Abstract

Abstrak: Mewadahi Community Based Tourism dalam Community Group untuk Pengembangan Industri Pariwisata. Pengembangan industri pariwisata diarahkan pada pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community based tourism). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis community based tourism dalam wadah community group untuk pengembangan industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder, berupa buku, jurnal, news (cetak/digital), regulation, dan dokumen-dokumen lain yang mendukung. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan industri pariwisata berbasis community based tourism diterapkan di pedesaan dalam bentuk desa wisata. Community based tourism membutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dari mulai perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Agar pembangunan industri pariwisata dalam bentuk desa wisata efektif dan efisien, community based tourism diwadahi dalam community group, sehingga penyerapan partisipasi masyarakat dalam satuan community dapat diangkat dalam wadah group untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.  Abstract : Organizing Community Based Tourism in the Community Group for the Development of the Tourism Industry. The development of the tourism industry is directed at community-based tourism. The aim of this study is to analyze community based tourism in a community group forum for the development of the tourism industry. The type of this research is a qualitative research that use a descriptive approachment. The data source of this research are secondary data, books, journals, news (print / digital), regulation, and others. The stages of data analysis is used data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of a community-based tourism industry based on tourism is implemented in rural areas in the form of a tourism village. Community based tourism were required community participation from planning, implementation and evaluation. So, the development of the tourism industry in this form can be effective and efficient, community based tourism must accommodated in a community group. Abstract

Purpose: The community service aims is to provide training to village officials in managing village archives. Thus, the Ketawang Village office implements a chronological system archive management. Methodology: The community service uses the lecture and discussion method, training, and evaluation of village officials. Lectures and discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, training to provide technical skills, and evaluations to monitor and assess skills in managing village archives. Results: The results of the community service increase the understanding and management of village archives by village officials. Participants are able to explain planning, execution/implementation, classification, and benefits of village archives. The target of serving 30 village officials, 28 capable of managing village archives. Conclusions: Devotion can be concluded has been carried out properly. Participation of participants is 100% of the target of 30 village officials. The understanding and management of village archives is at the understanding level, but at the very understanding level it needs to be improved. Limitations: The limitations of dedication are the diverse backgrounds of the participants (ages and positions), so they have to be slow in delivering materials and training and the Covid-19 pandemic which has to pay attention to health protocols. Contribution: The benefits of dedication, as a forum for village officials to learn archive management, as a form of implementing the tri dharma, and forming village officials who are aware of archives.

Abstract

Purpose: This activity aims to provide training to village officials in digitizing village archive files at the Ketawang Village office, Kec. Grabbag, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Central Java. Research Methodology: The community service team chose activity methods including discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, training to provide technical skills, and evaluation for supervision and assessment to village officials in digitizing village archive files at the village office. Results: The implementation of the service begins with the coordination of the service team to determine the location and time of service. For the first day, it was conducted for the presentation of materials related to the digitization of village archives. On the second day, the practice of managing electronic archives was carried out starting from digitizing documents and storing them digitally. Village officials have improved understanding of differences, manual and electronic archives, knowledge of electronic archives, life cycle of electronic archives, creation of electronic filing systems, practice of making electronic filing systems. Conclusions: Service activities have been carried out well and smoothly so as to provide benefits for village officials. Participants have the understanding and skills related to digital archiving. This training is very useful to help the participants' work in service efforts to the community. Limitations: Activities are limited to only 30 participants. Contribution: Activities related to digitizing village archive files at the Ketawang Village office, Kec. Grabbag, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Central Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve organizational governance capabilities for BUMDes Retno Sembodo managers and provide digital literacy counseling, financial literacy and entrepreneurial insight for residents of Baturetno Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. The method used is offline counseling and mentoring. The implementation of activities is divided into 3 stages, namely pre-implementation including observation and identification of problems; the implementation phase includes organizational governance training, digital and financial literacy counseling; and the post-implementation stage includes mentoring and increasing business scale. The product output from this service activity is the BUMDes Retno Sembodo website which is used as a medium of information as well as a branding profile. The result of the implementation of this service is an increase in the ability and insight of BUMDes manager Retno Sembodo and Baturetno village residents regarding organizational management governance, digital literacy, financial literacy and entrepreneurial insight. The implication of the results of this service is the development of a BUMDes management guide model that can be used as a reference in the digital transformation process and increase the business scale of its business units.
