Abstract

The Sumida River (Sumida-gawa) is a river which flows through Tokyo Japan. It branches fromthe Arakawa River at Iwabuchi and flows into Tokyo Bay. Its tributaries include the Kanda andShakujii rivers. What is now known as the "Sumida River" was previously the path of theArakawa, however towards the end of the Meiji era work was carried out to divert the main flowof the Arakawa to prevent flooding. It passes through the following seven wards of Tokyo.

Abstract

Untuk pendukung target pemerintah menjadikan Bandara Radin II sebagai bandara bertaraf internasional, penataan moda transportasi menuju bandara dan sebaliknya harus serius diperhatikan.  Rencana pembangunan kereta bandara dengan rute stasiun Tanjung Karang – Bandara Radin Inten II dan sebaliknya akan menjadi penting,  mengingat kepadatan lalul intas dan waktu perjalanan menuju bandara sering kali tidak dapat dipastikan.  Pembanguna kereta bandara ini harus menjadi moda pilihan masyarakat dan menjadi keuntungan bagi pemerintah.  Mengingat biaya pembangunan yang besar bila tidak menjadi pilihan maka akan menjadi kerugian. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam studi ini berupa penyebaran kuisiner untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai kemampuan membayar atau Ability To Pay (ATP) dan keinginan membayar atau Willingness To Pay (WTP) responden  terhadap kereta bandara Radin Inten II Lampung , serta Untuk mengetahui skenario penetapan tarif kereta bandara Radin Inten II Lampung berdasarkan nilai ATP  dan WTP . Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, dan analisis data, nilai rata-rata kemampuan membayar atau Ability To Pay (ATP) responden adalah sebesar Rp. 87.000,-.  Harga tiket rata-rata kereta bandara Radin Inten II – Bandar Lampung yang diharapkan oleh responden atau Willingness to Pay (WTP) responden sebesar Rp. 44.000,-.  Skenario penetapan tarif kereta bandara Radin Inten II – Bandar Lampung akan maksimal pada tarif berkisar Rp.30.000-Rp.60.000 dengan hasil analisis ATP 90% dan WTP 60%.

Abstract

Abstract The movement of people to fulfill their needs must be well planned, so that traffic congestion can be avoided. The increasing population in Bandar Lampung has an impact on the number of movements as a whole, and one of them is in the school area on Jalan Cendana-Jalan Ir. H. Juanda. This study aims to determine the generation and attraction models of movement in the school area, on Jalan Cendana-Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, Bandar Lampung. This study shows that the factors that influence the trip generation and trip attraction in the study area are the number of classrooms, the number of teachers and staffs, and student daily allowances. In addition, the trip generation and trip attraction that occur are large enough to affect traffic, especially in the morning, which indicates high land use activities in the morning in the area. Keywords: school area; traffic congestion; trip generation; trip attraction. Abstrak Pergerakan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya harus direncanakan dengan baik, agar kemacetan lalu lintas dapat dihindari. Jumlah penduduk di Kota Bandar Lampung yang terus meningkat berdampak pada jumlah pergerakan secara keseluruhan, dan salah satunya pada kawasan pendidikan di Jalan Cendana-Jalan Ir. H. Juanda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan di kawasan pendidikan, di Jalan Cendana-Jalan Ir. H. Juanda, Bandar Lampung. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan di wilayah studi adalah jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta uang saku murid per hari. Selain itu, bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan yang terjadi cukup besar untuk memengaruhi lalu lintas, terutama di pagi hari, yang menandakan tingginya aktivitas guna lahan pada pagi hari di kawasan tersebut. Kata-kata kunci: kawasan pendidikan; kemacetan lalu lintas; bangkitan pergerakan; tarikan pergerakan.

Abstract

Economic growth and available of infrastructures supply are requirement to fulfill demand ofpassengers and goods movement. In other hand, the restrictions of available budget could beobstacle to implement due to city’s limited budget that should financed other sectors such ashealthy, education, running water, garbage etc.City’s of Bandar Lampung try on searching secondary finance as an alternative source throughPusat Investasi Pemerintah (PIP), a special institution of Financial Ministry, reserve fundedconstruction of few project which consist of two flyovers and widening of seven main roads acrossthe city.Off course, it’s rightfully if public and taxpayers want to find out what are the benefit of thoseproject and how substantial would be influence for Bandar Lampung. Does a loan would becommensurable to obtained long term benefit? Research aims to enumerative the economicbenefit of construction of transport infrastructure, that’s as a whole will be fully complete danoperate. Meanwhile the widening section of seven main roads had completely a head. The resultshows that’s economic benefits of these project, direct and indirect, is bigger than wholesaleinvestment.

