Abstract

Shear force in general greatly contributes to cause failure of castellated beams so diagonal stiffeners on the openings are required. Optimization was done by vary dimension of openings and diagonal stiffeners. Finite element method is utilized to perform nonlinear analysis. The objective of this research is to compare the numerical results of castellated beams without diagonal stiffeners with AISC design procedures that provided in Steel Design Guide 31, AISC 2016. Furthermore, nonlinear behaviour that involves critical load and Von Mises stress distribution of castellated beams with and without diagonal stiffeners were studied to obtain optimum dimension of openings and diagonal stiffeners. Optimum value in this research involves the greatest initial stiffness (Ki), strength (wmax), and ductility (?) of structure. The results showed that AISC design procedures could predict the location of maximum stress accurately and yield more conservative ultimate strength of beam compared to numerical result. The optimum models on castellated steel beams without diagonal stiffeners are CB60-1 (wnstmax = 56,16 kN/m) and CB45-1 (?nst = 3,06) with average initial stiffener 5,78 kN/m. While, the optimum models on castellated steel beams with diagonal stiffeners are CB45-33 (Ksti = 6,99 kN/m/m), CB60-11 (wstmax = 67,53 kN/m), and CB60-24 (?st = 2,79). Thus, utilization of diagonal stiffeners is effective to increase initial stiffness and strength of structure, but reduce the structure’s ductility.

Abstract

This research has a broad background, knowledge about the language of the Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. because researchers have a purpose to analyze the words that are in Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. (1) indicates the abbrevation that is on Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. (2) us of sundanese language in society Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. (3) describes the word acronym in Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. The method used in this research is qualitative method to describe the word learned and techniques to collect data in a way, observations, recording, and intuitive. Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. Based on research results there are 70 word obtained in the Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District.it is grouped into three kinds of abbreviations, 2 word acronyms, 15 word contraction, and 53 word preosiopsis. Based on the result of the term abbreviated word obtained in Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District. research has benefitst for language especially word abbreviation in Bojongkapol village District Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya District.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung tetap menjadi penyebab kematian yang paling umum di Indonesia, dan situasi serupa terlihat di Kota Malang berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan. Terdapat 2.489 kunjungan pasien dengan kasus jantung koroner dan 3.458 kunjungan dengan diagnosa gagal jantung. Selain itu, RSUD Kota Malang juga mencatat sebanyak 996 kunjungan pasien rawat jalan yang menerima diagnosis penyakit jantung. Kondisi iklim Malang yang memiliki suhu udara rendah memberikan manfaat tambahan bagi penderita penyakit jantung, menjadikannya tempat yang ideal untuk mendirikan rumah sakit khusus jantung. Seringkali, banyak pihak yang mengelola rumah sakit, baik yang bersifat publik maupun swasta, meyakini bahwa kesembuhan hanya dapat dicapai melalui prosedur medis, tetapi kenyataannya tidak demikian. Psikologis adalah salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam pemulihan kesehatan seseorang.
