Abstract

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sekolah SMPIT Islamicity Tangerang, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menetapkan reward dan punishment, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Rewads dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket dan di analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh prediksi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMPIT Islamaicity. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 53 orang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas kinerja guru, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas kinerja guru, serta hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Lingkungan SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan hubungan kepala sekolah dengan budaya organisasi di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas kinerja Guru di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas kinerja guru di SDIT Islamicity Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of principal performance (X1) and teacher performance (X2) on school quality (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the study population consisting of 85 public elementary schools in Tangerang district. The total sample of 46 schools was taken based on proportionate stratified random sampling from all public elementary schools in the Tangerang city district to obtain data on school quality. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the school quality variable gets a score of 3.70 which is in the high category. This means that the quality of public elementary schools in the sub-district of Tangerang city is good. The dimension that gets the highest score is outcame at the first level, then the second input, the third enhanced process, and the last ranked output. Meanwhile, the school principal's performance variable obtained a score of 4.32 and was in the very high category. This means that the performance of school principals in the Tangerang sub-district has been very good. The dimension that gets the highest score is initiative at the first level, then the second is quality of work and capability, the third is improved promptness, and the last is communication. Then, the results of data processing on the teacher's teaching performance variable obtained a score of 4.59 and were in the very high category. This means that the teaching performance of teachers in the district of Tangerang city is very good. The dimension that gets the highest score is planning at the first level, then the second implementation, the final enhanced assessment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine promotions and prices for sales at CV Bandar Sinergi Utama, both partially and simultaneously. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique. The sample used in this research was 38 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, hypothesis testing, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 21 software. The research results showed that: (1) Promotion has an effect on sales with a coefficient of determination value of 0.594 which has a significant effect on sales with the result tcount > ttable or (7.250 > 2.030) with a significance value<0.050 or (0.00 < 0.05). (2) There is an influence of price on sales with a coefficient of determination of 0.658 with the result tcount > ttable or ((8.319 >2.030) with a significance value <0.05 or (0.00 <0.05). (3) promotion and price has an effect on sales with the regression equation Y = -0.055 + 0.250 X1 + 0.522 < 0.05) then in this study Ha is acceptable.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, companies are required to continuously improve the quality of human resources as a strategic asset. Superior human resources are one of the main keys in determining the success and competitiveness of a company. One important indicator in measuring the quality of human resources is employee performance. Optimal performance reflects the effectiveness and efficiency of task implementation as well as a real contribution to the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Atena Bangun Mandiri, a company engaged in the construction and procurement sector. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive and associative research design. The population in this study were all 56 employees of PT. Atena Bangun Mandiri, where the sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling, because the entire population was sampled. Data were collected through closed questionnaires compiled based on research variable indicators, then processed and analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that work discipline has a partial significant influence on employee performance with a contribution of 20.7%. This means that the higher the level of employee discipline, the more their performance tends to increase. Meanwhile, work motivation also had a significant partial effect of 50.8%, indicating that motivation plays a dominant role in driving work enthusiasm and productivity. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation significantly influenced employee performance. The implications of this study demonstrate the importance of managerial strategies to increase motivation through reward systems, opportunities for self-development, and creating a comfortable work environment. Furthermore, consistent implementation of work discipline must also be maintained to foster a professional and results-oriented work culture.
