Abstract

Cancer is a non-communicable disease and remains a public health problem in the world. The type of cancer commonly found in women is breast cancer. Advancements in medical technology have led to new treatments for breast cancer, one of them is the mastectomy. This treatment can affect the physical and/or psychological aspect of the patient. The purpose of this study was to know patients condition with breast cancer at the Sanglah Hospital Denpasar from physical and psychological aspects post-mastectomy. This research was a cross-sectional descriptive study. This study involved 41 respondent with breast cancer post-mastectomy with consecutive sampling. Results showed that 34.1% of respondents were below 40 years old and 51.2% had low education level. In physical aspects, the result showed that most breast cancer post-mastectomy patients had a good physical condition (48.8%) and about 53.7% were unproductive. In psychological aspects, 56.1% patients had minimal depression level, and 90.2% patients had positive body image. Among patients with the bad physical condition, 91.7% were unproductive. Meanwhile, 50% of patients with depression were unproductive and 50% of patients with negative body image were also unproductive. Most of the patients were still unable to do formal work. Therefore, it is advised that patients participate in light physical activities to increase productivity with the possibility of producing something with economic value. Those efforts are part of tertiary prevention, especially rehabilitation process.

Abstract

Health insurance is one of the essential needs for all people, as an effort to protect themselves from financial burdens when experiencing health problems. The health insurance in question can be a social health insurance organized by the government, which is currently known as the National Health Insurance (JKN) or private health insurance. This socialization was held as a forum to increase participants' knowledge and awareness about the importance of having health insurance as an effort to protect finances when experiencing health problems. Socialization is carried out online to informal workers in the Gianyar Regency environment. With this socialization, it is hoped that Universal Health Coverage for all Indonesian people can be achieved, and there will be no more people who are unable to access health services due to cost constraints.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the tourism sector. Private business entity workers are one of the segments in JKN participation affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.Research is a qualitative research that aims to explore information about the sustainability of the JKN program for private workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.Variables are explored regarding attitudes towards JKN contributions, attitudes towards health care facilities, attitudes towards BPJS Kesehatan and perceived of behavior control. Data collection was carried out by conducting indepth interviews with 2 people who were representatives of 2 private business entities appointed to manage JKN participation for workers.

Abstract

Abstract: Covid-19 or better known as the Corona Virus has become a public concern since its appearance was detected in China for the first time in early 2020. The death of thousands of people due to this virus has made it the center of attention of many countries, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has proven to have put pressure on economic and social conditions in Indonesia since the end of 2019. Traditional markets have become places where many people from various places gather, resulting in an increased risk of infection. The risk of infection is not only for traders, but also for buyers and their families and people they meet or have close contact with, so it is very necessary to implement health protocols by market traders.

Abstract

Every citizen has the right to guaranteed access to quality and affordable health services. Initially, all administrative matters related to JKN can be carried out at the BPJS Kesehatan office. However, the covid 19 pandemic situation requires people to limit social interactions to prevent the chain of transmission of covid 19 infection. Therefore, digital innovations such as the JKN mobile application are needed by the public, especially JKN participants. The JKN mobile application is an innovation developed to make it easier for participants who initially carried out administrative activities at the BPJS Kesehatan office, to switch to applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This research is a qualitative research that aims to explore in depth how the use of the JKN mobile application, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The informants in this study consisted of 8 informants consisting of BPJS Kesehatan officers and 7 JKN participants who had used the JKN mobile application domiciled in Gianyar Regency, Bali. This study was conducted using the indepth interview method with purposive sampling technique. This research shows the results that the JKN mobile application is very helpful for participants in terms of checking or changing participant data, accessing contribution information and printing digital cards that can be used in health facilities. However, there are still many features that have not been utilized due to participants' ignorance of the existence of features such as online consultations and online queues. So that wider socialization is needed regarding the benefits of the JKN mobile application both on social media and electronic media.
