Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution practice training raise the agility indribbling ball viewed from motor educability skills.The study was conducted with pretestposttestgroup design in the second semester students Program Study of PJKR PGRI University-NTT, with a number of samples 28 people who were divided into two groups and each grouptotaled 14 people. Both groups were equally practical training distribution with high and lowmotor educability abilities, conducted for 8 weeks with a frequency of exercise 3 times per week.The results were analyzed descriptively to variants age, height, weight, body mass index and themotor educability in both groups whose data were taken before the determination andimplementation of training samples. Normality test is using the Shapiro-Wilk test andhomogeneity test with Leven's test. T-paired test is to know different of agility time cost fordribbling of group 1 (high motor educability) with the average before training is 15.217±0.496seconds, and the average after training is 10.719±0.470 seconds with difference = 4.497 and theincreasing of percentage is 29.52% (p<0.05). While at group 2 (low motor educability) loweducability motor group with a mean 15.746±0.662 seconds, and the average after training12.105±0.565 seconds with the different = 3.640 seconds and increasing of percentage 23.12%(p <0.05). Results of the different effect of changes in time cost dribble soccer agility was testedwith t-independent between groups before and after training on the significance limit of ? = 0.05.The average of time changing before training with p?0.05, it means the early condition is equaland after training has value p<0.05.These results indicated that the high motor educability groupand low educability motors are equally give effect to an agility increase (p <0.05). However, theincreasing of high motor educability is better than the low motor educability. Suggested furtherintensified at high motor educability skills in the training process, athlete recruitment andimplementation of motion activity, because it gives the increasing effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is research and development. The subjects in this trial were students of class VI SD Inpres Oeba 1 Kupang, small scale trials totaling 12 children and large scale trials totaling 36 children and had never received material with this audio visual media. The instruments used were questionnaires and audio visual media products. To analyze data, use descriptive statistics with a percentage. In small scale trials it was found that many 7 (58.33%) children had "very good" responses, 3 (25%) children had "good" responses, and as many as 2 (15.38%) children has a "good enough" response. Whereas in the large-scale trial the responses of students were 26 (72.22%) children stated "very good", while as many as 7 (19.44%) children stated "good" and as many as 3 (8.33% ) the child states "well enough". So it can be concluded that the development of audio-visual passing media down in the game when the volleyball of grade VI students of SD Inpres Oeba 1 Kupang is very good. So the audio visual passing media product developed by the researcher can be said to be feasible to be used in the learning process of PJOK on the material of passing volleyball under school.Keywords: Audio Visual Media, Volleyball Games, Elementary School Students

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problem formulation in this research is how the extracurricular coaching in preparing Extracurricular Guidance in Preparing Nasipanaf Elementary School Students in O2SN activities in 2020. The problem formulation in this Research is how the extracurricular coaching in preparing Extracurricular Guidance in Preparing Nasipanaf SDI Students in O2SN activities in 2020. 02SN SDI Nasipanaf students in 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out extracurricular coaching in preparing students of 02SN SDI Nasipanaf in 2020. the type of research used in this study was qualitative naturalistic while the isolation used in this study was grade V of SDI Nasipanaf students totaling 23 the sample of people used in the study were 15 students. Data collection was carried out by interviewing observation techniques and documentation of extracurricular analysis activities carried out 3 times in a week. This guidance showed the results of students representing schools as city-level championships, this was also done by providing students and school coaching in extracurricular activities. From the results of observations and interviews of principals and Physical Education teachers where researchers with findings from the preparation and coaching stages undertaken by Physical Education teachers strongly support students in performing in sports and the school principal also fully supports extra-curricular activities carried out in schools andexpectations from the school principal so that children can win the O2SN activity at the city level.Keywords: Extracurricular activities at the O2SN SDI Nasipanaf town in Kupang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dan melihat serta untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh langsung antara aspek keseimbangan, serta daya ledak otot tungkai dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemampuan tendangan monthong doliochagi pada atlet taekwondo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Atlet Taekwondo Kota Padang Panjang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel total Purposive sampling sebanyak 35 orang. Pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan tendangan monthong doliochagi sebesar 0,369. Pengaruh langsung antara aspek daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan tendangan monthong doliochagi sebesar 0,374. Pengaruh langsung antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan tendangan monthong doliochagi sebesar 0,298. Kemudian pengaruh langsung antara aspek keseimbangan terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,336. Pengaruh langsung antara aspek daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap motivasi berprestasi sebesar 0,410. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh lanusng antara keseimbangan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan tendangan monthong doliochagi pada atlet taekwondo kota Padang panjang
