Abstract

One kind of information technology for SMEs to expand business networks and marketing is an e-Commerce. Benefits and actual maturity level of IT management becomes a benchmark towards the development and utilization of e-commerce strategies for SMEs. The purpose of this study was to assess the position of Etsa Luhur SMEs related implementation of e-commerce and targets to be achieved in the future in the use of e-commerce. Results of the assessment of the level of maturity (maturity level) position of IT management today (existing). The next will be determined targets for each IT process maturity was elected to serve as a guide for a group of SMEs etching Sublime in the use of  IT. Assessment of the level of maturity using the domain Plan and Organise (PO). Domain PO cover includes strategies to determine the direction of development of ICT best support the achievement of business goals. Results of the assessment related to the maturity level of IT development strategy at the level of 0 (0.499), which is non-existent. Abstract

Competence of lecturer is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and education, but the competence of teachers or lecturers do not stand alone, but affected the educational background, teaching experience, and length of teaching. These competencies include pedagogic competence, professional, personal and social. To perform   the analysis in this case using Fuzzy Quantification Theory I (FQT) is a qualitative assessment of the relationship between the factors of professional competence of students to faculty and student attendance for the graduation of students. The results of this study demonstrate that the professional competence of lecturer who most influence on the final value of students is the ability to give relevant examples of the concepts being taught, which has a  value of 3.2717 weight category with a contribution of 1.1255

Abstract

The principle of maintaining good relationships with customers is a key aspect of achieving business success. This article examines the application of this principle within the framework of Total Quality Management (TQM) from an Islamic perspective. The article aims to bridge modern management practices with Islamic teachings, providing insights into how TQM principles can be effectively implemented while adhering to Islamic values. This study employs a qualitative methodology through literature review and case study analysis. The findings indicate that Islamic teachings, particularly related to honesty, fairness, and trustworthiness, align with the TQM approach to customer relationship management. The application of Islamic ethics in TQM is found to strengthen business strategies in building sustainable, trust-based relationships. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic principles with TQM practices has the potential to enrich customer management approaches, fostering stronger long-term relationships. This research contributes to the development of a management model that integrates Islamic ethics with TQM, relevant for companies seeking to operate in accordance with Islamic values. The implications of this study suggest that businesses adopting this approach can achieve higher customer satisfaction and create a broader positive impact on both society and the business sector.

Abstract

The importance of adab in education is increasingly recognized amidst the moral and ethical challenges faced by today's young generation. Adab serves not only as a social norm but also as a foundation that bridges knowledge and deeds in shaping students' character. This article examines the role of adab in shaping students' character by integrating knowledge and actions through a literature review and qualitative analysis of relevant studies. Findings show that adab plays a crucial role in facilitating a deeper understanding of knowledge and the effective application of good deeds. Adab helps students appreciate knowledge and encourages them to apply it in beneficial actions for themselves and their surroundings. The conclusion of this study is that integrating adab into education can strengthen the relationship between knowledge and deeds, resulting in students with good character, broad knowledge, and righteous actions. The implications of these findings are the need for a more holistic educational approach, focusing on both knowledge transfer and the development of adab and character, to produce excellent and virtuous future generations.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of global death. However, the complexity of medical data often makes conventional models fail to capture hidden patterns, resulting in suboptimal predictive performance. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a hybrid model that integrates K-Modes Clustering with the Stacking Classifier algorithm and tests whether the model's complexity can provide significant performance improvements compared to a single model. The methodology involves data preprocessing including outlier handling, clinical feature engineering, and cluster feature extraction using K-Modes (K=2). The Stacking Classifier architecture is built using five optimized heterogeneous base-learners (CatBoost, Decision Tree, MLP, SVC, Logistic Regression) and XGBoost as a meta-learner, validated through Stratified 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The results showed that although K-Modes effectively mapped clinically valid risk categories, the Stacking Classifier model (87.99% accuracy and 95.89% ROC-AUC) was not able to surpass the performance of the best single model, namely CatBoost (88.03% accuracy and 95.90% ROC-AUC). The most significant finding lies in the computational time efficiency, where the Stacking Classifier algorithm required 560 times longer computational time (7587.7686 seconds) than CatBoost (13.4635 seconds) without providing a commensurate performance improvement. This indicates that Boosting-based algorithms are able to capture complex patterns without requiring additional ensemble layers, so that an optimized single model is more recommended for real-world implementations by providing the best balance between prediction accuracy and computational time efficiency.

Abstract

Landslides are geological disasters that frequently occur in areas with steep topography and minimal vegetation, including in Gumelar Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. This study aims to map landslide vulnerability zones using a multi-criteria approach with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method integrated into a Geographic Information System (GIS). Four main parameters analyzed include slope gradient, rainfall, lithology, and land cover, with weights determined through a pairwise comparison matrix by experts. The results indicate that slope gradient (49.2%) and rainfall (30.9%) are the dominant factors in determining vulnerability levels. The resulting vulnerability map shows the distribution of areas with low, moderate, and high risks, validated using field landslide event data. This study provides an accurate spatial basis for landslide disaster mitigation planning in the study area
