Abstract

Karimata is a restaurant that has two branches at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta and Sentul, Bogor. Even though they are in the same management, both of them have different turnover rates. The average annual turnover at TMII is higher than in Sentul. The purpose of this study was to examine job satisfaction, employee involvement and turnover intentions in both Karimata restaurant locations to reduce turnover rates. The method used is quantitative analysis. The data used is primary data which obtained through filling out questionnaires directly to all permanent employees. Data were collected by census method. The data were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using SmartPLS software. This study concludes that indicators that affect job satisfaction in TMII are tasks, promotion opportunities, and colleagues, while Sentul branches are salaries, assignments, promotion opportunities, supervisors, and colleagues. The indicator that influences employee involvement in TMII is sincerity and dedication, while in Sentul is dedication. The indicator that influences turnover intentions in TMII is the intention to leave, while in Sentul there is no indication of employees who intend to leave, look for other jobs or think of quitting. Abstract

Garbage is a problem that is often faced by the people of Jenisgelaran Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency. Due to the absence of a proper landfill (TPA), people litter and can cause garbage to accumulate. So that the solution that can be given to the community is to use the waste into organic fertilizer. By making appropriate technology tools in the form of composters that will convert organic waste on a household scale into liquid and solid organic fertilizer. For the manufacture of composter tools, the community is given socialization about the manufacturing procedure to its benefits, composter tools are made on a home scale so that they can be easily applied by the community. Socialization which is a community service program is carried out by providing guide modules, counseling to the provision of one composter tool as an example to the community. The existence of this activity is expected to provide knowledge to the community so that they can process household organic waste into organic fertilizer. It can also provide relief to the community in saving costs to buy fertilizer.

Abstract

banyak menyadarkan kebutuhan hidupnya dari hasil bertani, karena sector pertanian menjadi salah satu sector yang terus diandalkan untuk menunjang laju pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Desa Jenisgelaran Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang merupakan suatu wilayah dengan tipologi daerah perkebunan. Seringkali dijumpai tanaman pisang yang tumbuh di lahan masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di desa Jenisgelaran dalam menghasilkan produk olahan keripik pisang dengan inovasi dalam bentuk rasa serta kemasan. Program Pengabdian Masyarakat oalahan keripik pisang dilaksanakan pada bulan November – Desember 2022. Lokasi kegiatan diselenggarakan di Desa Jenisgelaran Kecamatan Bareng Kabupaten Jombang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan pembuatan olahan keripik pisang. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berjalan dengan lancar. Adapun pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Jenisgelaran meningkat dalam menghasilkan produk olahan kripik pisang dengan inovasi dalam bentuk rasa serta kemasan. Proses produksi keripik pisang adalah pengadaan bahan baku dan proses produksi (pengupasan, penggorengan, pengemasan). Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai tambah bruto adalah Rp.2.459.000, kemudian untuk nilai tambah netto adalah Rp.2.286.500, dan untuk nilai tambah perbahan baku adalah Rp.6.147.