Abstract

The accident rate between people and train actually can be reduced to minimum as the traffic of railway is not as crowded as road. This thesis is using stated prefence technique. Stated preference approaches with option statement in the form of hypothesis to be assessed by the respondent. With using regression analysis, researcher can see the dominant factors of the causes of railway-related accidents especially in Sukamenanti railway which is in a hypothetical situation. To determine the dominant factors causing accidents at railway based on the results of a questionnaire to the related instations to be compared with data on the number of train accident from 2012-2017 that obtained from the related instations with using regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The analysis result is: (the number of accidents from 2012-2017 ) = -9,256 + 0,008.X12+ 0,009.X6 + 0,011.X10 + 0,015.X5 From regression analysis result, dominant factors of railway-related accidents causes are inadequate railways, limited carriages, the inadequate of doorstop availability, the damages in engine, the factor of carriages age (X12), rider physic’s exhaustion while riding their vehicle (X6), Infrastructure damage such as worn rails, spaten railing, shovel rails, chained rails, cracked rail connections, skidding on rails, weathered bearings, incompatible ballasts, loose fitting, and unlocked wesel (X10), machinist’s body condition (exhausted)/sleepy while on duty (X5). Therefore the signification is a=0,05 with regression analysis test.

Abstract

The University of Lampung is one of university in lampung that possesses the active as much as 25.805 students in 2016. This study aims to for any identifying characteristic mode of transportation and he knows the selection of factors influencing the students in an election mode of transportation to campus .This study was conducted by the use of the method of analysis descriptive against characteristic of the selection of modes of transportation by college students and methods correlations to know variables affecting the selection of modes of transport by university students lampung.The result of this study showed that the proportion of students foot and bike (16,7%) percent motorcycle (48,0%) percent car (16,0%) percent and public transportation (19,3%) percent The results of the testing correlation value and the relationship with the variables transportation used by students to reach campus and unknown factors influencing the selection of modes of transportation students to campus University of Lampung, sex is the intensity of the, mode the cost of /, fare, age travel time, mileage, vehicle ownership and income parents based on the calculation on a variable that has the lowest correlation value are ownership variables license with the correlation of 0,180 (α<0,05), and the highest correlation is variable income parents with the correlation of 0,398 (α< 0,05).

Abstract

Jammed occurs due to the road infrastructure services level which is smaller than traffic movement needs that available. And the road which potentially to congest is ZA Pagar Alam street. So the government had made a solution to decrease the traffic jam by built an underpass on ZA Pagar Alam street. Furthermore, considering the need for underpass construction aims to reduce jam that occurs, so the writer bring out a research topic that is analyzing traffic flow after the underpass was built and comparing with the traffic flow before the underpass was built. The analysis of this road section performance using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method.It is known that the degree of saturation has decreased from 2013 by 1.00. It became 0.655 in 2016 and still dropped in 2019 to 0.63. But, from 2016 to 2019 the decrease was not significant. The speed in 2016 was 42.1 km / hour, and in 2019 was 41 km / hour. From the speed data, the results are not appropriate to RSNI T-14 2004 whereas the speed standard for urban roads should be 50-80 km / hour. So, it can be concluded from the comparison research of before and after the underpass was built, the construction of underpass on the section of ZA Pagar Alam street is not effective to decrease traffic jam.Keywords: Road Section, Degree of Saturation, Underpass

