Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variasi panjang setek terhadap  pertumbuhan setek sambung kina (Cinchona sp) klon QRC telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Pusat Penelitian Teh dan Kina (PPTK) Gambung, Kabupaten Bandung, dengan ketinggian kurang lebih 1300 meter di atas permukaan laut, jenis tanah Andisol, tipe iklim B menurut klasifikasi Schmidt dan Fergusson (1951) dengan curah hujan rata-rata antara 2000 - 3000 mm per tahun dan suhu rata-rata 13,5oC- 21,1oC.  Kelembaban relatif antara 68% sampai 97%. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan diulang lima kali. Jumlah tanaman per plot adalah 50 tanaman: perlakuan panjang setek terdiri dari  5 cm,  7 cm,  9 cm, 11 cm, dan 13 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Panjang setek sambung atas yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap persentase setek hidup, panjang setek, jumlah daun, jumlah akar dan panjang akar bibit kina di pembibitan. Penggunaan setek sambung dengan panjang 7 cm,  memberikan pengaruh yang paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit sambung kina (Cinchona ledgeriana Moens) di pembibitan yang ditunjukkan oleh persentase hidup, jumlah daun, tinggi bibit dan jumlah akar yang lebih tinggi dibanding perlakuan yang lain. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of variation in the length of cuttings on the growth of grafted cutting of cinchona (Cinchona  Sp. ) clone QRC. The research was conducted in Gambung Experimental Garden, Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona, Bandung at 1,300 m above sea level, Andisol soil type with type B of climate according to the classification of Schmidt and Fergusson (1951), average of rainfall between 2,000 mm – 3,000 mm per year, average temperature of 13,5oC – 21,1oC, and relative humidity of 68% – 97%. The research used randomized block design (RBD) with five treatments and five replications. The treatment was length of cutting was consisted of 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13 cm. The result showed that the different length gave a different effect on the percentage of live grafted cutting, length of grafted cutting, number of leaves, number of root as well as length of root of seedling in  nursery. The used of 7 cm of cutting gave the best effect on the growth of grafted cinchona seedling in nursery indicated by the percentage of live seedling which was better than other treatments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi dosis pupuk SP36 dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Top Tani terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi Arabika kultivar Lini S.795, sehingga memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kopi. Percobaan dilaksanakan di kebun Percobaan Faperta UNIBBA dengan ketinggian tempat 700 m dpl, dengan rata-rata curah hujan 1963,50 mm/tahun. Percobaan dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan kombinasi dosis SP 36 dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Top Tani adalah sebagai berikut : ST0 (2,5 g SP 36 + 0 ml/l Top Tani), ST1(2,0 g SP 36 + 2 ml/l Top Tani), ST2 (1,5 g SP 36 + 4 ml/l Top Tani), ST3 (1,0 g SP 36 + 6 ml/l Top Tani), ST4 (0,5 g SP 36 + 8 ml/l Top Tani) dan ST5 (0 g SP 36 + 10 ml/l Top Tani). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinasi ST3 memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi batang, jumlah daun, dan bobot kering tanaman kopi arabika kultivar Lini S.795. Combination dosages of Phosfat and Organic Liquid Fertilizer on the Growth of Arabica Coffee (Coffea arabica L.) Seedling Cultivar Lini S.795 The objective of this research was to study the effect of Combined Phosfat Fertilizer Dosage and Organic Liquid Fertilizer Concentration on the Growth of Arabica Coffee seedling cultivar Lini S.795, to obtain best effect on seedling. The experiment was conducted at the Experiment garden Agriculture Faculty of UNIBBA, with altitude is about 700 m above sea level, the average of rainfall was 1963,50 mm/year. The experiment was conducted from April until July 2015. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisted of 6 treatments and 4 reflications. Combined SP 36 dosege and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer Top Tani is as follows : ST0 (2,5 g SP 36 + 0 ml/l Top Tani), ST1 (2,0 g SP 36 + 2 ml/l Top Tani), ST2 (1,5 g SP 36 + 4 ml/l Top Tani), ST3 (1,0 g SP 36 + 6 ml/l Top Tani), ST4 (0,5 g SP 36 + 8 ml/l Top Tani), and ST5 (0 g SP 36 + 10 ml/l Top Tani). The result of this research showed that the Combined ST3 gave the better effect on stem height, leaves number, plant dried weight of arabica coffee seedling cultivar Lini S.795. Abstract

Percobaan yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Bukit Unggul Afdeling Sukawana PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Provinsi Jawa Barat, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk daun terhadap hasil pucuk teh klon Gambung 7, juga untuk memperoleh konsentrasi yang tepat sehingga memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap hasil pucuk Teh (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) Klon Gambung 7. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan pupuk daun (Neo Trubus) dan diulang empat kali yaitu : NT0 = 0 ml /L Air, NT1 = 1 ml /L Air, NT2 = 2 ml /L Air, NT3 = 3 ml /L Air, NT4 = 4 ml/L Air, dan NT5 = 5 ml /L Air. Pemberian konsentrasi 4 ml /L Air pupuk daun Neo Trubus dapat meningkatkan bobot basah pucuk dan rendemen pucuk. Selain itu juga dapat mengurangi bobot pucuk burung pada tanaman teh klon Gambung 7. The effect of Concentration Liquid Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Yield of Tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) Clone Gambung 7 The experiment conducted at Kebun Bukit Unggul Afdeling Sukawana PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Provinsi Jawa Barat, was to study the effect of concentration foliar fertilizer on the yield of tea clon Gambung 7, also to find out the best on the yield of tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) Klon Gambung 7. The experiment was arranged in Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consists of six foliar fertilizer (Neo Trubus) treatments and four replications. Treatment is as follows : NT0 = 0 ml /L water, NT1 = 1 ml /L water, NT2 = 2 ml /L water, NT3 = 3 ml /L water, NT4 = 4 ml/L water, dan NT5 = 5 ml /L water). The result of this experiment showed that 4 ml/L water foliar fertilizer Neo Trubus was better effect on wet weight of bud also tip of a leaf rendemen. Abstract

