Abstract

Implementasi Program Pengelolaan Hutan Kemasyarakatan (Studi Kasus Hutan Kemasyarakatan Desa Ambololi Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan). Dibimbing oleh R. Marsuki Iswandi dan Hasbullah Syaf. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi program pengelolaan hutan kemasyarakatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Desa Ambololi, Kecamatan Konda, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di HKm Desa Ambololi Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jumlah responden adalah 45 orang yaitu 30% dari jumlah pengelola HKm (151 orang) yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program pengelolaan HKm Ambololi menurut masyarakat setempat, sebagian besar cukup dipahami, cukup terealisasi dan cukup berhasil. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala teknis dalam pelaksanaan program di lapangan sehingga perlu memperhartikan beberapa saran dan masukan yang diajukan masyarakat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program pengelolaan HKm Ambololi yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi sehingga tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang HKm Ambololi dan peraturan perundang-undangan masih rendah, beberapa bantuan  pemerintah dalam rangka pelaksanaan program pengelolaan mengalami keterlambatan, pengawasan, pendampingan dan pemantauan belum maksimal, permodalam untuk operasional belum memadai dan beberapa pengurusan perizinan harus melalui proses yang cukup panjangKata Kunci : Implementasi, Program, HKm

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) The demand for sweet oranges in Kendari City and 2) the factors that influence the demand for sweet oranges in Kendari City. The research was deliberately determined from June to August 2023 in the traditional market of Kendari City. The sampling technique in this research was determined by incidental sampling. Incidental sampling is a technique for determining samples based on chance, that is, anyone who coincidentally/incidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample if it is deemed that the person they happen to meet is suitable as a data source. Technique The sample in this study was 40 oranges sweet consumers. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The variables observed in this research are the price of sweet oranges, the price of mangoes, income, age and number of family members. The results of the research are that the average demand for sweet oranges in Kendari City is 2.6 kg/week and the factors that significantly influence the demand for sweet oranges in Kendari City are the price of sweet oranges, the price of mangoes, income and the number of family members (α < 0.05). Age has no significant effect on demand for sweet oranges in Kendari City (α > 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the financial feasibility of Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom farming in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City and (2) determine the sensitivity of the financial feasibility of Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom cultivation in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. This research uses a case study method in the Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom cultivation in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City with the business owner being the informant in the study. The results showed that the financial aspect obtained an NPV value of Rp 37,525,391.33 with a discount factor rate of 14%, Net B/C of 3.37 and an IRR value of 55.89% and a Payback Period is 2.0 or 3 years and 3 months. This business is declared financially feasible. In addition, based on the calculation of sensitivity analysis carried out in three simulations, the business is still feasible to run even though in the first simulation, there was a decrease in oyster mushroom production by 7.45% and in the second simulation, an increase in operating costs by 6.16% and in the third simulation, for the condition of decreasing oyster mushroom production by 7.45% and increasing operating costs by 6.16% simultaneously, Tiga Putra Farm's oyster mushroom farming is still feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to determine income and the factors that influence the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Bassalah District, South Konawe Regency. The population in this study were all oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency, totaling 22 people, using the census technique, 22 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Data analysis used income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis where the data has been transformed into logarithmic form. The results showed that the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency averaged IDR 42,985,442/year. Production costs (X3) have a negative effect on the income of oil palm farmers, while land area (X1) and price (X4) have a positive and significant influence on the income of oil palm farmers in Lambandia Village, Basala District, South Konawe Regency.
