Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perbaikan area kerja. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengaturan area kerja menggunakan pendekatan dasar konsep 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Model penilaian untuk mengetahui kondisi area kerja dengan menggunakan cara audit. Melalui metode ini area kerja akan berjalan lebih terorganisir dan terpelihara sehingga dapat mengurangi peluang terjadinya pemborosan pada area kerja. Metode ini juga dapat mengontrol dan mempertahankan agar area kerja tetap teratur. Saat ini area kerja yang ada di perusahaan berjalan tidak teratur dan tidak terorganisir, tidak ada sistem atau kebijakan untuk menciptakan atau pemeliharaan terhadap area kerja agar terciptanya area kerja yang efektif. Area kerja yang saat ini masuk ke dalam kriteria sangat buruk. Setelah dilakukannya perbaikan pada area kerja menghasilkan nilai program 5S sebesar 77,78% dan masuk ke dalam kriteria baik. Kata kunci: sistem pengaturan area kerja, metode 5S   ABSTRACT This study discusses the improvement of the working area. The method that used for setting work area is 5S concept (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Valuation models to determine the conditions in the area used audit method, through this method will work area runs more organized and maintained so as to reduce the chances of waste in the work area. This method can also control and keep the area organized. Currently the work area in the company running irregular and disorganized, no system or policy to create or maintenance of the work area in order to create an effective working area. Now the work area is in a very bad condition. After some improvements, the 5S program generates value by 77.78% and entered into good criteria. Keywords: work area control system, 5S method

Abstract

PT X bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur baja. PT X termasuk Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Pabrik WIRE ROD MILL merupakan bagian dari PT X. Persentase kecelakaan pabrik WIRE ROD MILL sebesar 40%, paling besar dibandingkan dengan pabrik lain yang ada di PT X. Pelaksanaan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yang kurang maksimal menyebabkan kecelakaan terjadi. Kecelakaan yang terjadi bisa diminimalisir dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya yang terjadi. Metode identifikasi bahaya yang digunakan yaitu metode SWIFT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari identifikasi bahaya ini yaitu penentuan prioritas bahaya yang terjadi, kemudian dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan bagi perusahaan. Rekomendasi perbaikan diantaranya berupa standar operasional prosedur dan penyediaan fasilitas. Kata kunci: SMK3, SWIFT, kecelakaan   ABSTRACT PT X engaged in steel manufacturing industry. PT X including the State Owned Enterprises. WIRE ROD MILL mill is part of PT X. Percentage WIRE ROD MILL plant accidents by 40% highest if compared with other factories in PT X. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System which is less than the maximum caused the accident occurred. Accidents that occur can be minimized by identifying hazards occur. Hazard identification method used is the method of SWIFT. The results obtained from this hazard identification ie hazard prioritization that occurs, then made recommendations for improvements to the company. Abstract

Perusahaan X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi pipa AC mobil. Salah satu produk dihasilkan adalah pipa tipe BBB1145-230000. Kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan X adalah waktu set-up yang lama dan berulang-ulang. Penelitian bertujuan meminimasi waktu set-up agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dengan mengunakan Metode Single Minute Exchange Die (SMED) pada perusahaan X. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam SMED antara lain langkah pengumpulan data elemen gerakan set-up yang dilakukan, memisahkan internal set-up menjadi ekternal set-up, menyederhanakan seluruh aspek operasi set-up serta perhitungan produktifitas dari penerapan SMED. Hasil yang didapat dengan penerapan metode SMED adalah didapatkannya waktu set-up mesin yang lebih cepat, peningkatan produk yang dihasilkan dan keuntungan perusahaan meningkat sebesar 3.81%. Kata Kunci: Metode SMED, Waktu Set-up, Internal Set-up dan Eksternal Set-up ABSTRACT Company X is a company engaged in manufacturing produce car air conditioner pipe. One of the resulting product is a type of pipe BBB1145-230000. The obstacles faced by company X is a set-up time is long and repetitive. The research aims to minimize set-up time in order to increase productivity by using Method Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) in the company X. Steps being taken in SMED include data gathering step motion elements set-up is done, the internal set-up separates into external set-up, simplifying all aspects of operations set-up as well as the calculation of the productivity of the application of SMED. The results obtained with the implementation of SMED method is finding a time machine set-up faster, increasing the resulting product and company profits increased by 3.81%. Abstract