Abstrak. Proses pembibitan kopi arabika memerlukan nutrisi yang baik dan berimbang dari dalam tanah. Namun, kondisi media pembibitan yang tidak seragam membuat pertumbuhan bibit kopi menjadi tidak seragam. Oleh karena itu diperlukan nutrisi tambahan berupa pupuk organik cair yang diaplikasikan melalui daun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pupuk organik cair dalam menggantikan C-organik dan N-total Tanah, kemudian dihubungkan dengan pertumbuhan bibit kopi Arabika kultivar Lini S.795. Selain itu juga diharapkan diperoleh rekomendasi konsentrasi pupuk organik cair guna pembibitan kopi arabika. Percobaan dilaksanakan pada tanah Latosol dengan ketinggian tempat 675 meter di atas permukaan laut, memiliki pH 6,4, dengan kondisi curah hujan rata-rata 1963,50 mm/tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Adapun perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (Pupuk Js): tanpa dipupuk (0 cc/L), Js1 0,5 ccl/L, Js2 1cc/L, Js3 1,5 cc/L, Js4 2 cc/L, dan Js5 2,5 cc/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik Js dengan konsentrasi 2 cc/L memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi batang, jumlah daun, dan bobot kering tanaman. Namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap diameter batang bibit kopi arabika kultivar Lini S.795. Abstract. Breeding process of arabica coffee has requires good and balanced nutrition from the ground. However, the various condition of breeding media makes the growth of coffee seedlings was not uniform. Therefore we need additional nutrients from liquid organic fertilizer which is applied through the leaves. This study aims to determine the ability of liquid organic fertilizer in replacing soil organic-C and Total-N, then associated with the growth of arabica coffee seedlings Lini S. 795 cultivars. Nevertheless expected to obtain recommendations the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer for arabica coffee breeding. The experiment was carried out on Latosols with a heigth of 675 m above sea level, having 6,4 of pH, with an average rainfall condition of 1963,5 mm/ year. This research method was used a randomized block design consist of six treatments and four replications. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer treatment (Js fertilizer): without fertilizing (0 cc/L), Js1 0,5 ccl/L, Js2 1cc/L, Js3 1,5 cc/L, Js4 2 cc/L, and Js5 2,5 cc/L. The results showed that the applications of Js2 with 2 cc/L of concentration had better effect on stem height, number of leaves, and plant dry weight. But had not effect to stem diameters of arabica coffee cultivar Lini S. 795 seedlings.

Abstract

Potato plants are one of the supporting commodities for the food diversification program because they have a high protein content. In addition, the potato plant is a strategic commodity in the supply of foodstuffs to support food. The need for potatoes is increasing, due to population growth and increasing public awareness of nutrition and the widespread use of potato production for various foodstuffs, foodstuffs. The aim of this research is to effect of NPK dosage fertilizer (15:15:15) on growth and yield. potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Granola variety and to get the NPK dosege fertilizer (15:15:15) which is the NPK dosege fertilizer (15:15: 15) which is obtained and the yield of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) granola variety. The experiment was conducted in Sukamenak Village RT 007 RW 018 Pangalengan Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. With an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level (m asl). Rainfall 2,844 mm/year including type C2 rainfall based on Oldeman's classification (1979). Andisol soil type with a pH of 6.8. The experiment was carried from September until December 2021. The research method used was a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of six treatments and four replications. NPK fertilizer dosage (15:15:15) treatments are as follows: A (0 kg/ha), B (800 kg/ha), C (900 kg/ha), D (1000 kg/ha), E (1100 kg/ha) and F (1200 kg/ha). The results showed that giving a dosege 800 kg/ha of NPK fertilizer (15:15:15) had a better effect on plant height, number of leaves and tuber weight per plot.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of the study was to determine the appropriate age and number of seeds for the transfer process (Tapin) from the nursery to the planting area in order to obtain high growth and yield of black rice.This research was conducted in Lemah Duhur irrigated rice fields, Kiangroke Village, Banjaran District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province.This study used an experimental method with Split Plot Design using 2 factors, namely seed age (U) as the main plot consisting of 4 levels, namely u1 = 10 days after sowing, u2 = 15 days after sowing, u3 = 20 days after sowing scatter and u4 = 25 days after scatter. The number of seeds per planting hole (J) as child plots consisted of 4 levels, namely j1 = 1 seed per planting hole, j2 = 3 seeds per planting hole, j3 = 5 seeds per planting hole and j4 = 7 seeds per planting hole.Parameters observed were: number of tillers per clump, number of panicles per clump, weight of harvested dry unhulled (GKP) per clump, weight of dry harvested unhulled (GKP) per plot, weight of dry milled unhulled (GKG) per plot.The results showed that there was no interaction between the treatment of seed age and the number of seeds operted in the planting hole for all observation parameters. The highest average number of panicles per clump was found in u2j1, the highest average weight of harvested dry grain per clump was found in treatment u4j1, the highest average weight of harvested dry grain (GKP) per plot was found in treatment u4j1, the average the highest average weight of dry milled grain (GKG) per plot was in the u4j1 treatment.
