have begun to understand E-Government as a solution to improve administrative efficiency and public services. Additionally, the community also realizes that the implementation of E-Government can facilitate easier access to public services online. Despite challenges such as limited infrastructure and low technological literacy, significant opportunities such as increased transparency, accountability, and public participation in governance have also been identified. Overall, this community service successfully enhanced the understanding of both parties and raised awareness about the importance of E-Government in improving the quality of public services.

Abstract

The advancement of technology in society has significantly impacted urban development, particularly in Gorontalo Province, leading to increased mobility and activity among residents. This has resulted in the growth of residential buildings, places of worship, educational institutions, and shopping centers, with structures increasingly expanding vertically due to population growth. This study aims to compare the structural analysis of an 8-story reinforced concrete building using two lateral load-resisting systems: the Shear Wall System and the Special Moment-Resisting Frame (SMRF) System, analyzed using ETABS software. The findings reveal distinct structural behaviors between the two systems. The shear wall system exhibited a maximum inter-story drift of 38.367 mm in the x-direction and 7.840 mm in the y-direction, while the SMRF system showed 23.272 mm (x-direction) and 37.492 mm (y-direction). The most notable difference was observed in the y-direction, where the shear wall system demonstrated significantly lower drift values compared to the SMRF system. This indicates that the shear wall system provides better resistance to lateral displacements in high-rise buildings under similar conditions.
