Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran hibrid terhadap komunikasi matematika siswa SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dalam bentuk jenis eksprimen murni. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.  Jumlah  sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pada kelas eksperiman 37 orang dan kelas kontrol 35 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksprimen murni dengan menggunakan control group pretest-postest. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran hibrid terhadap komunikasi matematika siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini penulis merekomendasikan perlu adanya alternatif pemilihan pendekatan pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematika yang akan diterapkan, juga pentingnya pemberian pre-test dan post-test selama berlangsungnya proses belajar matematika. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.22342/jpm.11.2.3367.

Abstract

The focus of learning in SMK needs to emphasize the mastery of the skills, knowledge, attitudes and values ​​needed by the industry. The purpose of this study is to describe industrial-class management innovation (Planning, Implementation and Evaluation) in the Daihatsu Smart Joint Program (PPBD) in Vocational High Schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, to examine the condition of natural objects. The research object is Vocational School Negeri 4 Kepahiang in the Industrial-class Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Program Smart Program with Daihatsu. The research results obtained that the management of the industrial class begins with planning to collaborate between the school and the industry and continues with collaboration in the preparation of an industrial class curriculum between the SMK curriculum and industrial qualifications. Implementation management is adjusted to the curriculum that has been prepared with partner industries. The management of the industrial class program evaluation is carried out after the process of implementing the industrial class by both parties.
