Abstract

Transport mode choice greatly impacted by the characeristic of the passengers. The purpose of this study are to determine the factors that impacted the travel subjects and to determine the mode choice probability of online transportation and conventional transportation. Data Processing is using SPSS for regresion analysis, to determine the factors that impacted the choice mode of online taxi and conventional taxi . The result of questionnaire distribution from airport passangers are most of (71%) the passengers has choose online taxi and the rest 29% has choose conventional taxi as the transportation mode to headed Radin Inten II Airport.Based on correlation test, the variables that impacted are the fare, the convenience and the availability of mode with R square = 48,7% and generated regression equation Y = 2,233 + 0,726 X1 + 0,530 X2 + 0,700 X7.Based on logit model of first scenario, it generated probability 89,93%of online taxi and 10,07% of conventional taxi. On seond scenario, it generated probability 55,80% of online taxi and 44,20% of conventional taxi. Based on logit model scenario, it shows that the online taxi has bigger tendency for being choosen than conventional taxi and the variables are the fare (X1), the convenience (X2) and the availability (X7) of mode did not have significant impact.

Abstract

As the capital city of Lampung Province, traffic density in Bandar Lampung City cannot be avoided. Due to the density of existing traffic flow, transportation facilities need to be improved. Transportation facilities improve can be done with many examples of traffic engineering, like make an intersections, roundabout, underpasses, flyovers, etc.  In the Pramuka traffic area, the government took the decision to make a fly over. The construction of fly over Pramuka – Indra Bangsawan impressed not pay attention to the applicable geometric standard of urban roads, so it needs to be evaluated to find out the safe speed to cross on it. The research method is by first searching for the ideal radius length after that searching for the ideal arch length which will be compared with the existing arch length.  The result, a safe passing speed when crossing the fly over is 18 km / h (full circle) and 16 km / h (spiral-spiral), and at the cross over fly over is 12 km / h (full circle) and 8 km / h (spiral-spiral). Speed requirements for urban road plans are 30 - 50 km / h, so it can be concluded that the construction of fly-over pramuka - indra bangsawan has not met the applicable urban road planning standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan jasa transportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung dan mengetahui faktoryang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa Bus Trans Lampung rute Rajabasa - Panjang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara langsung serta dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa keseluruhan penumpang telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh jasa layanan trasportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh menurut responden yaitu ketepatan jadwal kedatangan Bus Trans Lampung yang merupakan sub kriteria dari sistem operasi. Dilihat dari bobot nilai gabungan akhir, sub kriteria sistem operasi memiliki nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,413 dan paling berpengaruh menurut responden dalam hal prioritas pertimbangan kepuasan konsumen dibandingkan dengan sub kriteria dari kendaraan yang memiliki bobot nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,379 dan sub kriteria dari operator/kru sebesar 0,208.
