Abstract

Natural science (IPA) is a subject that is intended to allow students to have an organized concept of the natural surroundings. Learn science as a way of helping students to understand more deeply the natural surroundings. One material science lessons given in fourth grade elementary school to discuss the grouping animals based on the type of food. On the subject matter students are expected to be able to tell the difference between herbivores, carnivores and omnivores. Currently the teachers at the school only uses conventional teaching methods with the book medium for conveying the material. Media books or conventional learning media can not provide a real visualization of the shape of animals. Animal grouping based learning problems in elementary school, learning media applications based animal recognition virtual reality created to help elementary school students in recognizing the object animal. Application development starts from the concept stage, design, collection of materials, assembly, testing, until the distribution phase. This application is built using the programming language C #, google cardboard SDK, software blender and unity. The result obtained is an application that can be used as a learning medium introduction of animals. In the introduction of animal learning media applications users can run, can see the types of herbivores, carnivores and omnivores are already equipped with information, sound and animation. Based on the test results with the Black-Box, functional applications have been able to run well and based ontest the System Usability Scale result average value of 20 respondents was 80.25 with Scale Grade B.

Abstract

Public knowledge about COVID-19 and vaccines can support the success of programs to deal with this disease. The scope of providing vaccine information in Indonesia is not maximized because it is still new and some people refuse to be vaccinated for reasons of worry about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines, they express distrust of vaccines and question the halalness of vaccines . To find out Information Analysis About the Effect of Vaccines on the Participation Rate of Covid-19 Vaccination at Various Health Centers in NTT Province . Obtain research knowledge regarding the influence of Information Analysis on the Effect of Vaccines on the Participation Rate of Covid-19 Vaccination at Various Health Centers in the Province of NTT. This research is also useful for helping research subjects increase their knowledge and insight into knowledge by participating in the COVID-19 vaccination at various NTT Provincial Health Centers .

Abstract

Ginjal merupakan organ saluran kemih yang memiliki  berbagai fungsi diantaranya menyaring sisa hasil metabolisme dan toksin dari dalam darah yang kemudian dikeluarkan lewat urine. Kondisi meningkatnya tekanan darah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memperburuk fungsi dan kerja ginjal. Salah satu tanda terjadi perburukan fungsi ginjal adalah dengan meningkatnya kadar kreatinin serum dalam darah. Penggunaan bahan alami seperti pemberian air rebusan biji ketumbar dan air kelapa dapat menjadi salah satu upaya nonfarmakologis untuk menurunkan kadar kreatinin serum dalam darah. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas dari pemberian air rebusan ketumbar dan air kelapa dengan frekuensi satu kali sehari selama satu minggu terhadap perubahan kadar kreatinin serum. Matode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimental, dengan rancangan penelitian pre test – post test with control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 48 pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Universitas Nusa Cendana yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol (kelompok 1) yang tidak diberi perlakuan, kelompok intervensi air rebusan ketumbar (kelompok 2) dan kelompok intervensi air kelapa (kelompok 3). Kelompok 2 dan kelompok 3 diberikan intervensi satu kali setiap hari selama satu minggu. Data penelitian akan diuji menggunakan uji paired t-test dan uji one way anova untuk membandingan nilai antara kelompok. Hasil : Terdapat perubahan signifikan pada nilai pre test dengan nilai post test  pada kelompok intervensi air rebusan biji ketumbar dengan p value=0,035. Sedangakan pada kelompok air kelapa dengan p value=0,270 dan pada kelompok kontrol dengan p value=0,882 tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan pada nilai pre test dengan nilai post test-nya. Berdasarkan hasil uji one way anova tidak didapatkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai post test ketiga kelompok dengan p value=0,839.  Kesimpulan : Tidak ada perbedaan efektivitas antara kelompok air rebusan biji ketumbar dengan air kelapa terhadap kadar kreatinin serum pada penderita pre-hipertensi.
