Abstract

Abstract The main problems of this research are the women leader profile on their leadership in the social organization and how is the Woman Leadership EQ on doing their leadership. The objective of the research is to explore how the woman leaders implement their leadership and to explore their ability to organize: 1) personal awareness; 2) self-management 3) personal motivation; 4) empathy; 5) and how the educational level related to leadership EQ. in this research population is defined as sum and the typical individual who has similarities and to them the result will be suitable. Population on this research is women leader who involve on League of Woman Organization Coordination (BKOW) DIY they are representative of each organization member of BKOW DIY, in total of 47 persons. The technique of the sample taking is with purposing sampling. The data will be analyzed by using analysis percentage descriptive and cross tabulation. Overall the leadership EQ of the respondent shows that those who has  high EQ is 8.6%, the medium level is 87.2% and the low level is 4.2%.it shows that more than 95% of the leadership EQ on women leader who are become  respondent of the research is medium and high and the low level is less than 5%. There is no relation between education and leadership EQ. it means that those who have higher education don’t always have high leadership EQ. This might be caused whether he acts as a shelter or not. Abstract

This research aims at revealing how the women leadership profiles in Yogyakarta Special Province, including their ability to select their own team, the ability to cooperate, the ability to solve the problem, encouraging the enthusiasm of working, to maintain positive working culture and do synergy, which all of them figure someones leadership IQ. This research is a survey research of women leaders who have joined to an association namely Badan Kerjasama Organisasi Wanita Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (BKOW-Yogyakarta Special Province). Then the researcher took the sample randomly to the 35 people. They answered questionnaire, which refers to Murphy measurer, which has been tested and proven reliable. The collected data was analyzed using percentage, descriptive analysis and cross tabulation. The research shows that the ability as an elector to cooperate, to solve conflict, to encourage enthusiasm of working, to maintain positive culture of working, and do synergy is in the average. The research shows that 20% of respondents have high leadership IQ, 45.7%, have average leadership IQ and 34. 3% have low leadership IQ. It means that 65% the leadership IQ of women respondents in this research is in a high and average rate. Meanwhile, the low rate is 35%. This fact leads us to intensively pay attention upon the ability of women leadership by conducting an intensive and comprehensive training. Research shows that the leadership IQ of women is relatively mediocre. Therefore leadership training for women will be highly beneficial for them considering the roles they play

Abstract

KECAKAPAN INTERPERSONAL DALAM PERSPEKTIF MANAJEMENBeberapa survei menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan karir seseorang dalam berorganisasi.Ternyata juga bahwa dari banyak kecakapan yang sangat diperlukan seorang pimpinan dalam organisasi, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal merupakan salah satu kecakapan terpenting. Dalam kecakapan ini termasuk juga kemampuan mendengarkan yang sering dianggap hal sepele. Sekurang-kurangnya 80% dari waktu pimpinan digunakan untuk melakukan komunikasi verbal. Oleh karenanya tidak heran lagi bahwa komunikasi interpersonal merupakan kecakapan yang banyak membutuhkan perhatian untuk keberhasilannya. Namun kenyataan menunjukkan bahwa problem utama yang dihadapi para pimpinan organisasi adalah adanya komunikasi yang jelek. Hal ini diperparah lagi oleh kenyataan bahwa sebagian besar orang merasa bahwa mereka telah dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik. Jeleknya komunikasi terjadi karena kelemahan orang lain bukan kelemahan dirinya. Agar komunikasi interpersonal berjalan lancar Whetten memberikan jalan keluar dengan mengemukakan 8 prinsip komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif yaitu : (1) Berorientasi pada persoalan dan jangan berorientasi pada orang, (2) Perlu dilakukan secara jujur, tulus, sesuai antara apa yang dipikirkan dan yang diungkapkan, (3) Bersifat deskriptif dan tidak evaluatif, (4) Tidak memojokkan seseorang, (5) Tidak bersifat global atau umum tetapi bersifat khusus, (6) Berhubungan dengan pesan sebelumnya, (7) Tertuju pada seseorang, (8) Diusahakan untuk berlangsung dua arah Kata Kunci : kecakapan hidup, komunikasi, interpersonal, efektif

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran melalui Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM ini adalah dengan ceramah, pendampingan, dan pelatihan. Hasil PkM ini adalah guru-guru memiliki peningkatan IDPs dalam proses pembelajaran yang terdiri dari perencanaan, manajemen kelas, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Vocational education in Indonesia aims to ensure that graduates can have good jobs. This is in accordance with the competencies that have been learned during education or you can also continue to college and develop yourself through entrepreneurial innovation. Entrepreneurship is also an important part of the work of vocational education graduates because this activity results from students' understanding through practical learning with various strategies such as Project-Base Learning or other approaches. Entrepreneurship is a way of learning as a medium for students to develop themselves and improve competencies as needed by the world of work (Mahmudah et al., 2023). Increasing competence through self-development practices. In preparing graduates who are ready to work, vocational schools often encounter problems, namely the large number of students who continue to college compared to students who work. The 1945 Constitution mandates efforts to make the nation's life more intelligent and for the government to strive for and implement a national education system regulated by law, namely Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. One part of the National Education System is vocational education. Vocational High Schools (SMK) as vocational education institutions aim to develop students' abilities to be able to work in certain fields, the ability to adapt to the work environment, see job opportunities and develop themselves in the future (Al Hafidz & Sofyan, 2022).
