Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and meet the development plan of Manajemen Dakwah Deparment, UIN Raden Fatah in period 2017-2020. This is based on a tracking of the reality of the new study da'wah management process and requires new strategies. The analysis was performed using the SWOT framework. Methodologically this study was conducted using a qualitative approach described descriptively. The results of this study show that there are still many weaknesses in the MD program, in addition to the strength and opportunities available. Therefore, there needs to be a special strategy of socialization and publication, maturing and adjusting the curriculum, multiplying MoU with various other parties, conducting student practice in related institutions, reproducing scientific works and concrete lecturer's work, doing their own procurement to complete laboratory needs, encouraging lecturers to continuing S-3 studies, cooperation with other parties for the procurement of laboratory equipments, working on cooperation that impact on the improvement of infrastructure and infrastructure facilities. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komunikasi organisasi yang dilakukan terhadap kinerja yang diperoleh pegawai Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian analisis regresi linier sederhana, populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dengan Teknik sampling menggunkan total sampling. Hasil penelitian yakni pada pengujian regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan dari nilai koefisien determinan diperoleh 13% sehingga sisanya 87% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti komunikasi interpersonal, psikologi organisasi dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Kinerja.

Abstract

ABSTRACK News writing can be conveyed in various types of writing, depending on what style the journalist or media wants to apply. These various styles of information delivery lead to various types of news, one of which is feature news. The existence of feature news is used as a media as a distraction for readers after reading hard news. In addition, the function of a media is not only to provide information for readers but also as a means of entertaining the audience, so that the features should be present to please and inspire readers. Therefore, researchers are interested in raising the title, "Comparative Study of Featured News Writing Patterns in Online Media Liputan6.com and TribunSumsel.com" as research material. This study aims to find the similarities and differences in the feature news writing patterns applied to the online media Liputan6.com and TribunSumsel.com. This study uses a feature structure pattern analysis approach to Andi Baso Mappatoto's theory which has four types, namely, inverted pyramid, ordinary pyramid, rectangular pyramid and chronological pyramid. The methodology used in this research is a comparative study method which is a qualitative descriptive model. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and collecting documents in the form of writing human interest features and scientific features on both online media. The results showed that the human interest news feature Liputan6.com applied a rectangular pyramid building pattern with story intro composition, thematic paragraph patterns and summary closings, while in the media TribunSumsel.com applied a rectangular pyramid building pattern with a summary intro composition, block paragraph patterns and climax closings. In the scientific features in the Liputa6.com media, it uses a chronological pyramid building pattern consisting of a summary intro, a chronological paragraph pattern and a climax closing, while Tribunsumsel.com still uses a rectangular building pattern composed of summary intros, thematic paragraph patterns and climax closings. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis latar belakang, optimalisasi, hambatan, peluang, dan implementasi manajemen pengajian rutin di Masjid Al-Aqobah 7 Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Sementara itu teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, serta verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa latar belakang diselenggarakannya pengajian rutin adalah kurangnya pengetahuan keislaman, sebagai upaya manajemen pengelolaan masjid, masjid sebagai tempat peradaban Islam. Upaya optimalisasi pengajian rutin dapat dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas yang ada, kombinasi metode kajian, grup media sosial, mengundang da’i, dan lainnya. Adapun beberapa kendala pengajian rutin adalah waktunya singkat, kurangnya minat belajar masyarakat, masalah finansial, dan lainnya. Kemudian beberapa peluang guna memajukan pengajian rutin yaitu domisili masjid di pinggir jalan utama, banyaknya perumahan di sekitar masjid, kuatnya komitmen, optimalisasi pemuda dan ibu-ibu. Sementara itu implementasi manajemen pengajian rutin melalui empat fungsi manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Individual Guidance in Reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi Method at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda District. Sukarame Palembang.” This type of research uses a qualitative approach by conducting a survey of the object being studied. This type of qualitative data aims to explain how individual guidance is applied in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Huda, and how effective the application of individual guidance is in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ Al-Huda. This research was motivated by the author's observations and interviews with students who had difficulty learning to read the Koran. And this is made worse by the ustadz who teach not using good methods in teaching reading the Koran to students. So there are some students who cannot complete learning to read the Koran and are left behind by other students. As a result, these students feel inferior to their friends and show poor learning behavior. Of course, this is not in accordance with TPQ Al-Huda's vision, namely preparing the Qur'anic generation, in order to face a glorious future. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research at one of the TPQ/TKQ located in Sukarami District, Palembang City, specifically at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda which is located at Jalan Cempaka II No. 3122 Rt. 021 Rw. 004 Sukodadi Village, Sukarami District, Palembang. The results of this research are that the application of individual guidance in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method at TPQ/TKQ Al-Huda on average has quite satisfactory and good results. The percentage of students' learning behavior is 64% good, 36% sufficient, and 0% poor. Then for the written test on the science of recitation, the average minimum score for students reaches 80 and the same goes for the oral test score on reading the Al-Qur'an with an average score of at least 80 with a percentage of 100% complete. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of implementing individual guidance in reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method has had a positive impact and influence and succeeded in achieving the desired goal, namely in the form of completeness in students' learning which has reached 100%.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Catcalling on the Attitudes of Hijab-wearing Women in Tanjung Batu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency." The aim of this research is to determine the effect of catcalling on the attitudes of hijab-wearing women in Tanjung Batu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency and the factors that cause catcalling among hijab-wearing women. This research is a quantitative approach that is correlational in nature. This research uses the S-O-R theory. The subjects of this research were 23 women wearing the hijab using purposive sampling techniques from a total population of 30 women wearing the hijab. With a sampling formula using the Solvin formula and a value of e = 0.1 (10%) for large populations. The data collection technique used a Likert questionnaire which was distributed to 23 women wearing the hijab and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a one sample t-test. The results of this research show that there is no influence and no significant relationship between catcalling and the attitudes of women wearing the hijab in Tanjung Batu Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This is based on the results of statistical hypothesis testing using the SPSS.22 program which obtained a calculated t value of t = 0.960 < 2.080 with a significance of 0.348, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This is reinforced by findings in the field where women wearing the hijab in Tanjung Batu Village do not have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of catcalling and most of the attitudes of women wearing the hijab are influenced by other variables such as personal, traumatic experiences, people who are considered important, social media, friendship, romance and etc.

