Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari Hubungan Kontrol Diri dengan Kecanduan Internet pada siswa di SMA Negeri Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 16 Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melihat tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael pada jenjang 279 dengan taraf 5% kesalahan yaitu 115 orang siswa. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Keseluruhan perhitungan statistik dilakukan dengan mengunakan bantuan komputer SPSS versi 22.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh besar nya koefisien korelasi antara kontrol diri dengan kecanduan internet sebesar r=0,408 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dimana p = < 0,05 maka hasil ini berarti menunjukan kontrol diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kecanduan internet pada siswa kelas 11 SMA Negeri 16 Palembang. Sedangkan sumbangsih kontrol diri terhadap kecanduan internet sebesar 16,6% sedangkan 83,4% lainya ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara ilmiah hubungan antara kematangan beragama dengan strategi coping pada santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Putri Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang.Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 santriwati yang mukim di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Putri Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang. Hasil uji validitas alat ukur kematangan beragama pada santriwati berkisar antara 0,313-0,625 dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,880 sedangkan validitas alat ukur strategi coping pada santriwati yaitu skala problem focused coping berkisar antara 0,325-0,712 dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,918 dan skala emotional focused coping berkisar antara 0,305-0,838 dengan reliabilitas 0,842. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji korelasional Product Moment dari Karl Person. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa ada hubungan antara variabel kematangan beragama dengan strategi coping dengan nilai r=0,443 dan sumbangan sebesar 19,6%. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan antara kematangan beragama dengan strategi coping pada santriwati. Artinya, semakin tinggi kematangan beragama yang diperoleh santriwati maka akan semakin tinggi strategi coping menuju kepada problem focused coping saat ia bermasalah, sebaliknya santriwati yang memiliki kematangan beragama yang relatif rendah maka akan lebih cenderung memilih emotional focused coping dalam penyelesaian masalahnya. Ini berarti tinggi rendahnya kematangan beragama mampu menjadi salah satu prediktor bagi tinggi rendahnya strategi coping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between religiosity and Islamic work ethic. The initial assumption is proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and Islamic work ethic.Subjects in the study is a lecturer at the Faculty of Islamic Theology and Islamic Thought UIN Raden Fatah Palembang as many as 36 people. This study uses a scale of adaptation and modification by the Islamic Work Ethics Scale Zimbalist (2014) based on the characteristics of Islamic work ethic in Tasmara (2010), as well as by Khotimah Religiosity Scale (2013) based on the dimensions of religiosity by Ancok & Suroso (2008); Nashori & Mucharam (2002). The questionnaire used consisted of parts of the statement, bio and two scales of measurement Scale of Islamic Work Ethics and Religiosity Scale.The results of the computer analysis of research data using SPSS version 17.0 for Windows, showed general correlation coefficient (R) of 0.711 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01). This shows that there is a relationship between religiosity and Islamic work ethics lecturer. Also found there is a correlation between religiosity and religious dimension, the dimension of appreciation, and the dimensions of practice with Islamic work ethic. In addition, this study also found that there was no connection between religiosity dimension with the knowledge dimension aqidah and Islamic work ethic.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan mengenai manusia dengan cara membandingkan paradigma psikologi kontemporer versus psikologi islam. Uraian psikologi kontemporer dalam menjelaskan manusia terdiri dari 3 mazhab yaitu psikoanalisa, behavioristik, dan humanistik. Jika dibandingkan dengan pandangan psikologi Islam, maka terdapat  perbedaan yang substantif dalam menggambarkan manusia. Islam mengajarkan bahwa manusia adalah ciptaan Allah SWT yang paling sempurna dan diciptakan untuk menjadi khalifah di muka bumi, jadi Islam memandang manusia dari sudut pandang yang positif.

Abstract

This research aims to understand Dyadic Coping in Lupus sufferers and their partners in the Lupus community of South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive design. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that both couples consisting of four subjects can interpret Dyadic Coping as an effort to help each other in dealing with stressful situations along with maintaining cooperative relationships in the household. This harmony is expressed by the couples through helping neglected work, as well as finding solutions to the source of stress that is got and helping in terms of emotional and spiritual things.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Perum Damri Bandung Branch Office. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program is used in this type of research. Data collection methods such as questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 47 Perum Damri Bandung Branch Office employees. Validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests are used. According to the findings of statistical tests, training and work motivation have a positive impact on the performance of employees at the Perum Damri Bandung Branch Office.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of gender on emotional management, coping styles, and psychological well-being among 110 senior high school teachers in Palembang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through the Psychological Well-Being Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Coping Style Questionnaire. Data analysis involved independent sample t-tests, Pearson correlations, and moderated regression. The findings revealed significant gender differences in emotional coping strategies and aspects of psychological well-being. Specifically, female teachers exhibited higher self-efficacy and tended to use emotion-oriented coping more frequently, while male teachers showed higher levels of problem-focused coping, self-acceptance, and autonomy. Crucially, gender significantly moderated the relationship between emotional coping and psychological well-being, indicating a distinct impact on how coping mechanisms influence well-being based on gender. Emotion-oriented coping was more strongly associated with psychological well-being for female teachers, whereas problem-oriented coping showed a more pronounced positive correlation for male teachers. This research highlights the critical need for gender-sensitive approaches in developing interventions aimed at optimizing teacher well-being and, consequently, enhancing educational quality.  The findings provide useful direction for developing psychological support programs that take these gender differences into account. This can help build a stronger and more effective group of teachers.
