Abstract

ABSTRAK: Analisis kandungan Cu dalam buah Lindur (Bruguiera gymnorrhiza), Pedada (Sonneratia caseolaris), Nyirih (Xylocarpus granatum), dan Bakau (Rhizophora mucronata) telah dilakukan. Lokasi pengambilan sampel ialah Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Ngurah Rai, Bali yang merupakan muara Sungai Mati dan Sungai Badung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan Cu(II) buah lindur, pedada, nyirih dan bakau. Penentuan konsentrasi ion logam Cu (II) dilakukan dengan metode adisi standar dan diukur menggunakan alat Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Kandungan ion logam Cu(II) dalam buah lindur sebesar 6,1982  0,9823 mg/kg; buah pedada 7,6497  0,5834 mg/kg; buah nyirih 4,7618  0,6522 mg/kg; dan buah bakau 6,0973  0,1679 mg/kg.   ABSTRACT: Analysis of Cu metal contents in the fruits of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Sonneratia caseolaris, Xylocarpus granatum, and Rhizophora mucronata has been done. The sampling location was Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Ngurah Rai, Bali which is on the estuary of the Mati and Badung rivers. This study was aimed to find the total contents of cuprum ion (Cu2+) in the fruits of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Sonneratia caseolaris, Xylocarpus granatum, and Rhizophora mucronata. The concentration of Cu2+ was determined by a standard addition method and measured with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Cu metal content in the fruits of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza was 6,1982  0,9823 mg/kg; Sonneratia caseolaris 7,6497  0,5834 mg/kg; Xylocarpus granatum 4,7618  0,6522 mg/kg; and Rhizophora mucronata 6,0973  0,1679 mg/kg.