Olahraga sepak bola dan futsal digemari masyarakat luas saat ini, dari mulai kalangan anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa bahkan wanita. Sepatu merupakan salah satu produk wajib digunakan saat bermain sepak bola dan futsal. Perbedaan tipe lapangan dan sol sepatu mengharuskan masyarakat yang menyukai olahraga ini memiliki kedua sepatu. Masyarakat dibebankan dengan membawa kedua sepatu apabila bermain sepakbola dan futsal di hari yang sama, mengeluarkan uang lebih besar untuk membeli serta harus memelihara kedua sepatu tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat rancangan ulang produk yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan sepatu olahraga sepak bola dan futsal. Metode Quality Function Deployment digunakan untuk mengetahui keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Hasil analisis penelitian diketahui sepatu multifungsi dapat mengakomodir perbedaan tipe lapangan kedua olahraga tersebut. Kata Kunci: olahraga, sepatu, quality function deployment   ABSTRACT Soccer and futsal widely popular society today, from among the children, adolescents and adults even women. Shoes are one of the products that shall be used while playing football and futsal. The differences of field type and shoe soles require people who love this sport have both shoes. Society is charged with bringing both shoes when playing football and futsal in the same day, spend more money to buy and maintain both shoes. The study was conducted to make the redesign of products that can accommodate the needs of sports shoes soccer and futsal. Quality Function Deployment method used to determine the wants and needs of consumers. Results of the analysis are known multifunction shoe can accommodate differences both field the sports. Abstract

Pada dunia industri operator merupakan sumber daya manusia yang berperan penting dalam proses produksi. Tuntutan dan beban pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kemampuan operator, dapat menyebabkan terjadinya stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pemicu terjadinya stres kerja pada operator PT Agronesia Inkaba. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan dalam proses identifikasi faktor pemicu stres kerja adalah menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner NIOSH. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kuesioner, dapat diketahui faktor-faktor dominan pemicu terjadinya stres kerja operator serta menghasilkan informasi-informasi yang dapat dijadikan landasan usulan untuk meminimasi terjadinya stres kerja. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Operator, Kuesioner NIOSH   ABSTRACT Operator is important human resources in the production process at industrial world. Demands and workload that is inappropriate with the capacity and ability of the operators, may result in job stress. This study aims to determine the factors triggering the occurrence of work stress of the operator PT Agronesia Inkaba. Measurement method used in the identification process of work stress trigger factors is using a measuring questionnaire NIOSH. Based on the measurement results of the questionnaire, it can be seen dominant factors that triggering the stress of the operator and can produce information that can be used as the foundation of the proposal to minimize the occurrence of occupational stress. Abstract

Bidang usaha peternakan mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, salah satunya ayam broiler yang dipelihara oleh perusahaan CV. Putra Sejahtera. Ayam broiler merupakan ayam dengan tingkat peminat yang sangat tinggi, dikarenakan ayam broiler memiliki harga yang paling murah dibandingkan dengan jenis ayam yang lain. Dalam beternak ayam broiler, perusahaan peternak harus bisa menguasai ilmu seperti: penggunaan bibit, penggunaan makanan, melakukan tata laksana dengan baik, pencegahan dan pemberantasan penyakit, serta pemasaran. Saat ini perusahaan belum mencapai bobot optimal dalam pemeliharaan ayam broiler. Pertumbuhan bobot ayam broiler yang kurang optimal dapat membuat perusahaan tidak mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis untuk mengetahui faktor, level faktor dan kombinasi faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bobot ayam broiler. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Taguchi.   Kata kunci: Ayam Broiler, faktor, level faktor, Taguchi   ABSTRACT In the rapid growth field of farm, Broiler type is the best one, run by CV. Putra Sejahtera Corporation. Broiler is a chicken with a very high level of interest in, because broilers have the most affordable price compared with many types of chicken. In raising broiler breeder companies should be able to master skill such as: the use of seeds, the use of food, do good governance, prevention and eradication of the disease, as well as marketing. Currently the company itself haven’t achieve the optimal weight breeding. The growth itself are less optimal can make the company does not get optimum benefit. Therefore, analysis is needed to identify factors, level factors, and combinations of factors affecting the growth of broiler chickens. The method used is “The Taguchi”.
