Abstrak: MICE - Masa Depan Bisnis Pariwisata Indonesia. MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) adalah terobosan baru untuk kemajuan pariwisata Indonesia karena dinilai memilki keuntungan 7 kali lipat lebih besar dari leisure tourism. Dampak utama adanya bisnis MICE di Indonesia adalah semakin meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat dan citra pariwisata di daerah destinasi MICE. Potensi MICE Indonesia terlihat dari banyaknya event besar bertaraf internasional yang sering menunjuk Indonesia sebagai tuan rumah, selain itu Indonesia memiliki sumber daya manusia MICE yang profesional, infrastruktur yang berkualitas, sarana dan prasarana akomodasi MICE yang cukup memadai. Abstract: MICE - The Future of Indonesia's Tourism Business. MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition) is a new innovation in tourism field for the advancement of Indonesian tourism because it has profit 7 times bigger than leisure tourism. Pentingnya guru untuk mengembangkan minat belajar bahasa Inggris sangat dibutuhkan, guru dianggap sebagai sumber pengetahuan dan sumber belajar oleh peserta didik. Guru dalam menjalankan fungsinya dapat berperan sebagai motivator, pemberi kejelasan, fasilitator, dinamisator, dan penilai yang baik. Peranan guru sebagai motivator, dinamisator dan lain sebagainya menjadi sangat penting dalam dunia pendidik. Bahasa Inggris merupakan alat untuk berkomunikasi secara lisan dan tulis. Berkomunikasi adalah memahami dan mengungkapkan informasi, pikiran, perasaan dan mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan budaya. Kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam pengertian yang utuh adalah kemampuan berwacana, yakni kemampuan memahami dan atau menghasilkan teks lisan dan atau tulisan yang direalisasikan dalam empat keterampilan berbahasa yaitu mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Peserta didik tidak tahu mengapa bahasa Inggris penting untuk mereka dan minat belajar mereka dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris bergantung pada guru mereka.

Abstrak: Dampak Media Sosial dalam Gaya Hidup Sosial: (Studi Kasis pada Mahasiswi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FE UNY). Pengaruh media sosial dalam institusi pendidikan dan masayarakat sekarang ini tidak diragukan lagi. Siswa di negara maju dan berkembang menjadi lebih kecanduan media sosial dan aplikasinya karena berbagai alasan. Alasan-alasan ini dapat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup sosial dan pribadi baik secara akademis maupun di luar akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari media sosial pada gaya hidup sosial siswa khususnya mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan instrumen penelitian kuesioner di antara 40 mahasiswi Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2018 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Temuan-temuannya meliputi; media sosial memperbaiki cara berpikir mahasiswi, berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, menemukan cinta, gaya hidup sosial dan banyak lagi. Abstract: The Impact of Social Media on The Social Lifestyle (Students of the Office of Education Administration Study Program class of 2018, Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University). The influence of social media in educational institutions and society today is no doubt. Students in developed and developing countries are becoming more addicted to social media and its applications for various reasons. These reasons can cause changes in social and personal lifestyles both academically and outside academia. This study aims to assess the impact of social media on the social lifestyle of students, especially college students. This research uses a quantitative research methodology involving a questionnaire research instrument among 40 students of the Office of Education Administration Study Program class of 2018, Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. Abstrak: Integrasi Bahasa Inggris dalam Proses Pembelajaran. Salah satu bahasa yang paling luas dan penting di dunia adalah bahasa Inggris. Mulai dari konferensi akademik internasional hingga laporan berita bahkan lirik musik popular menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Tidak hanya itu bahasa Inggris digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dan berita serta menjadi bahasa bisnis dan pemerintahan. Bahasa Inggris diperlukan dalam diplomasi dan berperan dalam profesi. Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa internasional. Program pendidikan berkualitas tinggipun membutuhkan kefasihan bahasa Inggris. Belajar bahasa Inggris adalah penting. Oleh karena itu pendidik harus siap mengembangkan kompetensi bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa internasional kepada siswa melalui kegiatan proses pembelajaran. Abstract: Integration of English in the Learning Process. One of the most extensive and important languages in the world is English. Starting from international academic conferences to news reports and even popular music lyrics using English. Not only that English is used to convey information and news and to become the language of business and government. English is needed in diplomacy and plays a role in the profession. English is the international language. High quality education programs also require English fluency. Learning English is important. Therefore educators must be prepared to develop English language competence as an international language to students through the learning process activities.