Abstract

A da'wah message is a message containing Islamic da'wah material that is conveyed to the recipient of the da'wah. In the era of globalization, technology is developing rapidly. The method of preaching has also been carried out by utilizing modern technology, namely through online games. Ustaz Abi Azkakia has his own uniqueness which makes him different from Ustaz in general, namely because he preaches while playing Mobile Legends, the most popular game among children today. The research entitled "Analysis of Streamer Ustaz Abi Azkakia's Da'wah Message on the M-Key Gaming Game Mobile Legends YouTube Channel in the Bane Hijrah Episode" is qualitative research using content analysis research techniques. This research aims to find out what the preaching messages of streamer Ustaz Abi Azkakia are on the YouTube channel m-key gaming game mobile legends in the Bane Hijrah episode. Data collection methods use documentation, observation and literature study methods. The data in this research was taken from a video on the M-Key Gaming Game Mobile Legends YouTube channel in the episode "Bane Hijrah" by streamer Ustaz Abi Azkakia. The results of this research are that there are a total of 9 preaching messages on the M-Key Gaming Game Mobile Legends YouTube channel in the episode "Bane Hijrah". Of the 9 da'wah messages, there are 3 messages of moral da'wah, 4 messages of sharia da'wah and 2 messages of religious da'wah.

Abstract

Novel merupakansalah satu karya sastra dan dalam karya sastra yang diciptakan oleh pengarang pasti mengandung nilai tertentu yang akan disampaikan kepada pembaca, misalnya nilai moral. Moral adalah salah satu nilai yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sosial. Pembaca diharapkan dapat menemukan dan mengambil nilai tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai moral dalam novel Altitude 3159 Miquelii karya Azzura dayana? Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai moral dalam novel Altude 3159 Miquelii karya Azzura dayana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library reserch) yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptif yang artinya penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari individu dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, baca, dan catat. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi (Conten analisys). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak sekali nilai moral yang terkandung pada novel tersebut, berikut ini merupakan rinciannya: Pertama, bentuk nilai moral dalam cakupan hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan pada novel yang dikaji berupa Ibadah sholat, berdoa dan bersyukur. Kedua, bentuk nilai moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri pada novel yang dikaji berupa pantang menyerah, sadar diri, dan bekerja keras. Ketiga, bentuk nilai moral dalam lingkup hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain dalam lingkup sosial dan lingkungan alam pada novel yang dikaji berupa berjanji, tolong menolong, peduli, meminta maaf, kasih sayang, berbagi, berterima kasih, rela berkorban, saling menasehati, bekerja sama dan memberi semangat.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has various cultures that develop in society. Culture is a habit that is passed down from one generation to another, discussing culture is certainly a very interesting thing, seeing the many traditions that each region has. The development of traditions can be found in various traditional rituals in each region. We can see one of these traditions in the documentary entitled "Sedekah Ka Bumi" which is the work of Rendi Dwi Julianto. This documentary film tells the tradition of making offerings to the earth which is held every year by the residents of Urug village, Bogor district, West Java. The aim of this research is to find out how "Tradition is represented in the film "Sedekah Ka Bumi" produced by watchdoc documentary". The theory used by the researcher is Roland Barthes' Semiotic Theory, the data collection technique is Observation, Documentation and Literature Study, the data analysis technique is carried out using reduction. data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are 12 scenes that show a tradition which can be seen through the signs and meanings in the film. This film shows a series of earth alms ceremonies for the Urug village community which are carried out to ask for safety and blessings from Allah SWT, especially in farming or before planting rice.

Abstract

This research entitled Analysis of Banyuasin Daily Print Media in the Use of Journalistic Language (News Study in April 2022 Edition) is motivated by the problem of writing news that is not in accordance with the rules in the Journalistic Language Code of Ethics. The aim to be achieved in this study is to find out how the application of journalistic language in the headlines of the Banyuasin Daily Newspaper. The research method used is using a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the type of data uses primary data and secondary data with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. In addition, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data verification and are followed by checking the correctness of the data.The research approach that the author uses is a Qualitative Approach. Qualitative research is research used to examine the conditions of natural objects where the researcher is the core instrument. This research also consists of humans, events, documentation. Human data sources are in the form of words and actions of people who can provide data through interviews, observations, and documents. The results of the research and it can be concluded that the Banyuasin Banyuasin Daily Newspaper still found errors in the use of journalistic language such as spelling errors and lack of economy in writing, but for sentence effectiveness, the Banyuasin Daily Newspaper has fulfilled the rules of journalistic language.
