Abstract

Human resource take the strategy position among the other resource in organization/institution. But in reality, there are still many organitations do not cosider the important thing of the human resource for organization sustainable. Therefore, many enterprises officers and viewed as the most important asset of organization. The improvement of the workers quality in many institution are hoped to be able in increasing the social service. The result of survey contemporary, showed that there are still many problems in Aceh province such as ; the weaknesses for the competativeness nationally. The management of institution (Good Govermence) is hot running well. The understanding of regulation and its implementation is still very limited. The quality of the goverment officer, and the process to develop the human resources in Aceh are not still running well. This research is focused on the impact of the regulation and the budget availability which able to increase the public service in five districts of Aceh province. The result of this research showed that a good regulation and its implumentations, it will have significant constribution and its influence toward the public service around 15,16%. While a good budget avaibility and its implumentation toward the public service, it will give a significant contribution toward the officer service and its influence around 25 %

Abstract

As to this watchfulness aim is to gets description about phenomenon supported by empirical proof and has been found clarity with conclusion about influence from the budget availability and Entrepreneurship towards performance civil servants service SKPD At North Aceh. This research is supposed can give contribution for order government governance and performance civil servants. This research is supposed can give contribution for organization theory development and management theory HRD, especially about order government governance and performance civil servants. Watchfulness uses technique proporsionale stratistified random sampling, with sample total as much as 60 respondents. As to analysis method used, using verification method. While analysis used to be path analysis. Watchfulness result shows quantity direct influence total and not direct from from variable: the budget availability and Entrepreneurship towards performance civil servants service area at North Aceh as big as 39,35 percents. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effct of promotion and Price-to-sales of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang. Samples were taken in 2005 to 2010 (per semester) . The data collected through the techniques required documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Base don the results of the discussion in mind the value of F at 152.59 with a significance leve log 0.000, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is promotions and prices simultaneously have a significantce effect on the value of sales of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala simpang, can be accepted at a sigficance level of 5 percet. Tcount 10,104 for promotion with a significance level of 0,000, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is the promotion of a positive and significant effect on the value of the partial sale of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang, can be accepted at a significance level of 5 percent. T – test value for the Price of – 4.160 with a significance level of 0.002, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is, the Price significantly and negatively related to the value of partial sale of palm oil in PT PP Kwala Simpang, can be accepted at a significance level  of 5 percent. Value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.886, meaning that the promotion and the Price has a strong relationship with the sales value of palm oil in PT. PP Kwala Simpang. Valeu of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.784, meaning that the value of sales of palm oil can be explained by promotions and prices by 78.4%, while 21,6% were 21,6% were explained by other factors, such as product and distribution channels. Keywords : promotion, Price, value of sales

Abstract

The entrepreneurial opportunities emerge when certain individuals have insights into the value of resources that others do not. The resources such as alertness of entrepreneurial, knowledge, and ability become their own right. This study is intended to explore the factors structure of human resource of supply chain management based entrepreneurship in Aceh, Indonesia. The questionnaires were sent to 175 managers in firm, and were received back for an 86% response rate from 175 managers. The first factor analyzed was structure of the human resources. The summated entrepreneurship scores for managers were correlated, and responses to the human resource and entrepreneurship items were made using multivariate analysis of variance. These results identify the factors of human resources that are very influential on entrepreneurship in cluster 1 are Entrepreneurial Ability and Entrepreneurial Innovation.

Abstract

Research was conducted on students of SMA Negeri 1 Gandapura, Bireuen Regency to examine several things, namely (a) examining the relationship between teacher quality, learning models and student learning styles, (b) measuring partially and simultaneously the variables of teacher quality, learning models and student learning styles. student learning on student achievement. Research through a survey with a questionnaire instrument. Applying the associative type quantitative method by developing a path model to determine the value of causality, correlation between variables and the contribution of the factors studied. The results showed that 1) there is a causal relationship between teacher quality and learning models in the medium category (0.577), between learning models and student learning styles in the medium category (0.527) and the relationship between student learning styles and teacher quality. in the moderate category (0.302). 2). There is an influence of teacher quality on student achievement of 28.15%, the effect of learning models on student achievement of 27.45% and the influence of student learning styles on student achievement of 30.4%. 3) Simultaneously the quality of teachers, learning models and student learning styles make a significant contribution of 68.8% to student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Gandapura, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

In the work environment, things related to work conflicts often occur, the nuances of which are usually conflicts of interest, work misunderstandings or differences in ideas and innovation. Likewise, in the work environment, it is not uncommon for work stress to occur due to an inability to coordinate the management of work and tasks. Of course this will affect performance. Employees must continue to maintain their work ethic whatever the conditions and regulations, so that work results can run optimally. This issue is important to pay attention to. And in this case this research was carried out. With studies and research on employees of the Bireuen Regency Education and Culture Service. Namely the Bireuen government agency which has quite a large number of employees. The research was carried out descriptively associative with a quantitative approach, with analysis tools using path model statistics. The results of the research found several things, namely: (a) there is a relationship between the variables of work conflict, work stress and work ethic. (b) there is an influence of each of these variables on employee performance, namely the influence of the work conflict factor has a negative influence of 12.5%, the work stress factor also has a negative influence of 9,66% while the work ethic factor has a negative influence. provide a positive impact on employee performance. 53,096%. (c) Simultaneously work conflict, work stress and work ethic contribute 70,6% to the performance of Bireuen Regency Education and Culture Service employees
