Abstract

Because there is no a system based on Digital Image Processing to determine the degree of ripeness of Salak Pondoh (Salacca zalacca Gaertner Voss.) on tree, then this study has attempted to implement such a system. System was built with consists of several sub-processes. First, the segmentation process, the system will perform a search of pixels alleged pixels salak pondoh, by utilizing the features of color components r, g, b, and gray of each pixel salak pondoh then calculated large the dissimilarity ( Euclidean Distance ) against values of data features  ,  ,  ,  and   comparison. If the value of dissimilarity less than the threshold value and is also supported by the neighboring pixels from different directions has a value of dissimilarity  is less than a threshold value, the pixel is set as an object pixel, for the other condition set as background pixels. For the next, improvements through an elimination noise stage and filling in the pixels to get a perfect binary image segmentation.  Second, classification, by knowning the mean value of R and V of the entire pixel object, then the level of ripeness salak pondoh can be determined by using the method of classification backpropagation or k -Nearest Neighbor. From the test results indicate that the success of the system by 92% when using a backpropagatioan classification algorithm and 93% with k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm.

Abstract

The Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah of Manokwari Regency has four departments from Al-Quran Education School which are required to report the attendance and achievements of students each month in their respective departments. This report will be presented to the parents and to the Head of the school for evaluation. Both of these assessments are still carried out manually so it is inefficient because the data will be easily lost or scattered. With these problems, the author did some researches to carry out the Design and Development of Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance at Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. This research was conducted by creating an assessment input information system and responsive web-based data recap, using the Laravel framework, MySQL database and the research method used was the Prototype Method. At the final stage of this research is testing the system with the Black Box Method. The final result of this research is the formation of the Information System for Assessment of Material Achievement and Student Attendance for the Al-Quran Education School - Regional Representative Council of Indonesia Institute of Islamic Dakwah in Manokwari Regency. The test results show that the Prototype Method can be used in building the information system in question.

Abstract

Penilaian kelayakan pembiayaan syariah merupakan proses penting dalam lembaga keuangan syariah untuk meminimalkan risiko pembiayaan bermasalah serta menjaga kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Namun, proses penilaian yang masih bersifat subjektif berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang tidak konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan SPK penilaian kelayakan pembiayaan syariah berbasis multi-kriteria dengan mengombinasikan metode ROC dan SAW. Metode ROC digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan relatif, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk menghitung nilai preferensi dan melakukan perangkingan nasabah. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi penghasilan bulanan, rasio angsuran terhadap pendapatan, riwayat pembiayaan, nilai jaminan, lama usaha, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Data penelitian menggunakan 10 nasabah sebagai alternatif keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi metode ROC SAW mampu menghasilkan perangkingan nasabah secara objektif dan konsisten, serta mengelompokkan nasabah ke dalam kategori layak, dipertimbangkan, dan tidak layak pembiayaan. Dengan demikian, model SPK yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan syariah yang transparan dan mudah diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Evaluasi proposal penelitian mahasiswa merupakan tahapan penting dalam menjamin kualitas dan kesiapan penelitian, namun proses penilaian yang dilakukan secara konvensional sering kali bersifat subjektif dan kurang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan metode VIKOR dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan guna mengevaluasi proposal penelitian mahasiswa secara objektif dan berbasis multi-kriteria. Kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan meliputi kualitas rumusan masalah, penguasaan metodologi penelitian, relevansi dan kedalaman literatur, sistematika proposal, serta kemampuan penulisan akademik. Metode VIKOR diterapkan melalui tahapan penentuan solusi ideal dan anti-ideal, perhitungan nilai utility measure (S), regret measure (R), serta indeks kompromi (Q) sebagai dasar perangkingan proposal. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dummy sebanyak sepuluh proposal mahasiswa untuk menguji model yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode VIKOR mampu menghasilkan perangkingan proposal secara konsisten dengan pendekatan solusi kompromi, sehingga memudahkan pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan tingkat kesiapan proposal penelitian mahasiswa. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu proses evaluasi proposal secara lebih transparan, terukur, dan adil, serta mengurangi subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan akademik
