Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu faktor yang vital dalam penyelenggaraan penidikan dan pembelajaran, karena itu apabila sarana dan prasarana kurang mendukung, maka penyelenggaraan atau pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di sekolah tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Mutu pendidikan dapat dilihat dalam dua hal, yakni mengacu pada proses pendidikan dan hasil pendidikan. Faktor-faktor dalam proses pendidikan adalah berbagai input, seperti bahan ajar, metodologi dan sarana sekolah. Sedangkan mutu pendidikan dalam konteks hasil pendidkan mengacu pada prestasi yang dicapai oleh setiap kurun waktu tertentu. Prestasi yang dicapai atau hasil pendidikan (student archievement) dapat berupa hasil tes kemampuan akademis (misalnya ulangan umum). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik, mengetahui pelaksanaan sarana dan prasarana dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik dan untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pelaksanaan sarana dan prasarana dalam peningkatan mutu peserta didik. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 dua orang dan siswa 5 2 orang dan 2 orang guru mata pelajaran Matematika dan Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa perencanaan sarana dan prasarana yang diterapkan sekolah adalah dengan memusyawarahkan terlebih dahulu dengan guru-guru yang ada disekolah agar sarana dan prasarana itu berguna dan bermanfaat untuk sekolah, pelaksanaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan disekolah dengan cara menyiapkan buku induk barang inventarisasi, menyiapkan buku golongan barang inventarisasi dan lain sebagainya, kurang nya dana, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai menyebabkan pembelajaran dikelas kurang efektif.

Abstract

Pemasaran jasa pendidikan merupakan suatu pogram yang dilakukan oleh berbagai institusi pendidikan (sekolah) dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan pelanggan (peserta didik), di tengah banyaknya persaingan. Pemasaran atau promosi adalah suatu ranah yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Jadi, pihak sekolah harus menentukan strategi pemasaran yang luar biasa untuk mencapai keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan. Topik ini dipandang signifikan karena proses pemasaran jasa pendidikan juga mendukung sekolah dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan meyakinkan pelanggan dengan cara menawarkan produk atau jasa yang ada di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi, penerapan, masalah kendala dan pemecahan implementasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam peningkatan pelanggan di SMKN 1 Pasie Raya. Penelitian ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan megumpulkan data dari kegiatan observasi lapangan, wawancara terhadap sumber yang relavan, dan pengambilan dokumentasi dari tempat penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan salah satu personel sekolah yaitu waka kesiswaan, serta salah satu peserta didik SMKN 1 Pasie Raya.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pemasaran jasa pendidikan di SMKN 1 Pasie Raya bahwa: (1) menerapkan langkah-langkah strategi pemasaran dengan cara: identifikasi pasar, segmentasi pasar dan positioning, serta diferensiasi produk. (2) dalam penerapan pemasaran jasa pendidikan terlebih dahulu menentukan target dengan cara pemasaran internal (internal marketing) dan pemesaran eksternal (eksternal marketing). (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pemasaran adalah tidak ada personel khusus yang mengelola di bidang pemasaran, serta minat masyarakat terhadap sekolah dengan pogram ATPH dengan alasan pertanian sudah tradisi. Peneliti berpandangan kajian ini adalah suatu hal yang harus diterapkan oleh setiap sekolah dalam mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pemasaran jasa pendidikan di sekolah sangat mempengaruhi dalam upaya meningkatkan pelanggan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pemasaran jasa pendidikan disekolah maka pelanggan akan mengetahui informasi tentang produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan, dan pelanggan akan mengambil keputusan untuk menyekolahkan anaknya.

Abstract

Knowledge developed in Islam has only one hierarchical goal, namely to Allah SWT. Arrangement of the concept of the educational curriculum, formulated and developed integrally, both aqliyah and naqliyah sciences which need integration so that the status of khalifatullah is truly realized. This research library research examines comprehensively the integrated education curriculum. The findings state that the final and integrated curriculum process will produce productive and creative students in the global struggle, especially in the field of education as well as having a good character.

Abstract

Traditional Dayah education in Aceh which has historically contributed to providing resplendent output, but is now starting to face serious challenges that lead to suboptimal quality of education. The study of fiqh in traditional dayahs that have produced quality graduates began to decline. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation analyzed through a qualitative approach show some significant findings. First, traditional dayahs in Aceh in fiqh learning have adopted the curriculum of the Aceh Dayah Education Office. Second, the integration of instructional media in the teaching of fiqh in traditional dayahs in Aceh has not been able to improve the quality of fiqh learning. Thirteen, the continuity of innovation in the integration of instructional media in fiqh learning is greatly influenced by internal and external support so that continuous and comprehensive innovation becomes a necessity so that the maximum output produced. This paper suggests a transformation in fiqh learning in traditional dayahs by actualizing learning oriented to the mastery of the material through the integration of learning media.

Abstract

The transformational leadership leads its human resource into its elightment sensitivity, organisational development, collective vision, leadership delegation, and developing organisational culture which is a must in organisational restructure scheme. This leadership model would be able to accelerate the awareness of its followers by promoting productive ideas, a synergical relationship, responsibility, educational concern and collective expcetations. The transformational leadership leaders are those visionary and able to identify changes and transformation into organisations. In addition, they will be able to promote organisational changes  and motivate creative and innovative individual employees. Furthermore, they also build strong team work, promote the positive working culture and maintain responsibility.

