Abstract

he children have rights in getting education, as well as in Children with Special Needs (ABK). Children with Special Needs have one of the characteristics of having difficulty in the education process, so they need special services according to their form and degree of difficulty, such as in children of mental retardation. Based on preliminary research, it is known that from 7 SLB in Semarang there are 22 students class 1 until 5 which is mental retardation (MR) not fluent reading. The largest number of students who can not read is in SLB Widya Bhakti and SLB Swadaya as partner in this devotional. So it is necessary to do devotional activities, especially caregiver learning reading. This devotion aims to optimize the ability to read children mental retardation through learning to read audio-based video learning media with caregivers mentoring (parents and teachers). The methods used are seminar method, training of teaching materials and caregiversassistance to optimize reading ability in children mental retardation. Caregivers participation is actively expected to create an interactive learning atmosphere and fun for the children because the assistance is done both at school and at home, so that the learning outcomes become more optimal. The results of this activitystudents can read fluently in a short time with video-based learning model of video.Keywords : Mental Retardation, Children with Special Needs, Caregivers, Audio Video.

Abstract

Mobile Legends Bang Bang has developed into one of the most popular mobile games. It has even been competed in the SEA Games 2021 Vietnam through esports. Many players are trying to take part in the race but have not achieved maximum results. The influencing factors include the composition of the team and the heroes used. This study aims to calculate the prediction of victory and the composition of a team through specialty, role, and counter heroes using the nave Bayes algorithm and apply it to matches so that the hope of victory can be achieved. The use of parameters for calculating the probability of winning is calculated using the nave Bayes formula P(X|Ci) = P(x1|Ci) . P(x2|Ci) . P(x3|Ci) . P(x4|Ci) where each variable represents the total victory or defeat, the total winrate of the specialty hero in one team, the type of role hero used, and the presence or absence of the opposing team's counter hero in the allied team. The test results obtained, the specialty winrate has an effect of 91%, the type of role has an influence of 86%, and the counter hero has an effect of 60%, and for the win rate, the results obtained are 40 times from a total of 50 matches, which means this application has an accuracy of 80 %.

Abstract

With the increasing number of internet service users, more and more information can be obtained from the internet. Information itself is important in this digital era for organizations, businesses and individuals. More and more individuals provide information about them on the internet, making their privacy less and more recently, many individuals are starting to become aware of how the information they provide is used and more and more organizations are starting to pay attention to information security risks that can have a negative impact and material loss on the process. business, image of the organization, customer trust and affect relationships with customers or their business partners. In an effort to maintain data and information security, there is a method called penetration testing. Penetration testing is a series of methods used to test the security of a system. The penetration testing process involves an analysis of a system to look for potential security vulnerabilities such as system configuration errors, defects in software and hardware development and weaknesses in the logic of a process.

Abstract

The seriousness of the Central Java Provincial Government in controlling gratification began with the issuance of Gubernatorial Regulation No. Gratification must be reported to the Gratification Control Unit (UPG) if it is directly related to the position and contrary to the task. The existing control system can be said to be not optimal, the report data is still not stored and integrated in the same storage media. Gratification reports are collected via email or fill out a form in person at the Inspectorate building. Public complaints are collected through the Inspectorate's website. This causes the report recapitulation process to be less efficient and effective. For this reason, it is necessary to have an e-government system for integrated web-based gratification control. The system is built using the Bootstrap framework and is supported by PHP functions with MySQL-based storage. As a result, data on gratification reports and public complaints related to gratification cases within the Central Java Provincial Government can be recapitulated by the Central Java UPG more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The development and use of information technology today is very important. Almost all office administration work always uses information technology. Information technology is growing, causing all aspects of human work to always be connected with the development of these technologies. One of the important information technology is a mail administration information system. The purpose of making a mail management information system is to be able to manage mail data so that it is organized and can assist officers in making reports more effective. Currently, there are still some obstacles in archiving letters, such as the recording of letters is still done manually and not all letters are archived properly. For that, we need a system that is able to handle filing letters in storage and searching for a document that is needed in a fast and precise time. This system is built with Bootstrap framework, MySQL database server, PHP 7, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The web is a system that can load various media including images or text documents in which it uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). This system was built to be able to manage mail so that letters can be archived properly and the web can be accessed at any time to manage letters as long as they are connected to an internet connection.

Abstract

English is an international language. English is used as the language of communication all over the world. With conditions like this, everyone who wants to progress is required to be able to speak English. There are already many foreign companies operating in Indonesia. However, English is not an official language in Indonesia, so their mastery is not as good as those who use English as the official language of the country. For that we need an English learning application that can help students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Magelang in studying the Test Of English for International Communication (TOEIC). TOEIC is an international standard test that is used to measure a person's ability to speak English in communicating in the world of work. System development will be carried out using the spiral method and system design will be carried out using a modeling language using UML (Unified Modeling Language). While the programming used is java using the MySQL database, android studio to create applications with the android technology. The final result of the implementation produces an Android-based application in the form of TOEIC learning media that can be used by students anywhere, not only in class and can be repeated, so that English language skills will increase.

Abstract

Salah satu hak anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) terutama anak tuna grahita yaitu mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan karakter. Latar belakang perlunya kegiatan ini yaitu karena belum adanya muatan khusus untuk pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di mitra yaitu SDLB Pelita Ilmu Semarang dengan media software yang berbasis audio visual video. Tujuan kegiatan PkM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat) ini adalahmeningkatkan pemberdayaan mitra yaitu guru dan orang tua sebagai caregivers anak tuna grahita di SDLB Pelita Ilmu Semarang dalam hal pelayanan implementasi model pembelajaran karakter dan pengoperasionalan software pembelajarannya. Metoda yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi, seminar dan pelatihan dengan teknik ceramah, tanya jawab, konsultasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam pengelolaan anak tuna grahita dan ketrampilan mengoperasikan software sebagai media pembelajarannya serta penerapan buku ajarnya. Selain itu mitra mendapat dukungan edukasi, pendampingan, motivasi dan praktek sehingga dapat menerima dengan baik pengetahuan yang diberikan dan mampu menimplementasikannya pada anak tuna grahita.Kata kunci: tuna grahita, model pembelajaran karakter, software pembelajaran
