Abstract

The office is a representation of the trip distribution. Travel behavior of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is one of the causes of transportation problems that occur. This condition is an idea to examine the activities of employees who have an influence on the productions and attraction zones that occur in Bandar Lampung Government Office.This research focuses on the characteristics and travel behavior of the State Civil Apparatus in Bandar Lampung Government Office with the existing land use. Data is collected by interview method. The analysis used is a descriptive crosstab analysis.From the results of the research, the percentage of the mode of travel used by the State Civil Apparatus is motorcycle, 59.17%; personal car 25.00%; and public transportation 15.83%. The most influential factor on the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus prefers to use personal vehicles compared to public vehicles, are time and distance traveled. The biggest production and attraction trip is in North Teluk Betung sub-district with the value of production is 48.79% and the attraction is 49.35%. Keywords: City Government Office, Mode of Travel, Trip Generation, Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Transportation is a very important aspect to stimulate the economy, a region cannot be totally independent in meeting its own regional needs, so that the area needs other regions as a support where one of the connecting infrastructure is a toll road. The Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road is one of the 8 Trans Sumatra toll road projects that have entered the construction phase in 2017 which are planned to be operated in 2021. The tariff analysis carried out is based on the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willigness to Pay (WTP) approach. The average ATP value obtained is Rp 131,638.00 / 100 km and the average WTP value obtained is Rp. 40,989.00 / 100 km. Respondent's ATP value > WTP value indicates that the ability to pay respondents is greater than willingness to pay because users have relatively high income but the utility of these services is relatively low. While the determination of ideal rates is based on the average value of ATP and WTP. Based on calculations, the price of the Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang toll roads tariff is Rp. 86,314.00 / 100 km.

Abstract

This study consisted of two phases, namely collecting primary datas required, such as passengercharacteristics, choice of transport modes, flight datas, the number of passengers on certainperiod of time, distance and travel time from the Tanjung Karang Station to Radin Inten II SouthLampung Airport. Then analyze it with some methods that are used as conclusion parameters.This study uses several parameters used as reference for the planned mode of transportationplanning, i.e. the percentage of the characteristics and mode choice questionnaire results,multinomial logistic, simple linear regression, and performance planning mode of transportationof the plan.From the analysis of the datas percentage of the number of passengers with journey from BandarLampung origin who have the willingness to switch to the planned mode of transportationamounted to 96.67% or 72.75% of total passenger aircraft. The approximate number ofpassengers who will use public transport development plan based on the number of passengers 5years ie in 2019 amounted to 3,057 people per day. Planned modes of transportation wereplanned start the movement from 05.00 am to 07.00 pm with a departure time between busvulnerable for 15 minutes. As for the trip Radin Inten II Airport South Lampung - Tanjung KarangStation planned start movement from 07.00 am to 09.00 pm with a departure time of 15 minutesvulnerable. Based on the results of the processing of survey data obtained estimates of the numberof passengers in 2019 as many as 27 passengers per trip. Therefore it is required the type oftransport that meet these criteria are buses with a capacity of 35 passengers or so-called mediumbus. Performance planning public transportation based on the results of the questionnaire surveydata processing and some suggestions of passenger aircraft with the results of the servicefrequency of 4 veh / hour, 15-minute headway time, load factor of 77.14%, cycle time of 150minutes, the vehicle needs a number 12 vehicles, vehicle mileage per day amounted to 282 km,traveling speed of not more than 100 km / hour, mileage per trip of 23.5 km.Keywords: Radin Inten II Airport Lampung Selatan, Tanjung Karang Station, transportationplanning, public transportation, Performance Planning Public Transportation.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature variations on the mixing processof the hot mix asphalt (hot mix asphalt) to Marshall parameters with reference to the specificationof Bina Marga, 2010.Variations in mixing temperature 125 o C, 135 o C, 145 o C, 155 o C, 160 o C AC-WC layer smoothgradations center limit with asphalt content of 5.7%, at a mixing temperature of 125 oC does notmeet the Bina Marga specifications, because the value of the air voids in the mix (VIM) at atemperature of 125 o C at 5.611%, which exceeds the minimum standards at 3.5% to 5%. As for thetemperature variation of 135 o C to 160 o C mixing has met the minimum value of the Marshallparameter. Next to the mixing temperature variations upper limit 6.8% asphalt contenttemperatures are not eligible to be in a temperature of 125 o C. Due to a temperature of 125 o Cvalue of the cavity filled with asphalt (VFA) of 62.718% below the minimum standard value that isequal to 65%. As for the value of air voids in the mix (VIM) which exceeds the minimum value of5% is in the temperature 125 o C, 135 o C, 145 o C which each value by 7.778%, 6.8919%, 6.2490%,and then at a temperature of 160 o C for 3 , 1429% of the value below the minimum value of 3.5%.Only at a temperature of 155 o C which meet Marshall parameter values.Keywords : Temperature, Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC), Marshall Parameter ,BinaMarga Specification 2010.

