Abstract

Kerusakan terjadi dimana mana, baik kerusakan alam yang ditandai dengan sering terjadinya bencana alam seperti banjir, longsor tatkala musing penghujan dan kekeringan dan kekurangan air tatakala musim kemarau maupun kerusakan sosial yang ditandai dengan sering terjadi skandal di bidang politik, ekonomi, bisnis, budaya dan berbagai aspek lainnya, misalnya penyalahgunaan wewenang sehingga menjamurnya korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme, hal ini dikarenakan etika sering diletakan diluar sistem kehidupan sehingga  kebijakan dibuat jauh dari etika, bahkan banyak yang menganggap bahwa setiap urusan bisnis tidak dikenal adanya etika sebagai kerangka acuan, sehingga dalam pandangan mereka kegiatan bisnis adalah amoral (Ismanto 2009).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze empirically the effect of Inflation, Interest Rates, and Exchange Rates on the Profitability  (ROA) of Sharia BUMN Banks in Indonesia for the 2014-2017 Period. The sampling technique used was purposife sampling with the criteria of Sharia State-Owned Banks in Indonesia presenting financial statements for the 2014-2017 period. Data is obtained based on the publication of the Financial Services Authority (OJK ), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the relevant banks for the 2014-2017 period. The sample of this study were 3 Sharia BUMN banks in Indonesia, namely BRISyariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results showed that inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates did not have a significant effect on ROA. Nevertheless, anticipatory steps need to be prepared so as not to cause problems in the future.Keywords: inflation, interest rate, exchange rate, profitability.

Abstract

Currently, Islamic Commercial Banks continue to show positive growth. In2019, the resilience of Islamic Commercial Banks is increasingly solid. This studyaims to determine the effect of ROA, CAR, NPF and BOPO on the distribution offinancing to Indonesian Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019. This research isa quantitative research.The population and sample selected using a non-probability samplingmethod and included in the saturated sample, namely the entire sample as many as14 Islamic commercial banks. The results of data analysis indicate that ROA andNPF has a positif effect on financing distribution with a significance of 5,2% forROA and 43% for NPF. Then CAR had a negative effect on financing distributionwith a significance of 0,02%, while BOPO have a negative effect on financingdistribution with a significance of 86%

Abstract

Generation Z is a potential consumer for e-commerce, because this generation grew up with the internet and uses it every day, Generation Z is very familiar with it and believes that this is a very important medium. So, it is important to create loyal consumers which is the core of every business and for companies loyalty is very important. In this research, we use the role of consumer satisfaction as a mediator of consumer loyalty towards social media promotions and discounts. The object of this research is Management Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University Semarang who have made purchases on Shopee e-commerce at least 3 times. Sampling using incidental sampling is a technique used to determine samples based on anyone who happens to fill out a Google form. The results of this research are that there is a mediating role for consumer satisfaction to increase consumer loyalty through social media promotions and discounts.