Abstrak: Analisis Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program Studi Sekretari dalam Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui tanggapan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DU/DI) tentang kompetensi mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) D3 Sekretari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FE UNY); 2) Mengetahui kompetensi sekretaris yang dibutuhkan oleh DU/DI. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka. Populasi penelitian adalah organisasi/perusahaan yang menjadi tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap analisis data sebagai berikut: 1) mengorganisasi data dan melakukan pemeriksaan data dengan cermat, 2) melakukan pemeriksaan ulang terhadap data, 3) melakukan pengolahan data, 4) melakukan analisis terakhir, membuat interpretasi dan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggapan sebagian besar DU/DI terhadap aspek pengetahuan mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori baik. Aspek keterampilan mendapatkan tanggapan baik. Aspek kepribadian mendapatkan tanggapan baik. 2) Usulan kompetensi baru yang perlu dikuasai oleh calon sekretaris, pihak DU/DI menitikberaktan pada kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi dan internet. ABSTRACT: Analysis of Office Graphic Design Skills for Diploma Students of Secretary Program in Yogyakarta Sate University. One of the secretary roles is as an executor of public relations functions, so that a prospective secretary is required to have the skills to design publications. This study aims to: 1) Know the response of the business/industrial about the needs of office graphic design skills for diploma students of the Secretariat FE UNY; 2) Knowing the graphic design skills needed by business / industrial. The study was conducted in April-June 2018. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The research data was taken using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study were D3 Secretariat students of the UNY FE and organizations or companies that became the place of Field Work Practices (PKL) of D3 Students Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics UNY. The withdrawal of the study sample used a purposive sampling technique for respondents from the DU / DI group and incidental sampling techniques for respondents from the D3 student group at the UNY FE Secretariat. The results showed that the responses of most DU / DI and students regarding the needs of office graphic design skills were: 1). Office graphic design skills are the skills of modern office administration needed to deal with the modernization and variation of office work; 2). The most widely used media delivery information in business/industrial is X-banner; 3). Submission of information looks more modern, interesting and informative with office graphic design skills; 4). Office graphic design skills for students and employees are considered important to be mastered; 5). office graphic design products for the most chosen modern office work, namely agency / company logos. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration and recommendations for the formulation of the UNY FE Secretariat Diploma curriculum and other vocational schools that have similar scientific nomenclature.

Modern-day enterprise competition is getting more difficult, in particular in the industry 4.0 generation. SMEs or Small and medium-sized corporations as a part of the pillar in the economic industries, want to assume these conditions. Batik is an SME that has contributed to the economic system. various issues are confronted by way of the batik enterprise, together with SMEs in Batik in Semarang. They face a few barriers, inclusive of increasing the capability of human resources. knowledge sharing is an activity to enhance individual talents, specifically trouble-solving and worker self-assurance. Knowledge sharing is an activity to improve individual skills, especially problem-solving and employee confidence. The purpose of this examination turned into exploring the effect on tacit knowledge-sharing activities, employee performance and employee relations. Also, the article defined the activity of tacit knowledge sharing in mediating the effect of employees relation and employee performance. The type of research was explanatory research. The sample was a hundred employees within the SMEs Batik in Semarang. Statistics evaluation of the use of SEM. The finding showed that there was an effect of employee relations on tacit knowledge-sharing activities. Second, there was an effect of tacit knowledge-sharing activities on employee performance. And, employee relations and employee performance had a positive effect. The results of the mediation effect test showed that employee relations have a positive effect on employee performance through tacit knowledge-sharing activities. The suggestion of this research is Batik UKM in Semarang to create a conducive work environment because the results of the study show that the relationship between employees is a success factor in sharing tacit knowledge. The limitation of this research is that the study was only conducted at the Batik UKM in Semarang, which resulted in a very limited generalization of the research findings. The limitation of this research is that the study turned into best carried out on the Batik UKM in Semarang, which led to a totally limited generalization of the research findings. The difficulty of the have a look is that the observation turned into only carried out at the SMEs Batik in Semarang which makes a completely constrained generalization of the findings.

