<![CDATA[Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui apakah perjanjian kerjasama keamanan antara perusahaan dan BUJP dari ormas dapat dijadikan dasar hukum untuk pembuktian dalam proses peradilan serta bagaimanakah keabsahan perjanjian kerjasama keamanan yang dibuat antara perusahaan dan BUJP dari ormas menurut hukum perjanjian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Dari hasil penelitian, dalam proses pembuatan perjanjian harus memenuhi kriteria syarat dalam membuat perjanjian yang telah diatur dalam ketentuan perundang-undangan, sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar hukum jika terjadi permasalahan di kemudian hari. Perjanjian kerjasama keamanan antara perusahaan dan badan usaha jasa pengamanan atau BUJP dari ormas dapat dijadikan dasar hukum untuk pembuktian dalam proses peradilan. Keabsahan perjanjian kerjasama keamanan yang dibuat antara perusahaan dan badan usaha jasa pengamanan atau BUJP dari ormas menurut hukum perjanjian disebutkan sah apabila memenuhi kriteria atau syarat yang telah ditentukan. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the security cooperation agreement between the company and the BUJP from the mass organization can be used as a legal basis for evidence in the judicial process and how is the validity of the security cooperation agreement made between the company and the BUJP of the mass organization according to the law of the agreement. This type of research used in this research is normative legal research.