Abstract

The development of science and technology increasingly encourages renewal efforts in the use of technological results in the learning process. So that teachers are able to use the tools that have been provided by the school in the form of modern or traditional technology, and choose what media to use, and it is possible that these tools are in accordance with the developments and demands of the times. In MAN 1 Bireuen, innovative learning media based on information and communication technology are very helpful for teachers in the learning process, but there are still teachers who have not been able to use them, teachers also have difficulty using IT media and teachers also have difficulty in determining learning media that are in accordance with the material. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's ability to use learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen, and to determine the teacher's constraints in using learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen. The research used is qualitative using a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the principal and two teachers. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ability of teachers to use learning media at MAN 1 Bireuen is still not good, because there are teachers who cannot enter the power point system into the media. To use learning media, not all can master learning media, except for young teachers who are easy to use media and teachers who have not been able to use media for a long time. Constraints of the head of MAN 1 Bireuen in the use of learning media. First, very limited learning media, such as in completing learning media tools. Second, the lack of funds is also an obstacle for MAN 1 Bireuen. Third, the ability of teachers who are still lacking in the use of media. Fourth, the power grid sometimes goes out.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the form of the principal's planning for online learning, the principal's supervisory strategy in implementing online learning, and the obstacles that occur in supervising the implementation of online learning at SMAN 1 Baitussalam. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were the principal, two teachers and one student. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that: first, the principal has prepared a plan before the implementation of online learning begins, the plan is adapted to the concept of virtual learning. Second, the school principal supervises the implementation of online learning using various strategies, starting from supervision techniques, supervision models and supervision approaches. Third, the obstacles that occur in the supervision of school principals in the implementation of online learning, are: (1) time load in carrying out the principal's managerial duties and responsibilities, (2) the teacher's lack of knowledge about the use of technology, (3) some students do not have learning media complete online. The supervision strategy carried out by the school principal is good, but there are still limitations in supervising their students.

Abstract

Strategi pimpinan sebagai seorang manejer harus memiliki strategi dalam meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dan peran pimpinan juga mengikutsertakan guru dan siswa dalam perencanaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Namun di MIN 9 Aceh Timur ada beberapa sarana dan prasarana masih belum memadai seperti ruang belajar masih ada semi permanen, ruang perpustakaan yang masih di sekat dengan ruang guru sehingga ruang guru menjadi sempit, tempat parkir yang masih kurang memadai banyak siswa/i yang memarkir sepeda, di lapangan hal ini dapat mengganggu para siswa yang bermain bola, dan juga lapangan olah raga yang belum  memadai.  Tujuan  penelitian  ini  untuk  mengetahui  strategi pimpinan dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana di MIN 9 Aceh Timur, untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan pimpinan dalam Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasarana di MIN 9 Aceh Timur dan untuk mengetahui hambatan- hambatan dalam Peningkatan Sarana dan Prasarana di MIN 9 Aceh Timur. Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian pimpinan kepala madrasah dan waka sarana dan prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan   dokumentasi.   Hasil   penelitian   ini   menunjukkan   bahwa   strategi pimpinan di MIN 9 Aceh Timur memiliki tiga strategi, Pertama perencanaan, kedua pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, ketiga pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana. Pelaksanaan pimpinan dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana memiliki dua strategi yang pertama pengorganisasian, kedua pelaksanaan dan penggerak. Hambatan-hambatan yang di hadapi pimpinan di MIN 9 Aceh Timur dalam peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pertama kurangnya dana sehingga menjadi suatu hambatan, kedua kurangnya kesadaran dan dukungan warga madrasah untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

The character of students at school is decreasing, especially the students. There are some students who are lazy about attending lessons, there are some students who skip school, there are students who do not take part in learning activities in a particular subject, and also the indifferent attitude of students in paying attention to the explanation of the teacher who is teaching in front of the class. Therefore, the role of the school committee is very necessary by collaborating with the school to find ways to guide students in character building. This research aims to determine the role of committees in developing student character as well as the obstacles faced by committees and schools in developing student character. The research method uses qualitative research, through observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Research subject; Mr. Husni as the School Committee, Erda Wika as Deputy Head of Public Relations and 3 parents, namely Mr. Hendri, Mrs. Evi Aidar and Mrs. Mariana. Research results: (1) Committee planning can be seen in determining tasks and goals in accordance with what is to be achieved. The committee also discusses the planning of the program that will be implemented, the planning is discussed together with the school community and parents/guardians of students using various delivery methods, where in the planning there is the formulation of objectives, formulating tasks and developing work strategies. (2) The Committee regulates the strategy for developing the character of students in accordance with the work agenda as discussed in the work agenda directly at school meetings or general meetings which also include parents, guardians/students. (3) The obstacles experienced occur more often outside the school environment, due to the lack of parental supervision of children so that they are more likely to enter into free association. Meanwhile, in terms of funding, the obstacle experienced by the committee is that most parents of students are economically weak, because a weak economy can also be a problem or obstacle for students who want to go to school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah principal in implementing TQM and to determine the strategy in maintaining a quality culture based on TQM at MTsN 5 West Aceh. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were the Madrasah Principal, Deputy Curriculum, Deputy Student Affairs, Treasurer, Teachers, Students, Head of Administration, and Library Manager totaling 16 people. The data analysis technique was the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The results of the study obtained were: (1) the role of the madrasah principal in implementing TQM includes as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a leader, and as an innovator. While the implementation of TQM that has been carried out by the madrasah principal includes: customer satisfaction, leadership, respect for everyone, and continuous improvement; (2) The Madrasah Principal's Strategy in Maintaining a Quality Culture Based on TQM includes increasing the competence of madrasah HR, creating good communication or relationships and cooperation between madrasah residents.
