Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of the quality of Human Resources is an absolute requirement so that the competence of the younger generation is able to compete inclusively in the era of society 5.0 and the industrial revolution 4.0 with special needs that cannot be separated from the influence of communication through technological sophistication and renewal. The communication function is a step in improving the quality of resources that are neatly integrated in the economic education of the younger generation. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research, by obtaining as complete information as possible through interviews, observation and documentation studies. This research was conducted in a higher education in Bandung. The findings of the research inform that the implementation of the communication function for the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era in Economics education is 1) not maximally felt, so there is still a lot of need for guidance in the realization of superior HR in the 5.0 era, 2) the embodiment of superior HR in the 5.0 era has excellent programs from the field of education 3) improving the quality of entrepreneurs and superior human resource performance in the 5.0 era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what the meaning of innovation is in the view of cooperative administrators throughout Bandung Raya, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This arises from the existence of increasingly fierce competition in innovating both regionally, nationally and internationally in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research approach used is with qualitative research methods. Retrieval of data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the meaning of innovation in the view of cooperative administrators in Bandung Raya, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, is threefold, namely: (1) innovation in the view of cooperative administrators throughout Bandung Raya as increasing productivity, (2) innovation in the view of cooperative administrators -Bandung Raya as customer needs, and (3) innovation in the view of cooperative administrators throughout Bandung Raya as a way to improve performance. The conclusion of this study is that innovation in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 for cooperative managers throughout Bandung Raya is a necessity in order to maintain the existence of cooperatives in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Setelah melewati masa pandemi, pembelajaran Kembali menggunakan sisten tatap muka. Dampak dari pembelajaran daring tentunya beragam, namun yang paling utama adalah pembelajaransarana dan prasarna berbasis teknologi yang menjadi fokus karakter disiplin karena siswa biasanya belajar secara daring pada saat itu. Ketika fase pengajaran tatap muka (pembelajaran luring) berlangsung, tentu akan ada perbedaan yang signifikan dibandingkan cara guru belajar sebelum pandemi. Dampak positif dan negatif pembelajaran daring tentunya berdampak pada cara guru mengajar pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran secara luring pada tahun ajar 2022/2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperjelas bagaimana dampak pembelajaran pasca pandemi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan sebagai sumber informasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pembelajaran daring dengan segala tantangannya dapat diatasi dengan berbagai upaya dari sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orangtua sebagai pendamping pembelajaran di rumah.
