This study aims to analyze the effect of Leader Exchange Member on Student Performance. LMX is the perception of the relationship of trust that is formed and occurs between superiors and subordinates. In the context of higher education, superiors are lecturers and subordinates are students. The results of this study are useful for the organization concerned to support and improve student performance. The subjects of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with data collection using an online questionnaire, researchers obtained 89 respondents. Data analysis used regression with SPSS 20 as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that LMX has a significant effect on organizational performance. However, LMX had no significant effect on stress.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Kinerja Mahasiswa. LMX adalah persepsi tentang hubungan kepercayaan yang terbentuk dan terjadi antara atasan dan bawahannya. Dalam konteks perguruan tinggi, atasan merupakan dosen dan bawahan adalah mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini berguna bagi organisasi yang bersangkutan untuk memungkinkan dan meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner online, peneliti memperoleh 89 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi dengan SPSS 20 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LMX berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Namun, LMX tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres.Keywords: LMX, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Individu

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Respondents are employees of the millennial generation throughout Indonesia. The sample is 107 respondents, taken by purposive sampling technique. PROCESS Macro method is used as a data analysis technique with SPSS 22.0 application. Based on the research, it was found that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on and OCB, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on OCB significantly. In conclusion, OCB coaching to create a millennial generation is very important to produce better performance. Overall, this research provides a significant contribution to the development of research in the field of human resource management and organizational behaviour in the field of millennial employees throughout Indonesia.

Coronavirus (COVID-19), which hit in early 2020, changed the way people live and work, and affected industries and organizations all over the world. Many organizations have begun to deliver a new way of working to adapt to these shifts effectively using teleworking or a work from home policy. The purpose of this study was to fill the gaps by investigating several potential predictors of job satisfaction during working from home from the impact of COVID-19 such as work–life balance and work stress. Using a quantitative approach, 136 workers who were forced to work from home all over Indonesia participated, and the responses were analysed using PROCESS macro software. The results supported hypothesis that family support and organizational support mediate the relationship of work–life balance and burnout. It is imperative for the organizations to take substantial steps to reduce burnout on employees during COVID-19 disease, nurture decision autonomy at all levels of hierarchy and encourage amiable relationships of employees with their supervisors and peers based on mutual trust and support.

Abstrak menggambarkan konten dasar dari tulisan dengan jelas dan singkat, sehingga dapat dipakai sebagai panduan bagi pembaca dalam menentukan tingkat relevansinya terhadap kebutuhan mereka secara cepat. Abstrak harus informatif dan memberikan pernyataan yang jelas apa permasalahan yang ada, pendekatan atau solusi yang diusulkan, dan hasil yang menunjukkan solusi dari permasalah tersebut. Panjang abstrak sebaiknya 90 sampai 200 kata. Salah satu pihak yang memerlukan digital marketing adalah Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) yang mulai memasarkan produk hasil pertaniannya. GAPOKTAN merupakan organisasi wadah pengembangan petani/kelompok tani yang tumbuh dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat terutama di wilayah desa/kelurahan. Oleh karena itu, dalam usulan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini akan dijalankan program pelatihan digital marketing dasar yang meliputi penggunaan pembuatan logo, packaging, google maps, dan sosial media. Melalui program ini, pihak GAPOKTAN Kendal berharap tim FE UNIMUS dapat membantu anggotanya dalam peningkatan kemampuan penggunaan digital marketing untuk penjualan hasil pertanian. Disamping itu, pihak GAPOKTAN juga berharap supaya anggota mereka dapat mandiri dalam hal penggunaan teknologi informasi dan sosial media yang menunjang dalam produksi dan promosi hasil produk pertanian.

Event organizer, adalah jenis perusahaan yang terus berkembang seiring berlalunya waktu. Sultan Event Organizer perlu meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan agar dapat berkembang di lingkungan saat ini. Sultan Event Organizer bekerja keras untuk memberikan layanan pelanggan tingkat tertinggi, serta tenaga kerja yang berpengetahuan, terampil, dan berpengalaman. untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan pelanggan. Penetapan harga yang tepat dapat dikombinasikan dengan pelayanan yang baik untuk memuaskan pelanggan. Ketika pelanggan benar-benar puas, reputasi positif Sultan Event Organizer akan membantu bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan sebagai pemediasi citra merek dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen event organizer. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart Pls. Citra merk tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, citra merk berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, citra merk berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui kepercayaan, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui kepercayaan.

Digitalisasi wisata adalah salah satu pendekatan penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat wisata yang berorientasi digital. Digitalisasi dianggap sebagai langkah yang tepat untuk mempromosikan wisata karena masalah yang dihadapi desa mitra, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mempromosikan potensi wisata, dan kurangnya fasilitas penunjang untuk memasarkan paket wisata. Setelah situs web dan aplikasi dibuat, kegiatan sosialisasi dengan komunitas mitra dilakukan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, masyarakat mitra diberikan pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan situs web dan aplikasi ini untuk meningkatkan potensi wisata dan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Desa Wonolopo Semarang.

Background - Perceived organizational support influences employee commitment, productivity, satisfaction, and intention, this research concentrates on how perceived organizational support affects employee creativity. Research purposes - Examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee creativity as mediated by knowledge sharing. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - We report the results of a questionnaire survey of a sample of 139 professional employees working in the IT industry in Semarang. Results and Discussion - Our findings based on path analysis indicate that knowledge sharing mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee creativity. Conclusion - Employees who feel perceived organizational support will encourage more employee knowledge sharing and creativity than employees with low levels of perceived organizational support. Research implications - We contribute to knowledge by proposing an overall theoretical background on organizational support theory and a job demands–resources model by incorporating social exchange theory. Research limitations - This research does not look at it from an organizational perspective; just from an employee's perspective.

Instant noodles are classified as fast food and have become a staple food. There are many brands of instant noodle products on the market. This creates increasingly fierce business competition and forces business people to compete competitively. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price perception, and brand image on customer loyalty of instant noodle products through customer satisfaction. The object of research were 88 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Semarang, Study Program of Management and Accounting. This study explains that the sales level of the instant noodle market has increased as indicated by the number of customers who have loyalty to consume fast food. To maintain its position, instant noodle companies strive to maintain and maximize product quality, price perception and brand image strategies through customer satisfaction. The results showed that product quality and price perceptions did not have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, but instant noodle products must maintain brand image, customer satisfaction and improve other factors that have the potential to increase customer loyalty.

This study explores entrepreneurial behaviors that influence the decisions of SME owners in choosing financing alternatives and investment trends in Indonesia. Through quantitative study using questionnaire, this aiming to provide insights into the factors influencing the selection of financing sources and investment tendencies among SMEs. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial behaviors such as risk tolerance, financial knowledge, long-term vision, and adaptability significantly influence the decisions of SME owners in selecting funding sources. Additionally, investment trends in Indonesia also play a crucial role, with SMEs tending to choose financing alternatives that align with their business growth needs. This research contributes significantly to understanding how entrepreneurial behaviors interact with external factors such as investment trends in the context of SMEs in Indonesia. The practical implication highlighting importance of a better understanding of the dynamics of financing decisions among SMEs and how governments and relevant institutions can support SME growth through a better understanding of financial needs and preferences to a small—medium sized business owners. The condition where workers shift from agriculture to industry often occurs with the advent of industrialization.