Abstract

Untuk mendapatkan tanah timbunan dengan kualitas yang baik, diperlukan pemadatan serta pengujian California Bearing Ratio (CBR) agar tanah timbunan kuat dan stabil terhadap beban struktur maupun beban non struktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil uji CBR metode tumbukan dengan hasil uji CBR metode tekanan.Sampel tanah yang digunakan adalah tanah timbunan biasa, terdiri dari enam sampel untuk pengujian CBR metode tumbukan dan delapanbelas sampel untuk pengujian CBR metode tekanan menggunakan alat uji tekan pemadat modifikasi. Tekanan yang digunakan adalah 5 MPa, 10 MPa, dan 15 MPa dengan menggunakan tiga sampel tanah pada masing-masing tekanan. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil nilai CBR yang bervariasi, nilai CBR tanpa rendaman metode tumbukan (2,45%) lebih rendah dibandingkan nilai CBR tanpa rendaman metode tekanan yaitu sebesar 4,87%, 4,9%, dan 5%. Sebaliknya, nilai CBR rendaman metode tumbukan (2%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai CBR rendaman metode tekanan yaitu 0,78%, 0,8%, dan 1,45%.Kata kunci: Tanah Timbunan, Standard Proctor, California Bearing Ratio (CBR), Alat Uji Tekan Pemadat Modifikasi.

Abstract

Hingga tahun 2020, Badan Pusat Statistik mencatat jumlah penduduk di DKI Jakarta mencapai10,56 juta jiwa. Pertumbuhan masyarakat terus meningkat dan memengaruhi perkembangandaerah di sekitar DKI Jakarta, mengakibatkan bertambahnya jarak dan waktu tempuh dari tempattinggal ke pusat kegiatan. Fenomena ini mendorong penggunaan kendaraan pribadi yangmemperburuk kondisi lalu lintas di DKI Jakarta. Untuk mendukung mobilitas, Pemerintah ProvinsiDKI Jakarta dan PT MRT Jakarta bekerjasama merancang Urban Design Guide Lines (UDGL)untuk sistem angkutan umum yaitu Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) dengan konsep kawasan TransitOriented Development (TOD). Kini 13 stasiun MRT terbentang sepanjang 16 km di DKI Jakartadengan penerapan konsep TOD yang berbeda sesuai karakteristik dan kebutuhan tiap wilayah.Stasiun MRT Lebak Bulus menjadi operator utama kawasan TOD memiliki konsep “Gerbang SuarJakarta” dengan visi meningkatkan jumlah ruang publik, dan mengintegrasi area pengembangandengan fasilitas transit yang ditujukan untuk masyarakat DKI Jakarta dan Tangerang Selatan.Setelah 2 (dua) tahun beroperasi, evaluasi kelayakan fasilitas dan fungsi pada kawasanMRT Lebak Bulus perlu dilakukan berdasarkan kebijakan dan indikator yang telah ditetapkan olehPemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan PT MRT Jakarta.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has caused a decrease in transportation movement activities on the Z.A Pagar Alam road. Transportation movement activities due to the pandemic in which the government established a WFH (Work From Home) with this policy resulted in a reduction in the level of transportation modes so that it had a positive effect, namely reducing traffic congestion in the city center and also reducing air pollutants.In connection with the above problems, it is necessary to study the calculation of the emission load on the Z.A Pagar Alam road during the new normal period which can then be compared with the Z.A Pagar Alam emission load during the normal period, in order to find out how much the emission load changes on the R.A road. Kartini due to Covid-19.this study aims to determine the emission load of Pagar Alam Z.A during new normal conditions and during normal conditions. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the emission load for each of the existing concentrates and the most significant is CO2 on the Z.A Pagar Alam road due to changes in vehicle volume that occur during normal and new normal conditions.
