Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengguliran dana pada bank syariah. Faktor-faktor yang diuji adalah kurs, inflasi, dana pihak ketiga (DPK) dan Sertifikat Wadiah Bank Indonesia (SWBI). Objek penelitian ini adalah bank umum non devisa syariah tahun 2010-20112. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda sebagai alat analisisnya. Sampel diambil berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan 5 bank umum non devisa syariah di Indonesia. Sehingga data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan bulanan yang diterbitkan bank sampel selama periode 2010-2012. Penelitian ini menemukan bukti empiris bahwa dari keempat variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengguliran dana. Sedangkan dalam uji parsial ditemukan bahwa kurs, DPK dan SWBI berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap tingkat pengguliran dana bank umum non devisa syariah. Sedangkan variabel inflasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengguliran dana. Sedangkan kemampuan variabel kurs, inflasi, DPK dan SWBI dalam menjelaskan variasi dari variabel tingkat pengguliran dana adalah sebesar 33,2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the corporate governance mechanism to the firm value. The variables examined in this research are audit committe (audit committee activity and expertise of audit committee), board of commissioner (board of commissioner activity and independent commissioner), institutional ownership, managerial ownership  and firm value. The sample which used in this research are manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange on period of 2007-2009. This research is using purposive sampling method to determine the sample and resulted 44 companies as research sample. Multiple regression model and statistic descriptive is used to analysis data. The result of this research shows the corporate governance mechanism (expertise of audit committee, independent commissioner and managerial ownership) had positive effect and significant to firm value. Audit committee activity, board of commissioner activity, and Institutional ownership are not influence to firm value.

Abstract

Recently, education have increasingly widespread but learning motivation has decreased.          A college has a role in improving student learning motivation and provide technology-based learning tools especially in studying the science of investment and capital markets. The purpose of this research is to test the influences Udinus Corner IDX to increase student learning motivation in capital market with emotional intelligence as moderation variable. The samples size of this research is 46 students from 63 visitors Udinus Corner IDX in Juni 2013. Using SPSS 16.00 for Windows, the results shows that variable Udinus Corner IDX and emotional intelligence have no influence on learning motivation in capital market and emotional intelligence is not suitable as moderation variable.

Abstract

Accounting is an information system that measures business activities, processes the data into a statement, and communicate the results to decision-makers who will make decisions that could affect business activity. The information generated in an accounting system called financial statement. Through Microsoft Excel, the financial statement can be simply prepared with a shorter cycle, from preparation of  journal to simple financial statement. When recording of each transaction for a certain period has been done, then the next step is preparing financial statement. The main financial statement for an individual firm is balance sheet, income statement  and statement of owners equity. This article only examines the preparation of income statement and balance sheet. Arranging the balance sheet and income statement by using a Microsoft Excel worksheet.

Abstract

The quality of information presentation accounting holds important role in financial institition such as bank to be balanced with the role of human resources are inside them. Research purpose this is to see if education, training, and job experience effect of the quality of information presentation for PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk in the town. Benefits from this research is improving human resources seen from education variable, training, and job experience in conveying quality information presentation of accounting for companies to be more significant and in recruting employee can more significant and more selected. Population research used 16 office units and 1 BRI Branch Office in town Magelang. How to use the media data collection questionnaire to collect primary data. The respondents of this study is the teller of the accounting staff available at the Branch Office and the Office of BRI Units with a population taking as many as 34 samples of data that can be processed. The analysis method used is the method of multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis), using Spearman-Rank test validity and reliability of test-Alpha Croanbach processed using SPSS 16. The results of the analysis showed that education, training, and work experience have positive simultaneously or partially on the quality of the presentation of accounting information.