Purpose: The community service aims is to provide training to village officials in managing village archives. Thus, the Ketawang Village office implements a chronological system archive management. Methodology: The community service uses the lecture and discussion method, training, and evaluation of village officials. Lectures and discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, training to provide technical skills, and evaluations to monitor and assess skills in managing village archives. Results: The results of the community service increase the understanding and management of village archives by village officials. Participants are able to explain planning, execution/implementation, classification, and benefits of village archives. The target of serving 30 village officials, 28 capable of managing village archives. Conclusions: Devotion can be concluded has been carried out properly. Participation of participants is 100% of the target of 30 village officials. The understanding and management of village archives is at the understanding level, but at the very understanding level it needs to be improved. Limitations: The limitations of dedication are the diverse backgrounds of the participants (ages and positions), so they have to be slow in delivering materials and training and the Covid-19 pandemic which has to pay attention to health protocols. Contribution: The benefits of dedication, as a forum for village officials to learn archive management, as a form of implementing the tri dharma, and forming village officials who are aware of archives.

Purpose: This activity aims to provide training to village officials in digitizing village archive files at the Ketawang Village office, Kec. Grabbag, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Central Java. Research Methodology: The community service team chose activity methods including discussions to provide knowledge and understanding, training to provide technical skills, and evaluation for supervision and assessment to village officials in digitizing village archive files at the village office. Results: The implementation of the service begins with the coordination of the service team to determine the location and time of service. For the first day, it was conducted for the presentation of materials related to the digitization of village archives. On the second day, the practice of managing electronic archives was carried out starting from digitizing documents and storing them digitally. Village officials have improved understanding of differences, manual and electronic archives, knowledge of electronic archives, life cycle of electronic archives, creation of electronic filing systems, practice of making electronic filing systems. Conclusions: Service activities have been carried out well and smoothly so as to provide benefits for village officials. Participants have the understanding and skills related to digital archiving. This training is very useful to help the participants' work in service efforts to the community. Limitations: Activities are limited to only 30 participants. Contribution: Activities related to digitizing village archive files at the Ketawang Village office, Kec. Grabbag, Kab. Magelang, Prov. Central Java.

Indonesia is one of the fourth largest producers and exporters of coffee beans in the world. Coffee can be used to promote Indonesian culture abroad as well as to increase the potential of coffee in supporting the nation's economy. This approach is called Coffee Diplomacy, which is a gastrodiplomacy approach by utilizing coffee in the form of beverage dishes. Coffee diplomacy is a new tool for Indonesian soft power diplomacy to strengthen Indonesia's bilateral and multilateral relations with other countries, carried out by not limited state actor, but also non-state actors including individuals. This shows the ability of Indonesian coffee as an instrument of cultural and economic diplomacy. The culture of coffee beverages in various regions in Indonesia is closely related to the culture of tolerance in Indonesian society. In the context of international relations, Indonesian coffee diplomacy is a nation branding effort aimed at building a positive image of Indonesian culture, while creating opportunities for economic cooperation to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people.

The aim of this Community Service (PPM) activity is to prevent loss and damage to records at the sub-district office in Ketawang Village, Grabag District, Magelang Regency and to improve the ability of village administrators to manage computer-based records. To achieve this goal, the method used in this activity was training for Ketawang Village officials. Ketawang Village was chosen as the target of this training activity, considering that this village is an economically/socially unproductive village, but provides basic public services needed by village communities which can result in very high levels of damage and loss of archives. The training was held at the office in Ketawang Village on 17-18 July 2023. The result was that PPM participants' understanding had increased regarding the differences between manual and electronic archives, digital archives, electronic archive management practices, creation and practice of electronic archive systems after the PPM was held.