Abstract

AbstractCitizen growth will cause the increasing of amount trip due to fullfil the needs. School is a place that students go to, to get the education. Those activities can cause human movements and further can cause traffic jam if there are no proper configurations. The main aim of this study is to know the potential trip generation that caused by high schools in Bandar Lampung, to analize factor that affected by student movements and make the trip generation that caused by school’s function in Bandar Lampung. The main aim of this study is to know the potential trip generation that caused by high schools in Bandar Lampung, to analize factor that affected by student movements and make the trip generation that caused by school’s function in Bandar Lampung.The data were drawn from the responses of quesionaire that given to students of 4 high schools in bandar lampung and itsrelationship between transportation modes, vehicles ownership and pocket money. The data analysis is using category analysis and comparison descriptive. Trip generation from the category analysis counts from kepemilikan kendaraan, pemilihan moda dan besaran uang saku as one of factor that affected. The results of the category analysis obtained the total movement of students from the four schools that have been studied is 1259 movementsKeywords: high school students, trip generation, category analysis. AbstrakPertumbuhan penduduk akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya jumlah perjalanan guna memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan. Sekolah merupakan tempat tujuan aktivitas pelajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan. Aktivitas tersebut dapat menyebabkan perpindahan manusia dalam satu waktu dan kemudian hari dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti kemacetan apabila tidak dilakukan pengaturan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi bangkitan dan tarikan perjalanan yang ditimbulkan dari dan oleh sekolah menengah atas di Bandar Lampung, menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan pelajar dan membuat model bangkitan yang diakibatkan fungsi sekolah di Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data dilakuan dengan pembagian kuesioer kepada pelajar di empat sekolah yang telah ditentukan. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan mengenai asal tujuan perjalanan, moda transportasi, kepemilikan kendaraan serta uang saku. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data yaitu analisis kategori dan desktiptif komparatif Model bangkitan yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis kategori dihitung dengan kepemilikan kendaraan, pemilihan moda, dan besaran uang saku sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil dari analisi kategori didapatkan pergerakan total pelajar dari keempat sekolah yang telah diteliti adalah sebesar 1259 pergerakan. Kata kunci : pelajar SMA, model bangkitan, analisa kategori.

Abstract

Transportation is a very important aspect to stimulate the economy, a region cannot be totally independent in meeting its own regional needs, so that the area needs other regions as a support where one of the connecting infrastructure is a toll road. The Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang Toll Road is one of the 8 Trans Sumatra toll road projects that have entered the construction phase in 2017 which are planned to be operated in 2021. The tariff analysis carried out is based on the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willigness to Pay (WTP) approach. The average ATP value obtained is Rp 131,638.00 / 100 km and the average WTP value obtained is Rp. 40,989.00 / 100 km. Respondent's ATP value > WTP value indicates that the ability to pay respondents is greater than willingness to pay because users have relatively high income but the utility of these services is relatively low. While the determination of ideal rates is based on the average value of ATP and WTP. Based on calculations, the price of the Terbanggi Besar - Pematang Panggang toll roads tariff is Rp. 86,314.00 / 100 km.

Abstract

Jakarta and Bandung city with a distance about 150 km must be taken more than three hours by highway or railway due to the ever-increasing mobility with limited infrastructure capacity.  This study analyzes the economic and financial feasibility of the Jakarta – Bandung high speed rail project and calculates the NPV, BCR, IRR, PI, and PP. The government through the SOE and China International Railway consortium initiated the construction of a high speed rail from Halim to Tegalluar with a 142,3 km rail length and an average speed of 250 km/h, construction began in 2015 and is expected to be completed by 2020. The analysis is done with assumption of 75% occupancy rate, with discount rate of 2% and 3,46%, and feasibility of the project by doing comparison of feasibility method that is NPV ≥ 0, BCR > 1, IRR > r, PI > 1, and PP is faster than NPV positive. In the highest value feasibility analysis obtained with 75% occupancy rate and discount rate 2%. If only calculate the economic benefits obtained value of NPV = 3.279.703.704,18 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,00 > 1, IRR = 6,45% > r, PI = 0,65 < 1, PP = 33,76 > 29 year. If only calculate the financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 8.677.268.827,83 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,01 > 1, IRR = 5,50% > r, PI = 0,79 < 1, PP = 34,47 < 38 year. If calculate the economic and financial benefits obtained value of NPV = 1.543.396.683.112,40 ≥ 0, BCR = 1,56 > 1, IRR = 105,46% > r, PI and PP can not be calculated because the positive value of NPV in the first year (2020).
